Upload: GL Budget
Hi All,
We are trying to upload the GL budget by using Web ADI Responsibility. But we are getting error while load the data from excel sheet. The error message like “Fatal Error Occurred: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /nmxprd/appImgr/1156/bne/11.5.0/upload/bneUfgcHF5d.xml(No such file or
directory)” . We are using 11.5.7 application version and 8.1 ADI version. Also we don’t find some profile option.
Please any one help me for resolve this issue

The 1000 locations which happen to be different Plants and different customer groups. The budget is not uniform for any 2 of them i.e. to say the budget volume of location 1 for April will be different from the budget volume of location 1 for May. KEPM will divide the volume uniformly if I am not wrong. Kindly guide me through KEPM if the same can be done through that.

I came across a requirement in Hyperion Planning like,
.The system should allow to upload / download budgets using an external budgeting tool .
Is it possible?If yes then how it will be?This sounds like an integration that would depend on the external tool being referred to. There are many way to load data into Hyperion Planning. There are data load rules to Essbase, there is data entry through the web forms, and there is also the possibility of loading data via SmartView.
The requirement is very generic but hopefully this points you in the right direction.

Thanks in AdvanceYou have to select update profile, which works with payment budget. Secondly, you have to define the settings for payment transfer in OF29 transaction. You should consult the following notes, in order to secure smooth payment transfer procedure:

Financial Statements - Plan/Actual - version comparison is one such report to just give an example to view the data.

Hope you have sorted out the upload of plan data. For uploading the budgets the work around is below:
Upload the budget data as plan using the planning layout suggested by others. Then in the transaction KO22 select the budget column and use the copy view option under Edit menu and select Planned total.
Once the Budget details are uploaded you can upload the plan values later.

Validation for initial budget upload in FMBB

I have one requirement where client want a validation or rule, when they upload the budget for one group of commitment item and fund center then user should not be allowed again using the same document type initial budget upload to upload the budget.

BharathThe procedure to upload datas is simple on condition you made appropriate settings before:
- first define a specific layout by copying a standard one via KP65 Tcode
- second, assign the new layout to the planning profile via Controlling > Cost Center Accounting > Planning > Manual Planning > Define User-Defined Planner Profiles
In the assignment of the layout you define the layout with the box "integrated excel" marked. You just have to navigate to layouts for controlling.
-thirdly you define default parameters of the layout: there you have to select a generic name for the files you will import. As an example if you define the file name like " planning* ", the future files will be named " "planning2008", or "planning2009"....
save : the structure of the xls file on your desk, save the settings
- then you make your planning in your excel sheet. Save it in a ".txt" format and don't forget to suppress the last line of the file: the line "total" can't be readen by the system.
- return to KP06 Tcode, choose the right layout : go to extra > excel planning > upload, select the "planning.txt" file and execute.
I think you have the elements to succeed.

Budget Document Entry Upload via LSMW or BDC Program not working!
Hi All,
I tried creating a LSMW and a BDC program for upload of budgets by recording Tcode FMBB. Unfortunately, I didn't succeed because some fields in Tcode FMBB are not input ready. I therefore seek an alternative solution to upload the budgets. I have the following questions:-
1. Is there a standard program that can be used to upload the budgets? If so, please give a the name or Tcode for the program.
2. I have checked in this site and confirmed I can use BAPI BAPI_0050_CREATE to upload the budgets. Unfortunately, I have never used BAPIs before. How do I the BAPI to upload my data in Excel? Do I call the BAPI as a function in a program? How do I format the data in Excel for Upload. Kindly provide a step by step procedure on how this can be done and also explain how the data is formatted in Excel.

May be ur recording a table control in the transaction FB01 for accounting line items..
When recording line items.. u need to record the page "page down" button...
If it is so..
You can control the line item table control , by recording the line item in the second row, then recording the 'page down' button..
This will move your line item to first row and the next line item will be recorded in the second row....and it continues on...
But i am unaware that BDC is tuff for enjoy transactions... If it is so, please go for the bapi specified by Kishan..

The budget is not uploaded on the G/L account, but on FM address (fund centre, commitment item, etc.) You are able to map the FM addresses to your accounts using basic derivation tools of FM.

Budget Upload Program(GLPLUP)
Hi Gurus,
Please provide me the solution for uploading the Budget Data.
The current upload program (TCode GLPLUP) only allows one cost center per month to be uploaded.
Is there any way to extend the current GLPLUP to allow one upload execution for all 12 month planning data.
Or
Is there any way to customize option that we can extend / Change the Layout the current layout.
I would appreciate If any one could provide me the solution to mass upload the Budget data.

I have uploaded the budget in TC-FMBB with the combination of fund centre & commitment item.It created a document no also.then i tried to relase the budget in TC-FMMPRELE.But it is giving this error.
For object BUED_DOFAM NOCL, number range interval 01 does not exist
Message no. NR751
Diagnosis
The database table NRIV has the delivery class 'C', i.e. the SAP default settings are only in client 000.
Procedure
Create the missing number range interval in customizing.
Now how to proceed.

You can create teh missing number range as follows:
Go to T.code SNRO, Enter the object name (BUED_DOFAM NOCL) and click number range.
In the next screen, enter the FM area, click Change Intervals and maintain required number range.

Internal orders - Plan Line items are not uploading into SAP!!
Hi Experts,
Am uploading the budget values as plan line items of Internal orders(AUFK table) from my Z prog. by using BAPI_COSTACTPLN_POSTPRIMCOST.......in Return table(bapiret2), am not getting any error messages........so, am taking it for granted that, upload is successful.
But, when I went to KOBP transaction.........I did not see any values for the internal order in question.......but, just now, I uploaded successfullly!!
Let me know that, Why its happening like that? How to fix it?
