Hi,
I am having trouble downloading the B1DE tools for VS 2005/B1 2005 SP01. Seems the download link is broken.
Could someone PLEASE either send me a download link or the file itself to wmworia at gmail dot com?

I keep getting urgent msgs to download 3.6. I have done so, but the download doesn[t seem to finish completely. How can I make sure the download has occurred? h s

I have dowloaded both 3.6 and 4.1 exe, however, I still get the urgent mesg from firefox. My download file shows that the downloads took place, but I guess they never were completely installed. How can I check to make sure the downloads are installed? Will the urgent messages stop when the downloads are truly installed?'

Do a clean (re-)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version (doesn't apply to Firefox 3.0.x).
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a (re)install.

Please help urgently - can't download App World

Dear all,
I posted yesterday about how I've lost access to WhatsApp on my Blackberry Z10. I'm a lecturer and use WhatsApp to communicate with my students so it is urgent that I get back on ASAP. I could not get the application to update or download so I deleted it but that has not helped. The root problem seems to be that App World is gone from my BB, and I can't get it back either.
I have tried several methods of downloading App World and none of them work.
1. If I enter the URL appworld.blackberry.com in the browser on my BB, I get the error "Unable to open appworld://"
2. If I visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/download as instructed on the BB website, it states:
"Simply visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/download from your smartphone to download. Or, enter an email address that’s integrated with your BlackBerry smartphone below and click submit to have a download link sent to you."
When I enter the URL www.blackberry.com/appworld/download in my BB browser it simply refreshes the same page with the same instructions.
3. If I enter the email address integrated with my BB, it sends me an email with the following URL in it:
http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld
Currently, entering this URL on my PC or in my BB yields an "HTTP Status 500" exception report. Previously (last night), the same URL was giving the following instruction: "Downloads via a USB connection are not enabled for this product. Please visit our mobile download site using the browser on your Blackberry." But I was using the browser on my BlackBerry and not a USB connection.
4. Searching around the web desperately for a workaround, I found a suggestion to download BlackBerry App World directly from the web at this link. However, when I downloaded this file to my BB and tried to open it, it just said "Unable to open file".
I'm now out of ideas! Please help.

Thats strange! To confirm, what happens if tyou open BlackBerry World and search for WhatsApp?
This should allow you to see WhatsApp and provide a Install option (link).
If searching for the app doesnt produce any results, try scanning the following QR Code using BlackBerry World on your device. To do this, open BlackBerry World, swipe down from the top of your screen and tap Scan Barcode.

actual scenario is like this
i have uploaded file path in database, and whole file in to my disk....
i have given links to file name and when one clicks the link the file of that link should be downloaded / opened from the path specified in the database
its really too urgent

SDK 2005: Download Link

Hi all,
is there any possibility to download SBO 2005 SDK? There was this possibility to download SDK 2004 from SAP Marketplace before, but now, I can not find it.
Or the only way is to order SDK directly from SAP?

Hi Libor,
You must order the SDK from SAP, but the SDK (without a license of course) is included in the normal installation of SBO 2005.

I keep getting window up saying urgent update recommending download, but when i do try, all i get is a blue and white bar moving . i have left it run for hours and nothing happens. what is it?

i downloaded new FF 2 weeks ago. Since then i keep getting update window coming up every day highly recommending i update but when i try, nothing happens except blue/white moving bar at top of window. i have left it run for hours and no progress, so i close it. The next time I open FF, it appears again and again same happens.
If there is an urgent update, how urgent is it if I cannot download it.It's worries me that i can,t load it and how it might affect my security.

It would be a great idea to uninstall Norton - you don't need it and it has a pretty poor reputation for mucking up otherwise healthy Macs.

Edit: To see whether you actually have Norton installed launch Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder. If it's installed you'll likely see some Norton entries there.
Also, in System Preferences>Users & Groups or Accounts, depending on OS)>Login Items, it might be listed.

URGENT! Problems downloading MSAccess Plug-in

I'm trying ot download the MSAccess Plug-In for Migration Workbench, but the link doessn4t work. I've also tried the other links which appear at the same page, but none of them would work at all. After a bit of research, I've discovered that any of the links redirects me to download-eu.oracle.com, where It looks like these files are not hosted (or mirrored). I URGENTLY need the plug-in, could anyone help me?

Keep getting urgent message to download update and when clicked on it never finisihes downloading but continues until I lose it and exit Firefox.

Update box appears off and on urging me to update Firefox. If I click update it shows the candy stripe pattern in progress bar inside box but never completes the download. The first time this happened, I was busy working on computer and didn't notice until maybe an hour later. I attempted to stop/cancel and it would not stop. I exited Firefox. The next time I opened Firefox the update box did not appear. It has now appeared off and on for maybe two weeks. Today I clicked more info and it took me to the M. Firefox site. As there is an update I thought ok, legit, see what happens. I clicked the box and it did the same thing. I escaped Firefox to make it stop.
I went to the M Firefox site and clicked on the download for 4.1, it took a matter of seconds as is normal.
What is with the update box and not being able to stop/cancel and not loading and the urgent message? Who sent it and what is going on do you think?

Thanks so much for the reply. However, the issue is not "how to update" or "how to update most easily". The issue is an update box kept appearing with the message "it is strongly recommended that you apply this update for Firefox as soon as possible." Upon clicking "Update Firefox" there was a problem.
I already went to the site and updated as I note above. But I see this as a glitch: someone has programmed an update box that doesn't work. Is the someone at Mozilla Firefox, and there is a bug, or is it someone not at Mozilla Firefox. If there is a security and stability update available, and the download doesn't work, you get suspicious. When you try to stop the supposed download and it won't stop, you get freaked.
Anyway, thanks for the reply, but it assumes the wrong question. The real question is if this is a legitimate update and the update box is legitimate then why does it not work properly? If it isn't legitimate, why is it appearing?

Urgent : file upload / download functionality in oracle portal page

Hi friends
I am new to portal development and am working on oracle portal 9i rel2 . I need to know how to put the file upload and download functionality in any page. the functionality given in oracle portal user guide is not user friendly (i.e in the content area add item of type file" ) .... i need to now is their any way to achieve the simple , one button click upload download functionality ..like we do in yahoo mails etc.
any help will be highly appreciated.

Well, I do not know the exact location of the document, however you can find the document to do this in modplsql User Guide ..(File Upload/Download).
I am pasting some hint:

Need Urgent help in downloading the pkg from Sunfreeware

Hi all,
I am trying to down load few pkgs from Sunfreeware.
On the site I see 2 sets of pkgs for the same pkg.
one which ends with local.gz & the other one with .gz ( which is a source code)
Which one do I download & how do I add it using the pkgadd command.
I know the cmd but don't know which one to download & how to proceed.
PLEASE HELP ME , I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON THIS BUT NO RESULTS.

Also, I'd recommend you try compiling some of these packages yourself (especially if you haven't done any earlier) --- it really goes a long way to help build some tools/software that aren't in the System V pkg format. : )

I keep getting a notice that it is urgent that I download an update and the green hbar goes forever and nothing happens. All real updates seem to happen automatically, yet this keeps popping up. What's up and how do I get rid of it.

I don't know what more I can provide until maybe it pops up again....which I'm sure it will.

etresoft a long time contributer to Apple Support Communities wrote a very useful app he called etrecheck which helps in diagnosing many problems caused by third party installs etc.. Go to his website, read his information and from there download and run the program according to his instructions

Urgently need to download emails from server

Hello - my webmail server is about to wipe my emails in the next couple of days. I am running Mavericks on a Macbook and want to download all emails from the server so that they stay on my Mail app when the server finally deletes all the emails. Can anyone please advise me?

HI - so far as I know it's a standard webmail operation. In this case it is with Virginmedia. The problem is that i have closed my account with them and a 3 month grace-period where my email account is still active is about to come to an end. After that I won't have access to my emails. So I need to download them from the server. I can currently access them but i do not know what settings to put into either the webmail or my Mac Mail app.
(in other words I want to store all my emails permanently on my Macbook and not on any server).
I'm very grateful for any guidance on this. I don't want to lose the emails.
