Upload music from itunes to 6300

I want to upload music files from my itunes library on my mac to my nokia 6300. I have a bluetooth dongle. I really don't know where to start! What file type does my 6300 play? Do I need some extra software to do this? I need a few pointers to start me off in the right direction!
