Urgent complain

Apple face, what should I do and how can I be adequately served by you in Portugal.
For the following occurred:
I do have immense months telephonically contacted Apple support line in my country, for problems on my iPhone.
I was told to use a company that was according to you the official representative of Apple and the same proposed a me exchange my iPhone 4 for iPhone 5 upon payment of a certain value, which although it was contrary to the laws in force in my country with respect to guarantees I still thought it was a good decision, and therefore transfer the amount which was after the same company € 165.96 to exchange for iphone5 16GB which has a market value according to the same 399 €.
When they received the amounts in question did not honor the contract and informed me that they had made a mistake and that after all the equipment they would give me was a iphone4, I refused because this does not horaram the contract not complied with the warranty laws my parents and if I do not intend to follow through with the exchange would have to pay 19 € per repair budget.
Now that informed them that introduced criminal complaint in the police informed me that are no longer Apple officials did nothing, stirred me in equipment and as such I was once again in a situation where I am deprived of official equipment warranty.
They informed me I could collect them and the value transferred by all, but I was unsecured, the machine shattered the back cover after technical intervention on the part of that company when it was under warranty for the first time, I have a device that was by twice the guarantee and this second time was four months is that I'm out of the mobile phone and no solution in sight.
To get a sense of the ridiculous handed the mobile phone in question the official representative recommended by your customer service FastRepair in Coimbra on 31 January 2015.
If possible I would get an official your email, where you can send all the evidence that I have and that I can provide some solution or way to solve my problem because so far unfortunately start to think about using another any brand because this whole situation has been ridiculous, desperate and a total lack of professionalism of whom you represent you in Portugal and as such, think fit to inform you of all successful, and you ask for a solution, because I have this company as being a company of huge quality standards, but that this my country seems to be degrading.

While attempting to sift through that mess of a message I did see that you were dealing with a company you believe to be an Apple Authorized repair facility.
It looks like there are only two locations in Coimbra that are actually authorized by Apple and FastRepair is not on that list.
You may have voided your warranty going through an unauthorized channel.

    Now From my scenario can you really come to know what am I supposed to do? I mean I have been miss guided every time I call verizon.
    I do not want to continue with verizon service at all if I will not get any solution for the problems I am having currently
    Moreover today when I called to sales department and I was explaining him everything HE HUNG UP MY CALL.

  • URGENT HELP NEEDED!!! (Almost a matter of life and death)

    Well, it's more of a matter of failing a course or not...
    Anyway, my Java professor gave us some labs to do. I know Java front and back, at least, whatever version I learned a few years back. This is my first tenure with the Scanner object, and it's messing me up.
    I'm using Eclipse for my project. I have three files in the source folder, ABC_Manufacturing.java, mseast.dat and mswest.dat. Now, when I try to instanciate a new Scanner object, it won't find the files:
    Scanner east = new Scanner(new FileReader("mseast.dat"));
    Scanner west = new Scanner(new File("mswest.dat"));
    I'm trying two seperate ways to do this. Neither are working, this is the error I get:
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Error: Unresolved compilation problems:
         Unhandled exception type FileNotFoundException
         Unhandled exception type FileNotFoundException
         at ABC_Manufacturing.main(ABC_Manufacturing.java:38)
    Now, I added these files OVER and OVER again. I added them. I created new files and pasted the contents in there. I used .txt files. All the same error. It's like it just won't take the time out to look for the files that are RIGHT IN THE DAMN PROJECT! Then I tried using a complete path, using C:\Java\whatever. SAME ERROR!!!!
    Please, I need urgent help. This is due tomorrow at noon, and I have no idea what to do at this point. I can't really continue, because at this point its just looking at what prints out and formatting it, and I don't want to do that without testing to see if my code to convert the file data into arrays work. You dig? Thanks for any and all help, and I'm going to kill my professor...she spent a week going over parallel arrays but did nothing to show us how to import files into projects or use the scanner class. Also it doesn't help that at uni we have to use emacs, which I don't use at home.

    I'm new to this thread and require your urgent help in this regard.
    I've got a requirement for building a 5000 X 5000 matrix using PL/SQL. My original data tables have 5000 rows each and I need to do a correlation analysis using this data and need to store in a physical table and not in-memory. Is this feat achievable using mere PL/SQL? I understand that Oracle DB has a limitation of 1000 columns(but not sure) and hence I'd like to know whether there is any work-around for such scenarios. If not, what are the other alternative method(s) to achieve this feat? Do I need to use any 3rd party tools to get this done? An early reply from the experts is highly appreciated.

    I'll get to your quesiton in a moment, but first some welcome information. Many OTN posters consider it impolite to mark threads as "urgent". We are volunteers and have jobs of our own to do without people we don't know making demands. You are brand new and deserve some patience but please understand this. It is very likely before I finish this post someone will complain about the word "urgent" in your subject.
    On to more interesting things :)
    You can do the matrix, but are out of luck with a 5000 x 5000 table because Oracle only allows 1000 columns per table. There are ways to work around this.
    How do do the matrix depends on what you want to do. You can do this different ways. You can create a table beforehand and use PL/SQL or simple SQL to populate it, or use the CREATE TABLE AS syntax to create and populate it in one step if you can get the underlying SQL to work the way you want, something like
    create table my_table as
      select a.*, b.*
        from table1 a, table2 bcan populate a matrix from 2 tables with an intentional cartesian join (the WHERE clause was left out intentionally, provided your data is already in the data base.
    If not you can use a PL/SQL routine to populate the data.
    There are a couple of ways to solve the 1000 column limit. The easiest way might be to have 5 collections of 1000 columns each. A more complicated but more elegant soltion would be to have nested collections, allowing 2 colliections that you can loop through - a collection of collections. Nested collections can be hard to work with. A third way would be to use nested tables in the database but I personally do not like them and the insert, update, and delete statements for nested tables are hard to use.
    I'm not going to give a code example because I am not sure which solution is best for you. If you have further questions post them.

So i had to employ a 'hard-boot' restart - as i had not other options.
    I'm pretty sure i made copies of of files/apps/folders etc - however not so sure now as i cant even start up my laptop!!!
    Can somebosy please help me urgently??!!!

    Got the exact same problem, and I also did this operation many times before, from 500Gb to 750Gb, and then from 750Gb to 1 Gb. Not My HD got a little such complaining about bad sectors when in windows bootcamp, but still runs fine though.
    So I bought a new 1Gb drive exactly same drive as the one thats getting sick. I did the clone thing, with super duper, CCC, DU, but no matter it will not boot when i move the new drive inside the macbook…….**** thing exuse me, but wasted so much time.
    Now I get this strange feeling that something must have changed in the macbook itself. Just wondering if this could be a EFI "mac bios" prevention thing, they made just to sell more new computers, when you can't improve or fix your old one.
    If so, then its pretty scary. If not then I simply can't figure out why this suddenly becomes a problem for so many people, as I see so many posts about this!!

  • URGENT: How to debug non-reproducable problem(s) in ADF JSF application?

    This is one of the most anoying things in programing.... We have JSF application developed by JDev 10.1.3 and deployed on AS. It works fine but almost once or twice per day users complain that, say on a certain page (could be any page) they click on a button or a link and nothing happens. Sometimes it looks like the browser is trying to open a page but never does and sometimes the link or a button is dead. I looked into log file under opmn/logs and could not find anything?
    This is very urgent, so please, please if you have any hint on how to approach this problem, let me know. At this time I cannot file the Service Request with Oracle since they would ask me to create sample code and reproduce the problem which is just not possible.

    if you are on JDeveloper 10.1.3.0 then chances are that these are concurrency issues. If a user starts a long running query then others may be blocked by this. This is fixed in JSF RI that is contained in JDeveloper 10.1.3.1
    Its just a guess. To prove my assumption, make sure you run the app with a single seat and see if the issue reproduces or exclude queries from the tests.

  • SunOne ejbc error, URGENT, please Help!

    Hi, I have installed SunOne AppServ7 on UNIX (Solaris 8)
    So far everything is running fine, however, I was unable to deploy a jar file, the error message that I get is as follow:
    Cannot deploy the component
    Deployment Error -- Error while running ejbc -- Fatal Error from EJB Compiler -- -- com/towertechnology/common/errorhandling/TTException
    After looking into the problem, it seems that it cannot find the TTException class.
    However, TTException class is actually in the common.jar.
    I have included common.jar in the $CLASSPATH, but still the deployer cannot find this class.
    There is no other error message given in the logfile.
    The above scenario works fine with weblogic.
    Could anyone out there help me with this problem?
    It's kinda urgent, I need to sort this problem by tomorrow.
    Any help would be deeply appreciated.

    I have the same problem here. It seems server-classpath is an element for classpath, not take a boolean value. Did you mean the attribute "env-classpath-ignored" of this element?
    I have tried to set "env-classpath-ignored" to both true and false, but ejbc complains the same error (seems to be class not found.)
    Could you please give more detailed info?

    praisa, thanks a lot for your reply, I just found out
    that in the server.xml file on SunOne7, there is a
    property that set the server-classpath to false,
    that's why the common ejb in the classpath could not
    be found. I have set the option to true and it went
    pass this problem, however, I still have another
    problem, that is ejb deployment problem, you can see
    my problem in the forum with the following title
    "SunOne ejb deployment error"

  • DATE FIELD PROBLEMS - URGENT

    I´m having trouble with FormsCentral.
    My form is running about 8 months with no problems.
    Yesterday people started to complain that the system doesn´t accept any date.
    That means the date field restricts date entries, from date dd/mm/aaaa (brazilian format) to another dd/mm/aaaa, but every date that users input in, is considered by the system as invalid, even it´s a correct and valid date right between the interval specified!
    I need Help Urgent!!!
    I depend on these forms to finish the payrol service from here.

    I´ve fixed the problem change the interval from 20/10/2013 to another date  and used  21/10/2013 to another date and it works!
    But I think something is wrong with the 20/10/2013 date?!
    To reproduce the erros just create a new form with date feature with this exaclty configurations and the bug appears:

    I have an urgent requirement.
    When I try to Activate the ODS its Complaining of invalid characters that too if the BEx reporting flag is selected.

  • Install & unistall problems. urgent!!!

    hi to all
    i tried to install Sun App Server 7 on a windows 2000 machine with service pack 3, 396 Mb RAM. the 'watchdog' application (I don't remember the exact binary file name) chrashes on startup and it's impossible to launch the server. so I've tried to uninstall the software and reinstall, but the installer says that it's impossible to reinstall due to a previous installation registry key...
    maybe tou have to rewrite installation process...
    can you give me a hand? it's extremely urgent because i have to explain the advantages of web services to my principal and i have only 2 days to do it...

    Not quite - if installer is complaining about registry entries, Windows registry is what must be cleaned up.
    Following registry folder and contents must be removed:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Sun Microsystems\Application Server\7.0
    Also, Application server related services entries:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SunAppServer7.0-domain1_admin-server
    and
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SunAppServer7.0-domain1_server1
    must be removed if present and system restarted before the next installation attempt.

  • Ejbc problem - urgent!

    I've been racing against time for some weeks now only to be flummoxed
    by a nasty surprise. The problem is this -
    I'm trying to deploy an ear file on WLS 6.0 sp2. The ear has a few
    post-javac jars and a few post-ejbc jars. If I deploy these separately
    they deploy fine. However, deployed together they cause Weblogic to
    throw a series of errors complaining about lack of HomeImpl classes
    for the post-javac beans. I thought it was supposed to generate these
    on the fly - and it does seem to generate them when those same beans
    are deployed independently.
    Somehow the presence of the post-ejbc jars seems to inhibit WLS's
    stub-generation activity. What I'm desperate to find out is how is
    this generation controlled? Is there a switch/option that I can set on
    a per-jar basis to say - generate stubs or dont, as the case may be?
    The weird thing is that I have one such ear which DOES work despite a
    combination of javac and ejbc jars. I have no idea why. I can see
    nothing obviously different about it.
    Advice is urgently sought.
    I'm away from my work-machine now, so am unable to provide exception
    traces and the like but will do so if required.

    Thanks, Deepak for the quick response. When you refer to the EJBC
    Options tab I presume you mean the Compilers tab. At least this is
    what the 6.0sp2 admin console gives me. Once you select this tab, you
    see exactly 4 options, none of which seem quite suitable.
    The first is the java compiler to be used - which in my case is javac.
    So not much choice there. The next is Tmp Path. I dont think thats
    what I am after either. Then we have the RMIC options. Now this sounds
    promising but looking at the possibilities offered at BEA's site, none
    seemed helpful. I did try -nowrite etc but they did not improve
    matters.
    The last option is KeepGenerated which again does not seem germane.
    Deepak, would you mind telling me if there was something specific that
    you had in mind that will let me turn off/on hot code generation (the
    preferred term apparently, for weblogic's deploy-time generation of
    stub/skeleton/proxy generation)?

  • Urgent - Cannot run sub query from VB 6

    Hello!
    I'm having a problem with my Oracle OLE DB connection in windows using Visual Basic 6.0 SP3.
    I can run normal queries just fine, but a correlated sub query like this:
    select A.col_a, (select col_b from Tab_B where id = A.id) from Tab_A A
    returns the following error:
    "ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis"
    But I'm able to run the query witout errors in Toad with the correct result!
    So basically, I cannot run a (correlated?) sub query via OLE DB...
    What am I doing wrong?? Is it a parameter that I need to set on the connection of command?
    I'm not using stored procedures, only plain text SQL.

    I'm running the latest version of Oracle OLE DB...when checking more in detail, it seems that the provider parses the code in a way, that makes the "(select" part of the sub statement be interpreted as a column name....when it does not find a right parenthesis, but a white space, it complains.
    I switched to Microsoft MSDAORA provider, and now it works perfectly...

  • Creative Zen Micro (Startup Failure) Need URGENT he

    Hi, i was on holiday in Singapore about 2 weeks ago, and i bought myself a Creative Zen Micro from one of the local sho
    ps.
    It worked fine, music played brilliantly, i was happy. However, today when i turned it on, it would display the 'CREATIVE COPYRIGHT' Screen, then followed by 'CREATIVE' in large letters across the screen. It would then freeze on this screen, and the off/on button would soon become useless, which meant that i could either leave it on and kill the battery, or take it out.
    When i took the battery out and in again, it would repeat with the 'CREATIVE' sign. Following the 'recovery' methods, i managed to load the screen with all the different options such as clean-up, etc etc. However, when i load any of them up, it would freeze once again and i would end up taking the battery out again.
    I have tried the reset button with a pin but that doesnt do anything. I have a spare battery that does exactly the same too. My computer doesnt detect the Zen btw.
    I have important documents and almost my lifetime's supply of music that took me almost weeks to rip and store into that Zen. Now that its basically dead, and i bought it in Singapore, i have basically no warranty, i feel as if i have been throwing cases of money into the toilet. I need urgent help, if theres any other ways of restoring access to my Zen.

    After browsing around forums over the internet, I have found many other people complaining about this, which makes it a MAJOR flaw in the Creative Zens. Screw petty chargers and plugs, get the software right.

    The problem you have is very simple, yet complicated to be solved. Your zen's hard dri've is dead. Most of the people who own a zen don't know it has a hard dri've inside. Some mp3 players have flash memory. Chances are that you've dropped your mp3 player. Zen's hard dri'ves are very sensiti've and must not be moved around too much. The way to go in this case is to replace the hard dri've. It is actually a micro hard dri've what you need. Seagate ST 5GB MicroDri've CF Type II. Once you have a new Hd installed you can format it using the zen's menu (remove the battery, hold the power button, place the battery in and wait untill you see the menu) This requires some experience formatting HD's and installing firmware. There is another option. You can buy a Patriot 4Gb Compact Flash Card, and follow what I've described above. The good thing about this is that your zen will take more vibration than the original. The bad one is tha those range from $70 - 99. I hope this hel
