If you feel that you have enough evidence of the symptoms, use the feedback at http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html to let Apple know. The "feedback type" of "bug report" has been removed from the iTunes feedback, so I suggest you use use "Other".
You will not receive any feedback from them, but they do read the submissions and act upon them. It can take a while, and more than one iTunes update before the issue is resolved.

Muse Upload to Creative Cloud

Can Muse project be uploaded to Creative Cloud... how? I show CC with a blank icon file (with name project seen), but yet info shows file storage shows XXMB. I also can not open the muse file from CC. Pls advise

Upload to creative cloud hangs

I love all Adobe Products but this really frustrates me. I put together a very nice layout in Proto and i am trying to upload it to the creative cloud. I can sign in just fine, but as soon as I hit the upload button, the loading animation pops up on a black screen and just goes forever. I even let it go overnight and when i looked at it the next day, nothing changed. I have version 1.1 and haven't seen an update. When i had 1.0, i couldn't even sign in. What can i do here?

Could you test with a smaller file, such as a jpeg image. There are intermittent issues with large file uploads. We aware of this and are working on fixing it.

You are currently trying with a 26MB file correct? I'm wondering if the issue you describe is due to the file size and not related to the issue others described here. Can you test with a smaller file and post your results?

Unable to Load Captivate files to Creative Cloud

We have several captivate files that that for whatever reason we are unable to upload to creative cloud. We have tried from both Macs and PCs and receive the same message. "A virus was detected in Filename. This file will not be uploaded." They function in every respect in both cp7 and cp8. We have scanned them with mac and pc virus scanners. I can remove all the contents of the file and it still fails.
If I copy out all the slides to a new file, the file loads to cc. There is a lot of master template and advanced actions that would be lost if we have to port out the slides. This is not a great solution.
Can anyone suggest possible causes or remedies? My hope this there is some resource missing or corrupted in the file structure and that can be repaired.

The only virus detection program that I found that recognizes this virus is ClamWin (Free Antivirus for Windows - Open source GPL virus scanner) I used it to scan the text animation swf files ( installed with my Adobe Captivate 8 64 bit program files. Below is the report. I hope this helps someone at Adobe to find and fix the issue as soon as possible. Since I now know there is a virus on my system, I really need a fix as soon as possible. What I read about this virus is that "it will be used as a backdoor to spread more malware, malicious, and other Trojan virus... usually monitors internet browsing activity and collects confidential information of the victims and then sends them to Cybercriminals...."
Here are the results of my program directory scan. As you can see not all text animations are impacted but many are.

Can's see Muse file Creative Cloud

I have copied over my Muse file to my Creative Cloud desktop and synced it online. However, I can only see that the file is there. I can't interact with it in any way. See image below.
I need to be able to see the individual pages and click through as if looking at the website itself so the client can see if they like it.
How can I view the file in an interactive way?

You are uploading muse file to creative cloud where it is stored and can be downloaded , but it wont show you the web interaction or the same file action as in Muse.
The file needs to be opened in Muse and then you can check the page contents , if you want to check the site pages you would have to export the site as html and then upload to creative cloud and then on download you can see the pages with local browser preview.

Indesign previews in creative cloud dont show fonts?!?!

ok.. so surely this is not the way its supposed to happen
indesign file with a non web font uploaded to creative cloud
preview gets created with a substituted font.. = design looks rubbish and certainly wouldnt work to show a client as suggested.
i tried also uploading the font in the hope it would work, but no luck
any help appreciated : )

i downloaded this app but note after using it and saving work to created cloud the artwork created in no loaded editable at all on PS touch or abobe photoshop on a PC is there anyway in which i can get refund for this as i feel that this app is very mis leading.

Please try Share > Upload to Creative Cloud (entry only available if Sync is Off!) and choose format = PS Touch (psdx).
On a desktop browser download the file as psdx.
Install the "Touch App Plugins" from https://creative.adobe.com/ and open the psdx in Photoshop.

Creative Cloud Connection Preview app

I am on an imac OS 10.6.8. My application manager does not show the icon to download this app. I really need that file on my computers that uploads to creative cloud automatically!

You can select multiple files in the Windows Explorer dialog using the Ctrl key, or in Mac OS X Finder using the Cmd key. Once you have multiple files selected just click the upload button. Or use drag and drop from the desktop to the browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer it does not support multiple file upload. This is per design by Microsoft.

Should be easy. Try this...
In Thumbnails view, click the little triangle (pointing downward) in the lower-right corner of the asset you want to share.
In the blue icon bar that appears, click the Share icon (the third icon from the left, just right of the trash icon). The Share dialog should pop up.
In the Share dialog, enter the email address of the person with whom you want to share the asset, then click the Send Email button - they'll receive an email with a link to your asset. OR
You can also copy a link to the asset and then paste that into your own email client if you prefer. To do that, click the Link icon (looks like a "chain", and is to the right of the email "envelope" icon) - then click the Copy Link button.
Note that the Share options won't be available if your asset is set to "Private" - you can control whether an asset can be viewed (or downloaded) by others by clicking the Public/Private control (green or red "lock" icon).
You can also access the same Share controls if you click on the file to see it one-up (you can do this from either Thumbnails view or List view); click the Share icon near the upper right corner of the browser window (to the right of the asset name).

Sorry, maybe I don't understand, but why do you feel compelled to subscribe to CC if you already have a permanent Lightroom 5 licence?
