Urgent!! dump in test system

hi!
i have a dump only in test system (not in dev or prod)
in transaction IW52 when pressing icon repair order.
the dump occurs in program SAPLZM06 in include LZM06U01
when calling screen 5000.
when i checked the screen inside the sap program SAPLZM06
it says: flow logic in screen 5000 is empty, but it does
so in all system.
when i put breakpoint inside the fm it stopped only in test system not in dev or in prod.
i assume that in dev or prod it doesn't rich the FM and that's why there is no dump.
i wanted to know how the program decides if to go the fm.
regards
yifat

Hi Yifat,
1. Custom Development
   SAPLZM06  (ZM06)
The above says that it is a customer-development.
2. Check out all the related
   transport requests (and their objects)
3  This usually happens when
   transports are not COMPLETE.
IE. All objects are not transported.
Some objects may be in another request !
Regards,
Amit M.

For one Urgent Change while performing the one of the Approval before changing the status to 'To Be Tested'
    We are getting below error.
The system does not recognize any changes using the CTS WBS BOM in the development system. The transaction is therefore incorrect or the status was reset by the system.
COuld anyone please help us to know, How it can be resolved?
We also have this below error.
    System Response
If the PPF action is a condition check, the condition is initially considered as not met, and leads to another warning, an error message, or status reset, depending on the configuration.
If the PPF action is the execution of a task in the task list, and the exception is critical, there is another error message in the document.
    Procedure
The condition cannot be met until the cause is removed. Analyze all messages in the transaction application log.
    Procedure for System Administration
Analyze any other messages in the task list application log, and the entries for the object /TMWFLOW/CMSCV
    Additional Information:
System cancel RFC destination SM_UK4CLNT005_TRUSTED, Call TR_READ_COMM:
No authorization to log on as a trusted system (Tr usted RC=0).
    /TMWFLOW/TU_GET_REQUEST_REMOTE:E:/TMWFLOW/TRACK_N:107
For above error Table /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_FLOWwas refreshed as well but still the same error.

If you are in Test System, you can use function module AA_AFABER_DELETE to totally delete the depreciation area (tcode SE37, specify chart of depreciation and depreciation area), After that recreate your depreciation area and run AFBN. But before you do that, have you created a retirement transaction type that limits the posting on your new depreciation area? If not create one.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks!

  • Urgent:: How to transport customer exit from dev to test system?

    Hi,
We have created a Customer exit in our development system in the $tmp package, and we want to transport it to our test system. Can you please tell us how to proceed on this. We are not able to change the package as our package is a development package and so does not start with Y or Z.
    Best Regards,
    Charu.

Your package is RSR right.. this is the package for the function group XRSR where in this user exit exists.
you need to have a separate development class either starting with Y or Z. If not, ask any developer or your sap basis team to create one for you. then you can assign this development class to your user exit.
To check this, go to SE38 - enter your program name ZXRSRU01, display, in the menu "goto", CHECK "object Directory entry", you should have this development class.
    Hope this helps.
    Shakeel.

    Hi Stephan,
unless we don't ask for it, please do not post this much content. This might be suitable for support messages, but not for this forum. There might be situations where you get asked for more information, but a post like this one just scares of anyone who might know an answer.
Also, your thread title does not give any information on your problem, as a "dump when testing web pages" can be anything.
I would suggest to re-state your question, just giving the information that others need.
I haven't worked with CRM, but I wonder if this is a custom application or a shipped one.

  • Transport planning book from Production to Dev/ Test system

    Hi APO Gurus,
I need clarity for below mentioned point u2013
I have a correct planning book in production system. I have a different structure in testing as well as in quality system. I want to transport planning book with all data views and macrou2019s associated with it to development system (or in test system).
How to do this? Please elaborate with details
    Thanks in advance.

I did the transport from Production to Dev client using TSOBJ last week. Basis team helped in connecting Prod and Dev clients.
Everyting went ok except selection IDs. When I check 'with selection transport' in TSOBJ, it ends up in short dump saying Timed Out in reading SQL table /sapapo/sdpsetde. We increased the system profile parameter "rdisp/max_wprun_time" from 1800 seconds to 3600 seconds. It still timed out with same message. So, I created the transport without selection IDs and it worked.
Next, I downloaded the only required selection IDs (total 498) from the DP Planning Area in Production client to excel spreadsheet using table /sapapo/TS_SELKO. Then created another transport using TSOBJ.....this time I used the 'Transport of Selections' section for Selection IDs and used single value selection from drop down, uploaded the IDs from clipboard option. That worked.
Although my problem is solved....but by any chance, has anyone encountered that TSOBJ Timed out? Is there any OSS note for this?

  • Open and close posting periods on test system

    Hello together,
to open and close posting periods is only allowed on the develepment und the production client, but not on the test client.
It is an customizing object, but the flag "current settings" is set, so you also can change the settings on the production system.
In the test system, it only can be changed by opening the system for customizing using SCC4 und change to "Changes without automatic recording".
Is there a way to allow open and close posting periods on the test system without opening the client for customizing?
    Regards,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,
Please, refer to the note 356483. Proceed as following:
    Call transaction SE54
Enter the Customizing object (view or table)
    Select "Generated objects"
    Choose "Create/change"
Select "no, or user, recording routine" in the bottom part of the screen
    Save the change
The view in your case is V_T001B.

    Eli

  • How can I handle deploying multiple test systems on the same PC that have been developed using different versions of LabVIEW, TestStand, and/or Switch Executive?

The major issue here is that the test systems must be documented and validated before being released to the production floor. Given this if a test station has multiple test systems deployed on it that have been developed on various versions of LV, TS, and Switch exec how can I force the test system selected to use the correct versions of TS, LV, and Switch exec.? I understand that the solution would be to recomplie everything and bring them up to the latest version but that would then require re-validation according to the QA department. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It would be nice if theTS deployment was more like an LV executable... meaning when a LV executable is launched it always knows what LV runtime engine to use when there are multiple engines installed on a PC.

    Hi,
Multiply versions of teststand can reside on the same system, but only one version can run at a time. They is a utility that has to be run to set the active version.
The SequenceFiles have a version number, and you will find an error will be generate if you try to Load the sequencefile in the wrong version of TestStand.
The labview VIs will only work providing the correct version of the RTE is also installed on your system, even a labview executabe requires the correct RTE to be installed, either as part of the executable installation or as a seperate installation, before the labview exe will work correctly.
I'm not fimilar with the Switch exec but I would expect that it will also require the correct lower level device drivers to be available for the version you are using.
Therefore, as you are indicating that some of your system are at  a older version, its difficult to image how you could achive this, considering if you say you have different versions of the software(s). For a start, you may have the problem that newer code/ sequencefiles using additional functionatily not available in the older versions.
I would think your only solution would  be to have different deployments covering the different versions you have, or at least bring all your test systems up to the same version of teststand.

    Hi,
1.First transport the data source from R/3 dev to R/3 quality
2.Replicate the data source in BI Quality ( make sure you that in the data source tab, you are searching the data source below the appropriate source system ---otherwise you  data source may not appear)
3.goto rsd1in BI development for activataing the info objects which you have added extra in the info source (z info objects )
activate these info objects and collect in another request
4.transport these info objects from BI dev to  BI quality
5.transport entire data source to bw quality.

  • How to setup a BW test system?

    Hi
We are having R/3 and now we are planning to install BW. Now a few questions are coming to us like...
    1. In what cases we need a test system? Can we bypass test system and have development and productive system only?
    2. How to setup a test system? Should we reload data from R/3 test system or can it be sourced from BW Productive system (in order to get more historical data)?
    3. Has anybody setup a test system and loaded data from BW Productive system before?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Pundit

    Hi Arjun,
It is depends on client, for eg:say if client follows Sixsigma processes, then give much importance on Quality. So in this scenario it becomes much clear to have Quality box, If for other clients who don't have much Quality processes in place. you can take up the Quality (test) in Development box itself.
And it also depends on data you want have test on. For some clients they move much of their historical data for testing purpose..
Also some clients mainatain all 3 boxes(Dev,QA & Prod.)in sink..so that it would be easy for any changes or whatsoever.
    Hope this helps...

  • Cannot find the Web Content repository in test system under KM Content

    Hi Experts,
We have implemented Web Page Composer in our development landscape. I have created a web page with the required content in the development and now wish to transport this web page and its content to our test system.
However when I navigate to Content Administration -> KM Content, inside the root directory I am not able to find the Web Content repository within which all WPC content resides.
I want to know what configuration has to be done in the test system so that the Web Content repository becomes available within KM Content.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hi,
I just want a confirmation on whether I will have to deploy the .SCA file for Web Page Composer in my test and production systems to be able to use the web pages I have created in the development environment.

    Saurabh

  • BSP pages in test system after transport have same URL as development

Hi. I have just transported some BSP's from our development into our test system and have encountered a problem.
The URL's of each page is the same as it was in the development system, so when we try and use the pages in the test system we get a "service can not be reached" error.
I am relatively new to BSPs and this is the first time I have transported them. I presumed the URL would update to reflect each server.
Have I missed a setting or something? I searched on SDN but could not find a similar post.
Thanks a lot for your help.
    Regards,
    Dave.

    Hi,
check whether the service is active in transaction SICF
(it may become inactive, when there is patch applied, upgrade , etc)
then you will get one screen there then what you need to do is
without entering anything just click execute and expand the tree to
default_hots->sap->bc->bsp->sap-> under this node you should be able to see your BSP name . right click on it and click activate.
here The BSP Name is nothing but the BSP Application name. When you create a BSP applicaiton, a SICF service is created along with the BSP application. All the request that the user makes to this BSP application is processed by the service only with the help of this corresponding SICF service.
    regards
    Bhavana
