Upload themes?

How do you upload themes? I have a theme which is this:
name1.cod
name2.cod
name3.cod
name4.cod
name4.cod
name.jad
So i go to load applications on desktop manager and this format is not searched for so when i tried it anyway it says invalid.. so how do i upload them to my BB 8120 Pearl to use as themes?

Hi,
Can you put it on a website and simply browse on the BB to that website...
i.e. http://www.mywebsite.com./cooljadfile/name.jad
Themese normally are in the aix format... AIX can be loaded via desktop manger/apploadr/browse...
Works for other programs that I use...

I have lost all my pics on my PC and would like to upload them to iCloud from my iPad. As they aren't in Photostream, but are in "Photos" or "iPhoto", how can I upload them to the iCloud?

They are currently in Albums within Photos, and also within albums in iPhoto, but not in Photostream. How do I upload them to the iCloud (I have bought space to ensure they will all load).

I had to do a restore on my I-phone 4 because it froze. I lost all of my apps, music photos and contacts. Does anyone know if there is any way at all to retreive the photos if I hadn't uploaded them to my home computer yet. Thanks for your help!

My I-phone 4 froze when I was trying to sync some music to it tonight from i-tunes. I lost all my contact info, apps and most importantly photos. I had just returned from a vacation to the mountains and had 200 or so photos that are now lost I really would like to know if there is any way to retrieve them because I hadn`t uploaded them to my computer yet. I don`t mind if I have to pay a professional to retrieve them I just want to know if its possible. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it! If the photos were not backed up with a recent backup, there is NO way to retrieve them.

The photo print quality from my Mac to my Epson Artisan 810 is poor. When I take the same photo files (JPEGs) to my PC to print to the same printer without even uploading them to the PC, they print brighter and crisper from my PC.

When I first tried printing, I noticed the quality wasn't as good as I expected it to be. Then, I had to print 4-3.5x5s on a sheet, so I e-mailed the image to myself and opened it on my PC to print it (much easier to print that way on PC in Windows Photo Gallery - I think it's impossible to print that way in iPhoto). I've already been on the phone and e-mail w/Applecare many times over this issue. We've tried creating a test user and printing from there, and we've tried reinstalling the OS. I've tried printing from iPhoto, ImageCapture, and Preview apps/utilities, all w/the same result - no comparison to the PC-printed versions (no enhancements have been performed on the PC).
I'm out of ideas, and so is Applecare. They say it's most likely a driver issue b/c the printer is outdated, and that the only solution is to buy a new printer. BUT it is a pain for me to purchase a new printer - it takes days of research due to the nature of my business and the fact that I need a printer that can print directly onto a disc. I love this printer and don't want to have to buy a new one if I don't have to.

I spent money on cds - yes I'm old fashioned.
I want to listen to audiobooks on my CD so that's how they were recorded onto itunes and sync'd to my ipod.
Now it's a waste if I press the sync button!
I spent hours downloading cds to itunes on the other computer - which I will be getting rid of soon.

I am trying to add photo's to my contacts on Icloud but keeping getting 'server error' when I try to upload them - anyone got any ideas?

I have resized my photo's yet when I try to upload them on the the person's contact details it says 'server error cannot upload photo at this time'.

I regret that you're having trouble setting up your email, corbad! You're on the right track with your incoming email address. You might also try incoming.verizon.net or incoming.yahoo.verizon.net as possible alternatives, and 995 as the port number. Please let me know how that goes!

How to download photos from samsung stratosphere so I can upload them on my new 5c

I can't seem to get my photos off my Samsung Stratosphere onto my computer so I can upload them onto my new 5C.

If you have iCloud and shared Photo Stream turned on, you can go into your each of your albums and do the following:
1.     Tap on Edit
2.     Tap on each photo you want to save back to your computer
3.     Tap on Share
4.     Tap on Photo Stream
5.     Tap on the unnamed Photo Stream folder just created
6.     Type in your iCloud or Apple ID email address
7.     Name the Photo Stream
8.     Tap on Next to create the shared Photo Stream album
9.     Tap on Post
10.   Tap on the new Photo Stream album
11.    Tap on Edit
12.    Tap on the photos to select them
13.    Tap on Share
14.    Tap on Save to Camera Roll
Once they are back in the Camera Roll, you should be able to import them.

Format the flash drive in FAT32, save the file as you would normally and transfer it to the flash drive, then the PC. It should work fine unless one of the Word apps is older.

Hello Tony,
If you want to use Excel, then I would suggest that you export your calendar spreadsheet as a comma separated values (.csv) file and then import that data into the Calendar application in Palm Desktop. Then Hotsync your Palm.

sigh...this is quite idiotic, but I have found a solution. It was quite simple, really, and yet quite idiotic. I share it for all those reading so that, if you know of anyone else that did what i did, you can easily be the "hero" in their lives.
After a continued search via youtube or what have you for any possible solutions, I kept coming back to the fact that I was told by my computer that I didn't have "permission" to do the file deletion. I stumbled upon a youtube video that talked about "unlocking", "locking", certain files and what not.
Long story short, the reason why I couldn't do anything to the files that were on my desktop was due to my "locking" the desktop folder. I must have done this a while back not knowing what I was doing nor the ramifications of clicking a simple box.
I undid this by:
Opening Up Finder
then, going to MacHD --> Users --> My Account Folder
clicking on Desktop Folder, I "cmd+I"
I then, unclicked the "locked" option
I went down to the cog/settings and selected "Apply to enclosed items"
resulting then in having all my files on my desktop free accessiblity and delete-ability....
oi...at least I now know what "locking" a folder (even the desktop folder) can do to other files held within it

Do I need to reduce the images size in pixels (actual size jpeg 5616 × 3744 pixels/766kb) before upload them from iPhoto to a Mobile Me Gallery?
Otherwise they will be heavy or the upload process take care of that?
It would be nice that iPhoto took care and optimize the images to display online without any more work, because I´ve 1200 images to upload and they´re jpegs 5616 × 3744 pixels. It´s just to viewing purposes. Not o download or print.

In fact no matter if I use a High or Medium compression size JPEG, the size after upload is the same.
Starts with 1,5 MB/5600px (high) or 780kb/5600px (medium) JPEG and ends after upload in 115kb for a 1024px image.
This means that iPhoto auto compress in order to publish to Mobile Me, even if we start with a bigger file.
I hope this info is useful to others.

Why are the albums in iphoto 09 not showing up when I upload them to facebook

I have downloaded photos off my camera and have put them into a new album. When I click on that album they are there. When I go to upload them onto my facebook and other sites the albums are not there. I can not figure out where they are. They are listed in my iphoto. Am I doing something wrong? I have done
this many times and lately this has just happened. Why aren't the albums there? All my older albums are. And if I move the pictures into an older album the pictures don't show up there either, just the older ones. This is making me insane! Any help?

I've tested with jpg, tif, png and I can't reproduce it. Is there a particular image format or all images?
Since it's not working in another account, it's probably something systemwide.
Boot up holding command-r keys into your Recovery Volume.
The screen should give you these choices...
Restore from TM backup
Reinstall Mac OS X
Get help online
Disk Utility
First run Disk Utility Repair Disk, if you get errors run until no errors reported or reports "the disk cannot be fixed". Then, choose Reinstall OS X. This will be an install "in place" and shouldn't effect any of your own data or settings.

You'll need a program to edit your photos in. I assume you've been using the 'rotate' function with Preview ...however this doesn't save the rotated image - that rotate function is only for viewing purposes. Try this site, it provides a lot of free and shareware programs to do what you wish...
