Upload gallery to Behance

How do I upload a photo gallery created in Bridge CC Output Module to Behance?

Hello - currently, the applications that support uploading straight to Behance are: Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, and Creative Cloud.
Thanks!

  • Lightroom HTML Gallery on Behance

I'd love to be able to upload a Lightroom HTML (style) gallery to Behance. Does anyone know of a way to do so? I'm really hoping an Adobe person sees this and adds it to the list of things to put in future updates.

    I have created a site
http://www.lightroomgalleries.com that will show you how to make your own template or customize the one i have already created. Also have a look at Sean McCormack blog.

  • CS4 Web Gallery, Uploaded gallery does not appear

I was wondering if anyone can help me with the Web Gallery that Bridge CS4 produces.
I have used Bridge CS4 to create a web gallery. After Bridge has finished creating it the result is a folder called Adobe Web Gallery. Inside that folder is an index.html file and a folder called resources. If I double click on the index.html file the web gallery opens in Safari (Mac). So all is good so far, it tests OK from my hard drive.
Then I upload it to my ISP server using Fetch, as I did when using the Photoshop CS3 web gallery automate feature, which is upload the index.html file and the resources folder with all of its content into a folder on my isp members area. I then create a link to the index.html file. When I try the link it produces a blank page in Safari called " Adobe Web Gallery", and the rest of the page is blank.
When I upload the files with Fetch I copy the exact structure as they appeared in the folder on my hard drive. I have tried to upload the gallery directly from Bridge CS4 but Bridge does not seem able to create a connection with my ISP.
In the meanwhile I am still using Photoshop CS3 to do my web galleries, I 'd just like to get the CS4 version operating as it looks like a better product.
I am using a Mac Pro Quad duo 2.8 with 4 G Ram.
    regards
    David

    Try it this way:
Re-name the folder called Adobe Web Gallery to a name which is more appropriate for its contents; then upload the complete AWG Folder, with all of its contents, to your ISP Server.
Now create a Link (with an appropriate label) on the main index page (Home page) on your site and link that "Link" to the index.html in your new Gallery folder.

  • Can't upload gallery in Bridge CS4 - settings are correct

I am running Bridge CS4 on OS 10.4, 2 gigs of RAM.  I have created several web galleries but can't upload any of them.  If I try saving them to my harddrive and then uploading, I just get a blank shell.  The index works when running from my harddrive, but I just get a shell when running from my server.  When I try to upload directly to my server, I get a "server cannot be found" error. I have quadruple checked my settings, and those same FTP settings work with other programs (Cute FTP and Fetch) so I know that's not the problem.  Why can't Bridge create a gallery and upload it?  I've been having to use Lightroom but I'm just running a trial right now and would like to figure out how to get Bridge to do this before I can't use Lightroom anymore.  Thanks!

Unfortunately I can't tell you what the results of previous discussions were, as I don't deal with the Web; but I do know that this has been discussed here before, so I did a forum search and received these 24 hits.

  • Uploaded images are blurry

Hi all, I have tried numerous options when resizing my  100MB TIFF files to JPEGS but all result in blurry images when uploaded. I have opened the files on my laptop prior to uploading and they're great. I was advised to limit the width to 600 pixels but thsi made no difference at all. I used both photoshop CS6 and lightroom 4.3 with the same outcome. Has anyone had similar experiences or advice? Thanks

Thanks - I see the project here (http://www.behance.net/gallery/Perspectives-Of-Form-A-Sojourn-Away/9001215) but I don't see the original image you sent me for comparision...were did you send this? If possible, please send it in a support ticket here: behancenetwork.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new
Also - the "share to Behance" feature from Photoshop and Lightroom only publishes a "Work in Progress," not a project like the one you've sent me - are you seeing the same issues whether you upload directly to Behance (like the project) vs. share from Creative Cloud? Thanks!

  • N8 gallery not opening

hello bros..i have nokia n8 belle ..i cant open gallery..even after hard resets several times...give me solution plzzz...upload gallery for n8

    Hi jspinder,
    Thank you for your post.
Try re-installing the phone software using Nokia Suite. Just connect the phone to a PC via a compatible USB cable, and then launch Nokia Suite. Go to SW Update and select Device Software Update. If there's no available update, look for the option to Reinstall.
Get Nokia Suite from this link: Nokia-Suite-Download.
    Cheers!

  • My computer crashed recently and I had to upload Firefox again. I no longer have the tab thumbnail feature. How do I access/retrieve the tab thumbnail feature a

You may also try this solution if the button is not there:
''Type '''about:config''' into address bar, press Enter. Accept the warning. Search for '''browser.newtabpage.enabled''', right click it, and press Reset. Then search for '''browser.newtab.url''', right click it, and press Reset. ''
Also some tips on using New Tab Page can be found here:

  • Create web gallery elements 13

I just upgraded from PSE 6 all the way to 13.  I use a mac - and used the "create web gallery" to populate my web page.  It is completely gone in PSE 13.  I cannot find it anywhere.  I did not think an upgrade would leave me with less.  Say it ain't so!!  OSX Yosemite

Welcome to the Apple user discussions
I'd try again a few more times eight hours apart - I've had this error a couple of times but later things worked - I assumed it was a problem at the Apple servers that took some time to resolve
It might be worthwhile to take a look at your iDisk to be sure that there is not a partially uploaded gallery there gumming things up - finder ==>iDisk==>web ==> sites==>_gallery - if there are folders (I'm assuming that you do NOT have any good, working galleries at this time) there I'd move them to the trash to have a clean, fresh start

  • Lightroom kann nicht zu Behance publizieren.

    Hallo,
ich bekomme beim Publizieren zu Behance immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
"Failed to upload a WIP update to Behance: Invalid permissions or request type"
Aus der CC Desktop App sehe ich meine Behance Projekte korrekt.  Nur beim Hochladen aus lightroom tritt der Fehler auf.
Das Problem soll angeblich seit Lighroom 5.5 nicht mehr existieren (siehe Error: "Not Authenticated" | Log in to Behance from Lightroom 5.4 ).

    Hi.
Abhilfe schaft für LR 5.6 Error uploading image to Behance from Lightroom 5.6 (LINK der HOTLINE, da wurde ich eben geholfen !!)

  • Linking Behance through LR

the link through LR will not authenticate my behance sign in, I can sign into Behace via the browser using my adobe id. When I try it with LR it does not work. I saw  that another user submitted this problem and was told to go to Behace and use the "forgot password" link, and then enter their adobe id email. Then set the password the same as their adobe id. When I tried this the Behance site told me that my password was the same as my adobe id and sent me directely to adobe id forgot password page. I did not reset my adobe id password.
how do I get LR to authenticate my sign in information?

    Hello,
Thanks for getting in touch. I'm so sorry for the trouble you've encountered.
Behance recently changed its signup process to integrate more fully with Adobe IDs. Ironically, this caused a bug in the Behance-Lightroom integration that we are currently working to fix. If you signed up for a Behance account after April 10, 2014, you will not currently be able to share to Behance from Lightroom.
However, you can still share from the apps Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Please upload directly to Behance by logging in at Behance.net
Note that the other Creative Cloud integrations (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) will continue to work as normal.
Thank you so much for your patience, we'll be in touch with an update soon.

  • How to install and use flash on Z2 Tablet (KitKat)

Hi all, I know that Flash should be dead and also that KitKat made some changes so it´s not easy to use Flash but still I need this.
I have here an Xperia Z2 Tablet with Android 4.4 and Firefox Stable.
I was already using firefox and flash on another older Android device, so I thought I install flash also on my new device. Was reading about this post: http://www.androidpit.com/install-flash-player-on-firefox-android-4-4
I was downloading the oldest flash for Android, installed, checked plugin in Firefox and well everytime there is a flash element (video or whatever), I just see a black screen. There is no "you need flash" or "you have to activate flash", just a black screen.
Is there some workaround for that problem? Any ideas? Thank you!
Edit: Tested this with Dolphin, Flash is working there.
Wish I could use this on Firefox...

Hi guigs2, I already activated the plugin. When a flash element is coming I just see a black box there, it´s something [https://support.cdn.mozilla.net/media/uploads/gallery/images/2013-12-16-10-24-45-b6d767.png like in your link], there is just no "tap here to activate plugin" (because plugin is already activated). So flash is loading somehow, I'm just not able to see anything.
Does flash work with FF 28 on Kitkat, did somebody test it?
Maybe my Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is just broken, that could be also an answer. Just don't know how to find out what is going on...

  • IE incompatible ? Image size.

    Hi,
I know very little about HTML, CSS and the like but as a photographer I upload gallery webs all the time for clients etc. I generate these in PS CS2 or iView MediaPro and then upload to my server (shared web hosting).
With a current project requiring a 'site' type environment I decided to try iWeb. Before visiting this site please note that due to image sizes with iWeb it's a bit on the heavy side and if you're using IE on a PC BEWARE of crashes! Safari may even crash as has done with me.
    http://www.kura-images.com/camping
    Remarks and problems :
    1. As you can see my site does not resemble any iWeb template - using the 'modern' template I basically threw everything away and designed from scratch. It's a great WYSIWYG appli in that sense - no code - just drag and drop, resize, add some effects etc. I published regulary to a folder as a way of double checking but was impressed with the 100% WYSIWYG capability of iWeb
    2. Image size is a MAJOR problem. My concerns are specifically with the gallery pages generated from the photo page temps. Thumbnails at 16ko is too big and the motor that generates the large image files uses a single parameter (800pixels largest dimension) that cannot be changed in any pref settings etc. It also uses a compression factor which is a tad too high. Using Image Ready or the PS gallery web function (driven by Image Ready) I can get as good visual quality for my web-optimised JPEGS for 65% of the file size.
Note : I tried this file swap as a test
I changed one image in the folder for the "activités" page (activities_008) - I made a smaller thumbnail in ImageReady and created a 600pixel version of the large file; I replaced the images in the folder with these and checked the site. The thumb appears no problem in a smaller size (btw 6ko vs 16ko - that's a big diff when you apply it to 250 images !). SlideshowJS however has instructions to open the image at main size as determined by the slideshow index file creation generated by iWeb. And that's written as 800pixels. So on opening the 600 pixel image I'd replaced, slideshowJS opened it to 800pixels (not pretty). The only way to rectify that was to go into the source code in the relevant 'activités' js file, find the codeline for the image 008 and change the values manually. And I'd have to do that with 250 line of code ! That rather defeats the prupose of having a nice easy application to produce your galleries.
    3. Upload to my server via Transmit was trouble-free. No problems publishing to a non .mac server.
    4. Problem with the page titles. The names you give to pages determines the URL. Any spaces means you get the %20 thing and if, like me, you're writing in French the accents mean that iWeb has to get around the problem in a different, and not very practical, way. iWeb creates a random character line as a name, and uses that as the URL for pages where accents appear in the title. When the assets and index page are published those long character names appear on the index file and folder.
I also think that may lead to compatability issues with certain servers.
    5. But here's the BIG PROBLEM !
I had 4 people with PC's and IE (God bless 'em) check out the site. 2 reported repeated crashes of IE (unexpectedly quit exe. error). No problems with the homepage - just when clicking on some of the photo pages. What is really strange is that neither had problems when accessing the 'La Soirée' page, but both had problems with all the others. Apparently the crash came after IE tried to load the page, succeeded in loading a few thumbnails and then stopped and crashed 5-10secs later.
    6. EVEN WORSE !
I have gone back to my site several times, emptying Safari cache each time, and have succeded in stalling definitively Safari's attempts to load certain pages. Just stops with partial page upload. I then have to quit Safari and re-open to be able to access any web page (even other sites). Sometimes it's OK, sometimes not.
This site goes officially live on wednesday morning but for now it's a no-goer. Just too erratic and not IE compatible.
    PLEASE, any suggestions ?
    Many thanks in advance

Yes, it is best to avoid spaces and accents and special characters if you can. If you must have them in your navigation links, then don't use the iWeb nav bar. Instead give your pages very short simple names with the Inspector, uncheck the box for "include in nav bar," and just create ordinary hyperlinks for page navigation. I don't know if this will help with IE compatibility, but it can't hurt.

  • How do I save a document from my email to my computer. I have no "save as" option.

I want to be able to save an email from my inbox to my computer. Can find a "save as" button or get a copy and paste to work. When I try to "save the page" it saves the web page not the email. .

Don't you have a '''"Print to PDF"''' feature, that will appear as a "printer" selection when you open the print dialog box?
That will save that print job as a PDF file.
''IIRC, a '''Print to PDF''' feature is included in Windows by MS starting with either Vista or Windows 7. If not part of Windows, maybe the Adobe PDF program you have installed [I see that as a plugin in your More System Details] has added that feature. Or maybe it was added by your Microsoft Office application - [another plugin I see that you have "The plug-in allows you to open and edit files using Microsoft Office applications"]''.
Best I can do for a screenshot as a example - ''I'm on WinXP and don't that feature in Firefox to capture myself.''

Just click on the drop-marker arrow in the Printer - Name selection box and see if '''Print to PDF''' is available.

  • Problems recuperating information from a stolen ph...

    Hi there,
I recently had a bag stolen with my beloved Nokia 6320 in it.
As I could not afford to directly replace the phone with the same model I got myself a 6021.
I was hoping that I would be able to upload the contact list from the 6320 (saved to my PC) onto the 6021. However, when I attempted a Back Up I was only offered the possibility of Uploading Gallery or Text Messages.
If the two Contact Lists are incompatible, can I at least view my contacts list without having the stolen phone connected? At least that way I could recuperate two years of contacts manually... sigh...
At the moment, I do not know how to access information on PC Suite for a phone that is not physically present. Or even if that is possible? It certainly should be, shouldn't it?
Thanks in advance for your advice,
    The Ox

Hey Manta - you didn't prove a wet "blanket" for me ;-)
Thanks a lot! It was a bit of a slog, but I have now recovered my contacts list.
In my case the suggested path you gave did not apply. I had no Directory entitled Application Data in My Docs.
However, I did have a number of files with my name and a date on them listed as Content Copier Files. I tried clicking on one. It opened Content Copier of the Suite... BUT... the prog then said "cannot contact this phone" and did nothing else.
So, I opened the most recent file with notepad and got an apparent load of nonsense. However, scrolling down I eventually reached a section with the contents of my contact section intact - though with added codes.
A quick Cut & Paste and some deft editing and they were in a form I could copy easily for saving.
    Thanks again - that was a life-saver.
    Cheers,
    The Ox
PS Would it not be a good idea, oh boffins at Nokia, to ensure future versions of Content Copier allow users to open and edit files for phones that they may have lost or had stolen? In fact wouldn't it be useful for people with several phones to be able to edit their contents files "off-line" and then hot sync them later? Like most Palm PCs allow you to do.
Incidentally I am using Version 6.83.14.1 on a Pentium IV (2 mega) running Windows XP latest Service Ed. 1 mega ram.
