Upload Error for iTunes

Hey, my first time here.
So I'm uploading some songs, 275 to be exact, and after 25 or so it stops and says....
'Attempting to copy to the disk "NICK'S IPOD" failed. An unknown error occurred (-69).'
I tried to look that up and found nothing to help me on the right path. I just updated to the new iTunes too because I thought maybe that was it, I just changed my battery today too but it already uploaded 20 songs, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I have a 30GB and it's only 10.04 filled with music, still 17 GB's available.
Any help? Thanks alot guys.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

How can one fix a "download error" for itunes on an iphone?

    Hi..
    First, try resetting your iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart the device.    Hold the power button until "slide to power off" appears.  Slide to power off.  After it is off, press the power button to turn it back on.

  • Launch error for iTunes on Windows 7

I recently installed the latest update for iTunes on my PC and when I attempted to launch I received an error stating that one of the .dlls "is either not designed to run on Wondows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." I tried downloading and reinstalling iTunes and also removing and then reinstalling but received the same error. I recently upgraded my PC from Vista to Windows 7 and wonder if it is related to the problem.

    Many thanks.
Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7,now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

  • Routing Upload - error for insp char

    Hi Guru's,
I am uploading routing data through 'BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE', in test run data is going correct. But in Porgram it is throwing error message
' Inspection Char can not be uniquely assigned to one operation'.
Except this data related to Routing, Operations, Component Allocation is going correct.
    I am passing sequence_no, operation_id,activity, insp_char, valid_from, master_insp_char,pmaster, modus,char_description,sampling_procedure, samplingunit, sampling_qty.
error message " you can not uniquely assign insp_char to a single operation."
    With Regards,
    Pravin

since you are saying that it works from SE37 and not in the program i would guess that some of the values passed (which requires to be in the internal format) are not in the right format. when generally used from se37 system would automatically convert them to internal format.
for example sequence_no is of type PLNFOLGE (data element) which has got a alpha conversion.
to convert the values to the right format, double click on the dataelement to get into domain and in definition tab of domain you could see a field called convers. routine. if it has got any value (ALPHA) double click on the value and take the FM name (CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_INPUT in the case of sequence number) using this FM convert the value from external format to internal format.
for example to convert sequence number from external format to internal format you hve to have a function call like below.
    CALL FUNCTION 'CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_INPUT'
      EXPORTING
        input         = sequence_no
    IMPORTING
       OUTPUT        = sequence_no .
like wise inspect all the variables involved and find whether there is any alpha conversion for any fieldand carry out the necessary conversion before passin it to the BAPI

  • HT1923 itunes64.msi missing error for itunes and quicktime update

I cannot get the latest update to go for the subject reason.  Any clues on what I can do?  I really don't want to roll back 6 months.  Thanks

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

  • Install error for Itunes 11.1.0

I am having a problem installing itunes 11.1.0 on windows 7. When I install through Apple Software update I am able to download and then get an error message saying "Errors occurred while installing the updates. If the problem persists, choose Tools > Download Only and try installing manually." If I then try the suggested route of downloading the installer and running it manually I get a message saying "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2324." Any solutions?

This is a Fix, it shouldnt be happeneing for every single Update, Apple has totally gone second rate with everything, and this problem has been happening for over a year.
If your Update Fails go to TOOLS in the update window, and pick manual download.
Then for everyone " People with failed updates and people with administrator problems "
    Go to
    C:\Users\"YOUR USER NAME"\AppData\Local\Apple\Apple Software Update
and right click all the .msi files one at a time, and pick install and if asked repair.

  • IPhoto upload error for printing. First two books successful. This one fails.

I have successfully developed two iPhoto books in the past, however, the third book goes through the entire process of uploading and then indicates 'error'. This book is 46 pages long which should not be a problem.
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you.

Thank you. This solved my problem and the book uploaded successfully.
    All the best,

  • Update and Download Error for iTunes

iTunes had an automatic update today, and in the process, it reported some sort of error and said it couldn't complete the update. Tonight I tried to open iTunes, and it wouldn't open. It said that it was missing a file (unfortunately I didn't write down the name of the file it said was missing). I tried installing iTunes again, but it reached an error in the installation process when it was "Starting Services". The error said, "Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priveleges to start system services." My choices are to Abort, Retry, or Ignore. I aborted and unistalled iTunes entirely from my computer. When I tried to install again, the same error came up. Ignoring the error leads to no change, and retrying brings the same error again.
What can I do to get my iTunes back?? Thanks!

Great suggestion! I tried this out, but unfortunately, I just not a new error. Now it says, "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 126)". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I got the same thing...

  • Error for iTunes Store...Help Wanted!

whenever I click "iTunes Store" my comp says exactly: "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occoured (-3212). Make sure your network connection is active and try again." What do I do to connect to the store!?

I got iTunes out of my firewall, but I noticed that my network diagnostics says, "(green)Network Interface Status (green)Internet Connection Status (red)iTunes Store Connection Status Failed (link button) Help"
I clicked help but I don't understand it because I don't see "Network interface" I don't get it at all

  • Installation error for iTunes 7.5 on XP: Specified path is too long

I just downloaded the most recent version of the installer, but every time I run it, I get this message midway through the "Copying new files" step:
+The specified path is too long:+
    C:WINDOWSwinsxsx86Microsoft.VC80.CRT1fc8b
    3b9a1e18e3b8.0.50727.762_x-ww6b128700
There's no denying that it's long, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do about that. I mean, I'm not the one who specified the path.
Clicking Retry just returns the same error endlessly, and clicking Cancel causes the installer to roll back all its changes and close itself.
    What gives?

What exact version of Windows XP Pro do you have?
Is it the standard Professional edition, or is ir Professional x64 edition? Check by right-clicking on My Computer and choosing Properties.

  • Another Error For iTunes 9

I have had a quick flick through a few of the topics on the forum and noticed lots of different issues regarding the new iTunes. I was going to wait a week and then update but, because I wanted to buy some stuff of iTunes, I had no choice but to upgrade!!
After some messing around, I eventually got iTunes to work after the upgrade (I had to install Quicktime separately). I now have a different problem, when ever I try to purchase something I get the following message *"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again"*
I have also tried to update my iPhone to the new firmware 3.1 and I get the same response can someone please advise me. Are there anyone else having the same problem?

I have had the same problem and after a great deal of angst and screaming I went to the Quicktime Player and clicked on Run as Administrator. This has done the trick. Good luck!

  • Authorisation error for iTunes tracks in iMovies - help!

Hi, I've added songs from my iTunes library into my movie. When I come to play the movie or burn the disc in iDVD I repeatedly get a message saying that my songs are not authorised. I authorise them over and over again and then no music plays on the final version.
The problem started when I downloaded the updated version of iTunes a week ago. Can I undo this update?!
Having searched this discussion forum, I've tried checking permissions, I've tried logging in and logging out of iTunes etc etc.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've spent days putting together this video from our vacation and without sound it's no good....
    Many thanks
