Upload how to document

As a result of configuring and running 1099's in SAP, I just finished writing documentation on the 1099 process. I've gotten so much help from users on SCN I wanted to upload the document for others to use. Is that possible? It's written in Word. From reading posts, etc it looks like it can only be done in the wiki pages but I can't tell what is needed to do that.
Is there someone that can help me post a document or give me some instructions?

If its written in word, then you can copy the content and paste in to a document..
Just click on the Write a document
Then paste the content in body message..
Use Mozilla Firefox, so that all pictures are copied automatically.. (if you use chrome or IE, then pictures will not copied to document ).

I have the same situation and is becoming a big problem, not just for uploading a resume on a job web site like Monster or Career Builders. It has become a bigger problem as you can't upload any other kind of document or file to any web site!!!! I have an iPad 4 Retina Display 64G that cost me $800 and what is the purpose of downloading the Pages App if you can't download anything! Everybody saying, you need to email, or you need to get iCab, etc.
I bought a Nexus 7 about a year before the iPad, for $249 and I can do everything with it with no problem and I bought later the iPad thinking that is a much more powerful tablet, dead WRORNG!!! iPad is only for Games, Netflix, Apple TV and to Keep you baby kids quiet.

How to upload a Excel document in background mode

Hello there, how are you?
I am doing an interface program that needs to upload an excel document into an internal table, to do this I used the FM ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE. The problem with this FM is that only works in foregroung mode, If I run the programin bcakground the FM does not work.
I would like to know if exist a way to upload an excel document into an internal table, for a program that have to be execute in background mode.

I know, I always do that but I was in a rush to get somewhere and I was relying on my thousand dollar Mac to do some kind of recovery or something. I know Microsoft always keeps temporary files (I think Mac does too, part of me asking here in this forum was for someone to tell me where I can find those files) and when you go to open Office Works then it gives you the option of opening the last recent documents, saved or not saved.
I usually copy paste into my emial just in case something goes wrong with the created document but I just didn't have the time to login and do all that My loss, you live and you learn, BUT still if ANYONE got any info on this, PLEASE DO CHIME IN *keeping the hope alive*

How to deal with Upload limit of Document Library

We are working on SharePoint Online (Office365). We have a requirement to upload files of 20GB+ size. I have come across a limitation that we can't upload files to document library whose size is more than 2GB. Please provide an clarification on this
limitation.
We want our user to upload files up to 20GB. Can we give him an option to upload file using SP Designer. If we can create a folder an user can open site in SPD then they can upload files. Is there any limitation of file size in folder.
If this is not the feasible option kindly suggest us any other way by which we can fulfill this requirement.

The 2Gb file limit is a hard limit that cannot be exceeded in either on-premises or cloud based versions of SharePoint due to a SQL/File system limitation.
The best bet that you can do is look at using a storage location based in perhaps Azure and then linking to this location from Office 365. Unfortunately you can't use search crawl for none Office 365 locations, so I would think about using a links list to
surface the large files in SharePoint as a link item, thus making them available to search etc.

How to upload a PDF document to a website

Using my iPad and Safari Browser I'm trying to upload a PDF document to a website.
When I click on the website's button to "Choose File" I only get the options to select "Camera Roll" or "Photo Stream" or a video.
I have the PDF document saved in iBook, Dropbox, Goodreader, and Pages. But those apps are not selectable as "Open In..." options - only Camera Roll and Photo Stream.
Any way to make these app selectable, or get the PDF into the Camera Roll so that I can upload it to this particular website?

Issue in How-To document "Load flat file using SAPGUI"?

I'm having an issue with following lines in the How-To document.
I've a characteristic "CHAR1" which is restricted with multuple values in the planning level.
after the upload using this document, CHAR1 is being loaded incorrect & during my debugging I've noticed that program is changing CHAR1 values while executing following lines of code.
It works fine, if i don't have a restriction for CHAR1 at planning level.
It also works fine, if i restricted CHAR1 with a single value in level.
It's not working as expected, if i restrict CHAR1 with multiple single values.
incase of multiple single values restriction, following is happening.
let's say i load following file & i restricted CHAR1 with values "aaaaa,fffff" in level.
CHAR1 CHAR2 value
aaaaa bbbbb 1000
fffff eeeee 2000
it's being loaded as follows. Program is changing all values of CHAR1 with 1st value of the restricted multiple values and in this case, it is "aaaaa".
CHAR1 CHAR2 value
aaaaa bbbbb 1000
aaaaa eeeee 2000
Has any one encountered the same problem?

I still need to keep the lines of coding as I've few characteristics restrictied to single values & one characteristic restricted to multiple single values.
when the coding is commented out, single value restricted characteristics are not getting populated with any value.
I'm counting the table entries "ls_chasel-t_charng" and if entries are 1, then am activating the code. this seems to be working fine. Do you see any problems/issues with this?

Uploading an InDesign Document to "Issuu Online"

I work for a small newspaper that produces a monthly catalog of homes for sale in my area. Beyond printing this free publication on a press we also upload it to the Issuu Online website so readers will have access to the homes online as well.
I took over this project for a designer that just "up and left" without leaving any explanation on how to do this correctly. The problem that Issuu Online has appears to be caused by their limitations to how large of a document can be uploaded. I am hoping that I can get my publication online by postscripting the document, but am unsure as to what the optimal presets should be. Any help in this area would be great.

At the paper we "print" to file/PostScript to cover all of our bases when creating an ad. We have set up several options to do several different things like convert an full color ad to black and white, or ensure that an ad is completely CMYK even though some images built into the ad are RGB. Once we have created the PostScript, we distill in Adobe Distiller using similar setting that further refine the file, like adjusting a black and white ad to 200dpi instead of 300dpi to ensure that the black won't bleed too much on the newsprint and create a "muddy" image.
I was hoping to setup a preset from scratch so that I knew how to fix it instead of just scratching my head wondering what went wrong after an hour of PDF-ing and uploading to the Issuu site.
I hadn't tried the smallest file size preset yet. I guess it just seemed to easy to be the fix. I tried to upload the file again today and had "heard" that one problem might be found in how the document as a whole was set up. The magazine is built in separate sections in InDesign, then PDF-ed and then placed into a new InDesign document that is the whole book. I had "heard" that there may be an issue in the way the sections are created, some of which were built by non-designers (people that think they know how to design using MS Publisher or whatever).
Still trying ideas and looking for solutions, but will get back when I can. Thanks!

you can access the SRDemo application through help--> check for updates. This application uses ADF Faces to upload documents to the middle tier server.

Upload / download BDS document buttons are missing from MS Excel View dialogue window.
This means that users cannot upload pre-built MS Excel templates into their own layout variants.
Test systems have this function, but production box does not. Is there an ABAP or Basis setting that is missing?

2)created content organizer rule(for route documents to a Doc library)
3)created new document type content type
4)enabled document ID
5)set the Content organizer process job schedule at daily night 11 pm
but when upload a new document to Dropofflibray this document routed (moved) suddently to destinatin Document library (which i set in content organizer rule)
how this happen ?
