Uploading photos to website

Question

I am new to web development and I am designing a website for
car sales. I need the users to be able to add and remove photos
from the site however am not sure whether dreamweaver can just do
that alone or if I need to use something else.Any pointers as to
where to start from will be most welcome.

If you decide to use PHP or ASP, you may want to consider
adding a few extensions to your dreamweaver apps behavoirs. For
example, dmxzone.com creates extensions specifically for DW. They
have two extensions for uploading photos via the user interface
called Pure PHP upload or Pure ASPupload. When I got these
extensions, they were about $45 but they cost about $91.00 now.
Pure Upload allows you to upload files into a folder on the server
and it will create a file path to that folder that will display the
image on the front end (store front). It does save alot of time and
the video tutorial for these extensions explain how easy it is to
implement it. Another method is, if you are familiar with setting
up databases, is to create a 'product_table' that includes the
following columns:
products_tbl
prod_id INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY,
prod_name TEXT
prod_description VARCHAR(255),
prod_image BLOB <-- This attribute will actually store the
whole file in the database
