Uploading new stuff only deletes old stu
Hey everyone. I just bought a Zen microphoto a couple weeks back and had mostly no problems with it. I just don't understand one thing. Every time I load new songs onto the Zen it delete the most recent songs off immediately. And everything goes in and out under playlist even though I load them individually. Please help. I really don't like deleting my songs just to listen to new ones. Catch 22...don't you think? So is there a different way to download (I download off of Media Windows). Or do I have to change some settings?

Content from the shared libraries will show up under a different menu item to content you have purchased on the Apple TV, by navigating to the appropriate menu items you will be able to play either type of content.
You would however be better designating one of the libraries as a synced library so that any content you purchase on the Apple TV can be transferred to that library, so that you can back it up and keep it safe.

Changed my Apple ID email, but ICloud does not recognize my new login, only my old one (which is now non-existent) and requires the password to do anything. If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, do the following:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device). -
I have one playlist on iphone4. how can i add new playlist without deleting old one. i do not have old playlist in itunes any more.When i try to sync iphone with itunes it says that this action will remove my old playlist and all songs.

Are you connecting to a different iTunes library than you normally connect to? That will erase the songs and playlists since the iPhone can't be connected to multiple libraries even if it is in manual sync mode.
If you no longer have access to the original library that your iPhone calls 'home', then the only way to save the playlist (and the songs on your iPhone) would be to use a 3rd party application to extract your iPhone contents to this new iTunes library you're trying to connect to. -
My iPhoto library is in Shared Folders so both users can access and edit the pictures. However, if one users uploads new photos, for some reason these become only available to him and the other user cannot even view them.
All permissions have been set so that both users have them on the shared folders. For some reason, when creating a folder, the permissions are not kept....
Please help.The same thing has started happening to us since upgrading to iPhoto 11 and Lion. If I import photos from my camera, then my partner can see thumbnails of those photo, but cannot click them to see them sull size. Similarly if my partner imports photos.
We have used a shared iPhoto library stored in Users/Shared/Photos for several years and everything has been fine until now.
I am backing up now and will then check and repair the library permissions. I'll post back the results. -
I’m giving my ipad to my sister and I had the icloud account changed. I have added new ID and deleted the old one. However when updating and downloading apps, it still asks for password to the previous account. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks very much!

Apps are tied to the Apple ID they were bought with and can not be shared with other devices that have a different Apple ID. -
What are the odds,my computer crashed at the same I switched to the 4s. I had to download and start all over with Itunes. My question is how do I upload from my old Iphone into Itunes so I can get my music off the old phone?
Iphone is not a backup device.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases: Without syncing: File>Transfer Purcahses
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to the new one. -
Uploading new Org Structure when old one exists?
Good day,
I m faced with the following scenario:
There is an org unit with the following no assignment:
O --> 00001 to 09999
S --> 100001 to 199999
P --> external number assignment
Now only S P and O are being used.
The client wants to correct the current org structure.
They wanted to reorder the org units numbering.
It was demonstrated to them in QAS client that this will entail deleting the object and relations to give the object a different number and in OM, the relations are important not the object ID.
The client is working on Org Units in batches and cannot get all the information ready at one time and cannot wait for the final data upload in PRD.
Thus, they have instructed us to go with new numbering for Org units from 1001 .... onwards so that upto 100 they are not touched.
And we have been asked to start uploading ORg Units in batches, firstly in QAS clients and then in PRD.
What r the consequences of having 2 numberings for the same object in OM?
Is it possible to have a plan version and an active version of Org Structure in SAP? If so, what are the limitations in terms of object validity?

Looks like your purchasing org has purchaing org and purchaing group assigned together in the function tab.
Purchaing org details should be maintained one level below your root org. In fucntion tab for ONE COMPRAS maintain your purchasing org details. DONOT MAINTAIN PURCHASING GROUP TOGETHER.
Maintain purchaing group to the org unit where all your users are. I.e org unit compratoes...something like that !!!
Also maintain relevant responsibilities for product categories in purchasing group and for purchaing org...in the extended atributes maintain the product categories.
Your company code looks ok.
This should fix your problem.

Syncing with a new computer after deleting old library
This is SO frustrating! Only a few days into my iphone 3g and im running into problems. All right, so I got a new computer cause my ancient one had a virus. (note: I deleted itunes off my old computer) I redownloaded itunes got some songs and went to sync. Heres the message im getting "This iphone is synced with another library. Do you want to delete this iphone and sync with this library" Please HELP!! If I proceed will I be deleting everything on my iphone????

If you proceed with syncing iTunes content with iTunes on another computer, you won't be deleting everything on your iPhone but you will be deleting all iTunes content that is currently available on your iPhone that was transferred to your iPhone from your ancient computer with a virus. Aren't there a number of antivirus programs available for a Windows PC?
Deleting the iTunes application from your computer does not delete your iTunes library. Your iTunes library is stored in the iTunes folder located in your My Music folder. Maintaining a backup of all important data on your computer including for your iTunes library stored on an external drive or some other media used for backup purposes only is important regardless the platform, but even more so with a Windows PC due to constant virus, adware, and spyware concerns.
iTunes includes an option to transfer content that was purchased/acquired from the iTunes Store from an iPod or iPhone, but this is for content that was purchased/acquired from the iTunes Store only.
With your iPhone connected to the new computer and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone. -
How do I create a new account and delete old one.
I want to stop current account and start a new one.
Go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to this new account.
This will not move your photo stream, however. If you have photos in photo stream that you haven't backed up anywhere else you will need to save these before deleting the account. If your computer is syncing with your iCloud account, your can photo stream photos directly to your computer. If not, open your photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos to select them, tap the share arrow button, then tap Save to Camera Roll. Once in the camera roll you can import them to your computer. -
I changed my password for a website, and Password Manager kept putting in my old password. Deleted the password from Manger, however Firefox does not ask me for a new one at all. Checked the help desk, but the solutions are not working either. Restarted computer, nothing. What do I need to do from here?

You could try going to ''Tools > Options > Privacy'' and removing the individual cookie for that site. You can also try going to ''Tools > Options > Security'' and verifying that the site isn't in your exceptions list.

Created new user acct. deleted old user acct. can't access old TM backups
After changing the name on my home folder and deleting and creating a user account I can't access the old backups when I enter time machine.
After creating the new user acct TM did a full complete backup that I can access
Is this normal behavior or a problem?

Help appreciatedHey Edward, I'm not sure if you're still having trouble with this, but I was struggling with it too, and what I believe fixed it for me was correcting some incorrect MobileMe login info. I guess the contacts were set up to be managed by MobileMe, and since the login wasn't going through, some permissions were disallowed. Anyway, my guess is that you have something misconfigured in an account that's managing your contacts. Good luck!

Cant download new version or delete old version
I am trying to download a newer version of iTunes but during the download process I get an error message that reads: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." This is odd since it is a home computer that is not networked and never has been. I have had iTunes on this computer for about 5 years and have never had an issue loading a new version/update.
I have even tried to uninstall the program and get the same message and it wont let me uninstall it. I then get a message stating: Older version cannot be removed. Contact your support group. WTH?
Now my iPad, my wife's iPhone and sons iPhone wont sync and we get the error that we need to load version 10.6.3 or higher.
Please let me know your thoughts on how to fix.

Question: as i have a lot of computers with windows 7 (2400 systems) as the operating system on them and as the users keep on changing or shifting place from one PC to another PC and managing the system or the C drive for the consistent system performance
or freeing space is a challenging task.
I would like have a Script that would only delete old (No of Months) profile as well as the registry itself but should keep the current profile instanct the the registry too.
I did find the below script on some forum that gets the job done but not the right way as it deletes all the profile and excludes the admin,administrator etc as seen in the script but i cannot delete the old profile of a certain time or date period.
