Hello. I've installed your Air on my PC and the Air is right.
Once, I've attempted an "Insta(-gram) viewer (privately) 1.0" http://youtu.be/w1R0vbThvXw which requires your Air.
However, when I've clicked his .exe and he's been always saying that .exe has been damaged.
I've comment the video on these and no responds yet.
Plz link the video to download and attempt him to discover the problem where is, the .exe or my PC or more. Thanks!

I am learining to build CAF apps in Developer Studio in NW CE 7.1. Here are my steps and the errors I am getting:

I do not think I missed anything installing NW CE 7.1, but this error makes me think that some plug-in was erroneously left out of the install.
Incidentally, I can continue onward and build an app (this is obviously a tutorial), but when I try to deploy I get the following error:

Further developments: As you may note from the error message, DS is looking for com.sap.ide.metamodel.core.services.eclipse in both the C: and the E: drive at the same time. In fact, this file exists in the E: drive subdirectory listed, so I obviously have an error with two drive designations being concatenated. Does anyone know how I can change the lookup directory for this dependency (or any dependency)?

Error opening air 3 app

Hi,
I've installed the AIR 3 SDK, and when I first packaged an app, setting the version to 3.0 in the app xml,
a package was created. However, when I tried to install that, it gave me the error in the screenshot.
Then I thought it must be the old air application installer that caused the problem. Which it did,
because when I uninstalled it and manually downloaded and installed the Air Application Installer for Air 3,
it worked.
This makes sense because AIr 3 is not officiclally released. But I just would like to have that confirmed:
Is it so that when you package an AIR 3 app, and a user tries to install it, that
this error will always occur, and the AIR installer is not downloaded automatically?

Code Signing Error with AIR.app on MAC OS

I have an application that runs on Windows and MAC. The last release of the application was signed in February of this year without any issues on both of the target patforms. Now, when signing the latest release on MAC I am getting an error.
code object is not signed at all
In subcomponent: Path to application /Contents/Frameworks/Adobe AIR.framework
I am using a DigiCert extended validation token to sign the code.
I relaize this is pretty obscure, but will appreciate any ideas on how to solve this issue.

This is a pretty narrow little niche but hopefully what I've discovered will help someone out...
When signing and air application in which the runtime is embedded, you must sign the Adobe Air executable first.
To do this right-click or control click on the app, e.g. appName.app and choose show package contents. Find the Adobe Air executable in "Contents/Frameworks/Adobe Air.framework. Right-click or control-click the Adobe Air shortcut and coose show original. Right-click or control-click on the Adobe Air exe and select Get info. From the pop-up window copy the path, and use it in the terminal with codesign -s appending a "/Adobe Air" to the end. Once it's signed you can sign the app without an error.
One more thing... Your application won't open on a MAC without a warning and the need to overide the default security settings unless you register as a developer with apple.
I did this and used a MAC certificate to sign Adobe Air and the application.
WHAT FUN!

Error with Provider Hosted App on Edit Form of a list item

We have an error on the Edit Form of one of our pages.
We have developed a SharePoint Online Provider Hosted app which replaces the standard edit form of a list item and has some further events behind the save button. Since this is rather new territory for us, we're using a roundabout way of achieving this by
using a script editor web part to display an iFrame of our app. That way we can pass the Url through to our app and retrieve query strings from them.
Our issue comes quite intermittently in that we sometimes get a "web page cannot be found" error or sometimes a "resource cannot be found" error, however, when we load another app on the site (from the same app project, but using an app
part), then go back to the Edit Form, the information in the iFrame suddenly renders.
Any ideas on what might be causing this issue at all? Ideally, we should be rendering the app to the Edit Form is the proper manner, rather than scripting an iFrame that points to out app in Azure. Would this be the cause of the problem?

Hi thumper, if you have access to InfoPath, you can add the form to a page using the InfoPath web part. Otherwise, use SP Designer with instructions below:

Download/Install Error with Creative Cloud App

I have Windows 7... I have been a Creative Cloud member since the beginning... I know what I am doing. Anyways... suddenly, the Creative Cloud app that keeps track of your apps and updating them, etc. is jacked up. As far as I can tell, nothing changed on my end... perhaps Creative Cloud updated itself and caught a bug? When you go to the Apps tab, it says, "Download error, the Creative Cloud installation is no longer functioning, please uninstall and download again..." which I did twice now... rebootted and all that good stuff... the other tabs work - ie. Home, Assets and Community... and yes, I am signed in properly and have an active account. This isn't the first time this app has been a problem... Adobe has seemed to have issues with this app for awhile now - off and on... and from what I can see in the various forums, it's not just me with these issues.

WebWorxTech which error are you currently experiencing? Is it only a download error or are you still prompted to uninstall? Wireless Bridge error with AIR-BR1310G-E-K9,cannot associate: No response

I have to do a wireless bridge with 2 AIR-BR1310G-E-K9. I configure 1 AP root bridge and 1 AP non-root bridge, with the same SSID.
But on the AP non-root bridge, the interface dot11 radio don't change it state to up and give this error: %DOT11-4-CANT_ASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, cannot associate: No Response.
I don't why it doesn't work. Even if i try a configuration which it already work on a site, it doesn't work to.
So I ask to me if there is a problem with internal antenna?
If I configure the 2 AP to access point role with 2 different ssid, I can see the 2 ssid but with a weak signal.
This AP can work without external antennas?

The 1310 definitely can work with the internal antenna but... is the AP mounted somewhere? Some mounting options imply an external antenna as they position the internal antenna toward the wall...

Audio Buffer error with command line app

I run a program called SBAGEN, which is a binaural beat frequency program that runs from Terminal.app - lately, when I invoke one of the scripts for this program, I get this error:

OutOfMemory*Error with serv/cli app

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I'd like to submiot my dilemnas:
I wrote a server- client app, using TCP/IP and ObjectOuput/InputStream.
The sequence diagram is the following: The server send a message, and immediatly after the client answers, ant this while(true).
This app is to run 24/7. It works well until 800.000 messages are sent/received. Then I get a OutOf MemoryErroor, whileas I create only one message to be send & one to receive data, at the begenning. Then in the infinite loop, I receive one message, I sent my message.
And the other dilemna is that when I run the server & the client on the same machine, the consuption of memory is in constant increase, and 99-100% of the CPU is needed, but when it runs on separate machines, it takes <2-3
% CPU and <1 Mo of memory, constant.
Can you help me?

Peripherals with AIR Desktop app

Hi all,
I am a college student looking to utilize air for a senior project. I plan on using HTML/CSS/AJAX to build the application and was interested in trying to used a card reader as part of the project that would send information to the application. Is Air capable of handling peripherals like this? If anyone could provide any insight, I would greatly appreciate it.

Nevermind - the txt file that contains the version number and the url for the updater has the url for my live site, not my test one, so I changed it , and it installed fine.

Install errors with many 2014 apps and can we safely uninstall previous versions post-installation of the new releases?

I'm getting errors for several CC 2014 applications. The CC desktop says "Installation Failed", and yet some have actually been installed despite the failed message.
I also want to know if we can/should uninstall the old versions (CC and CC 64-bit) before (or after?) updating, because rather than upgrading the applications (which would have been nice), it just installs alongside them....so now I have 3 versions of Illustrator, 3 versions of PS, etc. I don't want all these versions, only the latest. Is it safe to uninstall the older versions (CC and CC 64) post-failed-installation of 2014, or should I just uninstall all and reinstall?

'Required app is missing' using Configurator

Today I got an error message while trying to prepare my iPad 3 using Apple Configurator v 1.2
After clicking on the Prepare button and 'Are you sure..." the error message is "Required App is Missing". I thought that I had selected to install an app that wasn't loaded or had been trashed. Removed all the apps. That didn't help.
I tried to supervise my iPad forcing it to erase and upgrade to iOS 6.0. I got the error message.
I unplugged my Supervised devices. Restarted my machine and restored my iPad. Still the same error message. On one website I read that they downloaded their VPP spreadsheet again and all was good though I'm not using the VPP spreadsheet with my unsupervised iPad.
I also noticed that the Prepared button icon now has a little star as part of the icon. Is this telling me something?
I haven't experienced this on any other machines yet.
Am I missing something?

I haven't seen this message before, but if I were to guess I'd think that maybe an app that was on the original backup was removed. Have you compared the app list from the problem iPad to the non-problem iPads?
If there isn't any data that needs to be saved on the problem iPad, you may want to restore the Supervised backup to remedy the issue. But I'm curious to know why the error came up in the first place.
If you find a solution, please post it. I'd like to know the answer!

Error creating files. Compilation failed... when publishing iOS app with AIR 3.1 and Flash 11.5.1

Hello, I'm running Windows 7. I'm using Flash 11.5.1 (that's CS5.5 updated once) and AIR 3.1 to make an iPhone app.
I can export the app perfectly fine with either Ctrl+Enter or F12.
I added all the required things with AIR for iOS settings, such as a p12 certificate and icon files.
I then hit publish. After I hit publish, I got this error:
Error creating files.
Compilation failed...
I tried dragging the window to see if there was anything hidden behind the elipses. What can I do to fix this problem?

note sure if I'm much help other than to CONFIRM it is working for me by using the sdk WITHOUT the compiler. Check out adobe's little note: "Note : Flex users will need to download the original AIR SDK without the new compiler."
I am using FB 4.7 with AIR 3.6 and seems to compile correctly for iOS.
Maybe try reinstalling flash builder?
I honestly don't know if the JRE has anything to do with it... I'm using 1.7 ....to see what JRE you're using, open the Java Control Panel (I right click my java orange icon and hit properties), select the Java tab, then hit "View..."
