URGENT: 2LIS_02_ITM

Hi All,
I am loading data into 0PUR_c01 from 2LIS_02_ITM and the load is getting stuck and I am seeing this message in the Details tab of the Monitor
Record 67 :No value found for attribute 0REQESTER for InfoObject 0USERNAME = PERSON 1 "
I am not sure what it means , can someone guide me.
It is the same , whether I load it from 2LIS_02_ITM or 2LIS_02_SCL.

Hi Amanda,
I guess it might have got cancelled. Try this as the last option:Make the request red and then goto the "details" tab of the monitor, select the data package -> right click -> process data package manually.
If it does the trick then its fine.
ELSE
I guess your load is a delta load. Do the following steps:
1. Your cube should have only the requests that were there before the error.
2. Run the infopackage with "init with no data transfer" option.
3. Now rerun the delta.

I am getting a short dump when i am trying to load the data from datasources: 2lis_02_scl and 2lis_02_itm.
It is giving the error message : "

There is one other method where in youc an go to the Item and Schedule line tables ( EKET) and filter on created on and load those documents into BW.
However this is tedious process as you many have several documents to fill the setup tables
This is just another alternative..

URGENT : 2LIS_11_VAITM , 2LIS_02_ITM ( Deleted orders)

Hi all
I have been trying to fix this problem that I am having. For these 2 datasources which feed into 0SD_O01 and 0PUR_O01 respectively , the 0ITEM_DEL flag does not populate any values.
I created some purchase and sales orders and deleted them but BW shows these records but does not put 'X' in the 0ITEM_DEL object.
I can see the flag in PSA though
Also in the transfer rules , I see 2 objects - 0STOR_NO and 0RECORDMODE.I do not see 0RECORDMODE in either of the ODS.
0STOR_NO is mapped to ROCANCEL AND 0RECORDMODE is blank in the transfer rules.
In the update rules , 0STOR_NO is mapped to 0ITEM_DEL .
Please advice
How can I fix this.

Hi:
If anybody who worked on those two InfoSources give replies, it may solve th eproblem.
Else, you can try your custom ABAP Code, preferably in Start routing of Update Rules. You can use field STORNO and using ABAP, you can reverse the key figures. Since a CUBE is always addition, you will end up canceling the key figures.
But, my guess is there may some other solution without ABAP.
Let me know if you want to try the above.

DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_CURSOR : Error extracting records in RSA3 for 2LIS_02_ITM

I'm extracting the data in R/3 system using tcode RSA3 for transaction datasource (2LIS_02_ITM). When i extracted the transaction data , it was giving time out error. Then i went into debug mode to find the error. While debugging the code it gave me a DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_CURSOR short dump.
NOTE : Data extraction is working for all 02 transaction data like 2LIS_02_SCL , 2LIS_02_S012. It s failing for only 2LIS_02_ITM only.

What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLMCEX" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Unable to perform database selection fully.
Error analysis
An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was not caught
in
procedure "MCEX_BW_LO_API" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
One of the database selections included a database Commit.
The selection was then supposed to continue. Before a
database commit, however, all outstanding database selections
must be concluded.
Possible causes in the application program:
While a read process from a database cursor is taking place
(within a loop SELECT/LOOP/EXEC SQL or before a FETCH command),
one of the following statements is used:
- MESSAGE (apart from MESSAGE S...)
- COMMIT WORK
- ROLLBACK WORK
- BREAK-POINT
- WAIT
- CALL FUNCTION ... DESTINATION (synchronous RFC)
- CALL FUNCTION ... STARTING NEW TASK
- RECEIVE RESULTS
- CALL DIALOG
- CALL SELECTION-SCREEN
- CALL TRANSACTION
- CALL SCREEN, or any other statement that results in the display of a
new screen
Whenever a program runs in debugging mode, a "COMMIT WORK" can
possibly be triggered during database selection. This abnormal
termination can also occur in debugging mode even with a correct
program.
A "COMMIT WORK" during debugging may be due to the following reasons:
1. A program or screen was regenerated during debugging
and updated in the database.
2. Each user needs a separate process in debugging mode, but
the number of available processes is restricted. If this
limit is exceeded, each debugging step then requires a
"COMMIT WORK".
The error occurs in a statement in which the table "MC02M_0ITMSETUP " is
accessed.

Did you already find a solution for this 'issue'?
I encounter the same problem. In my humble opinion this has nothing to do with the difference between structures.
When loading data in normal modus, there is no problem. When loading in debug, there is an error.
I also tested with other data sources and the same issue occurs there while nothing has changed.
If someone knows how to solve this issue, please reply.

2lis_02_itm

Hi All,
The extractor 2lis_02_itm is fetching more lines of records instead of 4 line items listed in ekpo. (in rsa3).
I have searched other threads on this same topic. but none of them has a conclusive answer.
Due to above mentioned problem my data records are getting summed in the DSO OPUR_O01 giving me a wrong output on net order value and net price
line item 10 is repeated for 5 times ...one record has a value for posting date (field BADAT) and the other didn't.
If the extractor is bringing history of changes how to correct the error. (Is this SAP Functionality?)
Is there a start routine which merges the records or is that a database error.?
Can you please help this is urgent...!

Hi,
why would you want to tackle this situation? This is normal behaviour of such datasources just post it in your datarget, the result will be correct.
The only thing you'll have to take care is to initiliaze properly your data via the SETUP procedure and then carry your delta loads as usual.
If you just need to initialize your extraction as of NOW (withour updating documents created previously) and post it to a cube then you can avoid updating by deleting records with doc date < today during your start routine.

Logical command in ABAP.....Urgent

i am pretty new using ABAP program so i neeed help urgently. i am trying to move a file on the application server from one directory to the other and i was using the open dataset function to do that. but the file i am trying to move is pretty big and because i am using internal table to store, it is causing problems with the space.
i have consulted the basis guys and they have managed to create a logical file for copying from one directory to the other on the application server. to help you furthter. i am enclosing the mail sent to me.
I have created a logical command which should copy the file from one location to the other but you need to pass it the source dir and file name and the destination dir and file name.
The logical command is ZCOPY and uses cmd /c copy
Copies one or more files to another location.
COPY [/V] [/N] [/Y | /-Y] [/Z] [/A | /B ] source [/A | /B]
 [+ source [/A | /B] [+ ...]] [destination [/A | /B]]
source Specifies the file or files to be copied.
/A Indicates an ASCII text file.
/B Indicates a binary file.
destination Specifies the directory and/or filename for the new file(s).
/V Verifies that new files are written correctly.
/N Uses short filename, if available, when copying a file with a
 non-8dot3 name.
/Y Suppresses prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
 existing destination file.
/-Y Causes prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
 existing destination file.
/Z Copies networked files in restartable mode.
The switch /Y may be preset in the COPYCMD environment variable.
This may be overridden with /-Y on the command line. Default is

We are using print program SAPF130K and SAPF130D for vendor and customer respectively.
My query is can we bring even the cleared items alongwith the open items in the same print program???
Now we have line items of open line items only?? As per our exploration into the program... we get only open items..
Also we are using SAP10 and SAP11 as the correspondence type.Kindly advise as to correspondence type should be changed so that it can print both the open and cleared items?

I have a report. it has got 1 Query and 2 groups.

Now the Func1,Func2,Func3 takes the value of last 4 record for each item at each G1 Level and devides it by 4 and prints . As an example given below

This report takes an parameter which is part of the Where condition of the Query Q1. If I run this report from the report builder and provide the value for the parameter then the report runs fine printing the exact values. If I run the report from another report(which I have to do, due to circumstances) using SRW.Run_Report and pass the parameter in the same command. The the function FUNC4, FUNC5, FUNC6 does not do the addition, as a result the Func1,Func2,Func3 returns 0. I dont know why this is happenning .
This is very very URGENT, My project manager is on my head to finish it ASAP. Please help.

One reason that I sometimes get 'NoSuchMethodError' is when I make a change to a
java class that is imported into another java class. When I go to run the
importing class, it will throw a 'NoSuchMethodError' on any methods that I've
changed in the imported class. The solution is to recompile the importing class
with the changed classes in the classpath.

Then how can i find the BSP coding or script(such as HTML,XML..) coding used for the application.

Urgent OSX data recovery question

Hello,
I am in urgent need of assistance with recovering some data. Long story short I have a XServe that had two 40gb ADMs in it. I successfully backed up each disk to DMG files, then upgraded the ADMs to contain 500gb modules. I then blew out the megaraid config and set the new drives up as mirrors. I am finding now however that one of the DMGs that wasn't supposed to contain anything critical actually did, and when I try to open it I get an error that "no mountable file systems" are in it.
To top things off, earlier today the original drive was readable, but I wanted to try and boot back to it to see how the server was set up before. I popped it back into its ADM, and via the Install CD in Terminal I ran "megaraid -create auto" to try and make it boot to it again. The problem is that not only did that not work, but since then the drive cannot be read via any means.
Essentially, I have a drive that thinks it isnt even partitioned any more and a DMG file that won't open, and it is critical that I get some data from it. Does anyone know how I could possibly repair one of the two? The files I need are under the Library folder in a very specific location.

Hello,
The problem is caused due to the spaces in your directories
C:\SAP Dumps\Core Release SR1 Export_CD1_51019634/DB/ADA/DBSIZE.XML
Replace the spaces with underscores and restart the installation from from scratch.

I have a requirement in the project .There is a programme which creates new hire sap account in sap r/3 manully in production server .Currently this programme SKIPS INFOTYPE 105 Subtype 0001.The requirement is mentioned below.we are not using logical database pnp. can ane 1 kindly help me regarding this . I am new to hr module.waiting for a response at your ealieast convinience.as this is very urgent .
When a future new hire is already created in PRD manually by UAS, currently program ZAHR270D skips adding the infotype 105 subtype 0001. Modify program so if a future new hire's SAP account already exists in PRD, then: 1). search through each subtype in SU01 and complete any missing data, and 2). create the infotype 105 subtype 0001.

I think you can go through the existing program ZAHR270D and modify it by checking for the condition(if a future new hire's SAP account already exists),and then use FM HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION for updating IT0105 Subtype 1.
Try it and see if helpful.
