Ups tracking???
I had to get a new phone shipped ( same phone ) because of the defects, i need to know where or how i can track where it is because they never gave me a ups tracking code. Is there somewhere on the verizon website that i can get the code?
I apologize but there is not a tracking number online for a replacement device, if there was no email confirmation sent to the email address on the account, the tracking number may be noted in the account notes once the order is placed.

I bought this order W259448388 for ipad cover , 3 days ago. I need the complete UPS tracking no. The no I have on my applestore page is missing 1 digit! and you must have given them the wrong shipping adress. please make it right for this time, for small things. I am pisss off,,,!!!! URGENTTTT---

I ordered my phone from Apple on 10/5 and on 10/7 I got notification of shipment. I was able to track it over the past few days from China....Korea....Anchorage....Louisville. Once arriving in Louisville (I live in Louisville BTW), it not only scanned arrival, etc but also had an import/acceptance scan which to me, would indicate that it actually arrived in Louisville and was being prepared to be delivered on the predicted delivery date of Monday 10/13.
Tonight I logged on to print the deliver w/o signature form and clicked the tracking....it all DISAPPEARED!!!
Now all the site says is label created on 10/7 and "Order Processed: Ready for UPS". What the HECK????? Has this happened to anyone? Maybe just a UPS website issue or do you think my phone never really shipped in the first place?? If it didn't then how did it get scanned at all those places?

JenniferI had the same exact thing happen to me tonight. I ordered the iPhone 6 Plus and the label was created on 10/9. it went from Kentucky to ontario CA. it was shipped second day air saver and it had a delivery date of 10/13. Just check on it tonight and all of it is gone. Ups tracking just says label created on 10/9, order processed: Ready for UPS. I sure hope this is just a glitch in their website. This is the first time i have encountered this problem.
UPDATE: just checked it right now and all the info is back. That glitch is weird, but I'm glad its back to normal. -
My UPS tracking # is NOT working!
The status on the VZ page says shipped 10/11, and that I should receive it by the 14th. But when i click on the tracking number, I get this:

It's been this way all day, and I got that tracking number at 6am today.lmwsport, same here. i just want to be able to track it. frustrating. this phone is for a family member (i got the 4 back in February). last time, I ordered through Apple, and ended up getting it a day and a half later than my friend who ordered through Verizon. figured it would be different this time. i guess only time will tell.
on an amusing side note, it was hilarious tracking my iPhone 4 back in February, because it kept bouncing back and forth for 2 days to and from "Chek Lap Kok, China". -

I was overjoyed yesterday to get an e-mail with a tracking number for my (pre-purchased, not just pre-ordered) iPhone 6. However, I have kept checking the tracking number, and it still says the same thing.
A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.
Woops, pardon my formatting. Anyway, if it still hasn't shipped, how is it going to arrive tomorrow?? It said it was next day saver. Even last night (9/17) it was dated 9/18. I figured it would ship today and arrive Friday. I am bummed, but more than anything, it would be nice to just know what's going on. And if it doesn't come tomorrow, I wish it had been shipped FedEx or something so it could arrive Saturday. I don't think UPS does Saturday delivery. So unless it has already shipped and they just haven't updated it, it doesn't seem like I'll get my phone til Monday, despite having already purchased it.
Thanks for listening to me gripe. Any insight would be appreciated. The store I ordered from (Verizon reseller) doesn't have any info beyond what I have.

I can't track my iPad3, shipped with UPS on Friday 16 March
On Friday 16 March, my iPad3 order status changed from "preparing for shipment" to "Shipped" and showed UPS as the carrier with a tracking number, About 3days later now, UPS tracking page just says " UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later." UPS tracking system does not recognize the tracking number. I'm worried about shipment.. Is it going well???

Still cant track my Ipad order in the UK, UPS.
My order was supposedly shipped on the 10th of March with UPS. However I have been unable to track my order on the UPS website with the code which was provided on the Shipment Status page next to tracking number. I copy this into the UPS track window and it comes up with: UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later. And: Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers, This leads me to a page with the correct formats of tracking codes. The code which I have is a 10 digit number.
Does anyone know if I am doing anything wrong or wether it is just the system?

Good question. :-)
The UPS number provided by Apple (mine is starting with 81****) is actually not a tracking number. It is a "reference number".
You therefore need to go to the "track reference" section of the UPS Web site and type this number. then you should get your "real" tracking number and get access to your requested information.
At this time, I'm in the same situation than you, concenring scheduled shipment (delivery shceduled for tomorrow). Information provided by UPS Website shows that shipment sticker has been generated but the parcel doesn't seem to be yet in the UPS loop.

My iPhone 5 was supposed to be delivered today. Instead, the UPS tracking update reads:
"Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / Package was damaged and is being held at a UPS location."
I called UPS, and customer service clarified by saying that they had the package, but it was now mysteriously empty. They advised me to call Apple, which I did expecting Apple would have a way to quickly and satisfactorily address the problem. But that was not the case.
Apple's customer service rep put me on hold for a long time -- not sure what to read into that, except perhaps this sort of problem doesn't come up frequently enough that they have a streamlined workflow to address it. When she came back, she gave me two options:
First, I could get a refund and try to order a new iPhone online and do the in-store pick up. She made it sound like it would be super easy, but when I called the local Apple Store, they explained that it was a long shot. More like trying to buy small venue tickets to see a stadium rock band -- too many people trying to buy at once, and you have to try at the same time every night.
Second, I could wait while Apple launched an "investigation", after which they would "expidite" a replacement. I asked what they meant by expidite, and she explained that it would somewhere around 2 weeks, which is just a week shorter than the amount of time I've waited already.
So, two options, and both suck. I would've expected Apple would have a better, more customer-friendly solution to this really troubling but it doesn't seem so.
Googling "iphone 5 ups "us that your package was damaged or lost"" yields a couple results from this Discussion board, but the links no longer work, so Apple's probably purging them. But I'm hoping someone from Apple's Customer Service read this and decided to help improve this very frustrating situation.Since the new fulfillment time is up to a month I really want to avoid going to the back of the line if I can. These things happen, I agree, but I feel Apple (or UPS) should offer a better solution when it does.

Tracking number for the iPhone 6 Plus
My card was charged last night for the iPhone 6 Plus order, and there was a tracking number generated for my order. However, it starts with 1Z047V, and I couldn't track it on Fedex's website (it says the tracking number is invalid). I searched the tracking number on Google, and it appears to be a UPS tracking number, but I couldn't get any information on UPS' website either. Anyone knows about this situation? Thanks!
Same as mine. You should get an email later with the tracking number again and it will list UPS Business 2-day delivery. It won't show up on the UPS site until after midnight or after it has been picked up/scanned in. Hope this helps!

FYI: How to track the shipment of your FCS crossgrade
When I ordered the FCS crossgrade through Apple's Up To Date program, I got a shipping notice via email, but no UPS tracking number. The phone # provided was no help either. Fortunately, I discovered another way to do it. The UpToDate order # can be used as a "reference number" on UPS' site.
Go to www.ups.com
If necessary, choose "United States" (or whichever country you are in)
Click the "Tracking" tab
Along the left margin, choose "Track by Reference Number"
Enter your UpToDate order # in the reference number field.
Set the ship date range accordingly, and enter your destination country and postal code.
You can leave the UPS account # field blank (at least, I was able to.)
Check the box agreeing to the UPS 'Terms Of Use'
Click the "Track" button.
This ought to bring up tracking information for your package, including the UPS tracking number.
It worked for me!This is way too complicated Brian. I simply call my Apple reseller who collected the original FC Studio 5.0.4 disks and he tells me that the crossgrade for me is in transit. Which kind of sets me in quiet mood. I did not pay a cent yet for the crossgrade and I am thinking about buying him a pint of beer because he has changed his tune since early summer when I surrendered the software to this guy.

Need order status and tracking number please
Long story short, I need an accurate order status and an actual UPS tracking number for my order please.
Lenovo phone support has been unavailable since yesterday, and I've spent over 12 hours on hold on the webchat so far.
I ordered a Yoga 2 Pro on Feb 5th. On Feb 11th I received a shipping notice that my order had shipped on Feb 10th. The tracking number provided is a 10-digit UPS reference number that I cannot find on the website (even when searching by reference number).
On Feb 12th, the online order status page changed to indicate that my order was delivered on Feb 11th. This is not the case, as I have yet to receive my order.
Can someone from Lenovo staff please help?

UPS transferred my package to local post office a week ago and still have not received package
I ordered a pair of headphones online and got the email saying it was shipped on April 20. I live in Buffalo and the package was shipped from Syracuse. I tracked the package on UPS and it said it transferred the package to the local post office in Buffalo on April 21.
When I checked the USPS website, it just says been 7 days and I still have not received it.
I need help in finding out where my package is. I'm wondering if it got lost in the post office since it's a pretty small package.
Should I contact Best Buy to replace my order and mail me another one? The address I'm living in is temporary and I will be moving from that address in two weeks so I'm worried about how long it will take. (I cannot have it mailed to the store to pick it up because I do not own a car and the local Best Buy store is too far for me)
