Urgent: Employees not selected during Payroll Posting

Dear Friends,
I am trying to post payroll for a payroll area consisting of 4 employees, however the posting run is evaluated for 1 employee only, rest 3 employees are not selected/evaluated during the posting run. On debugging RPCIPE00, it has been found that the 3 employees do not have Relationship A209 in table HRP1001 and as such they are not evaluated. I do not know what the problem is as the posting document is successfully created for 1 employee.
Please help me out to find a solution to this problem.

Thanks a lot for your reply. The document is now created for all the 4 employees. However, I am unable to understand why this is required. The document of report says that this is automatically created by the system when the employee is hired. In case of upgrade one may be required to run this report. But ours is a new implementation. So why do we require to run this report.
Also, I tried running posting by hiring new employee, but again there is no CP for this employee and hence no document.
Please help.

    But end part of reply is more towards discouraging member to post queries. Every forum is a place where member post queries ONLY after they did not find solution and senior member should support them. I do not think anything wrong in it. Also, if any member who is new in module, has right to clarify his doubts. So where is the question come for discipline? If you are not willing to give reply, do not reply but avoid such comments which heart feeling of forum members.
    Please revert where the question of discipline comes in my question?

  • Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 001 not filled during Payroll

    Hi,
    I am working on 6.0 with New Gl activated. We have a scenario in HR where in all the employees are created as vendors. Any loan to vendor will be given from FI directly but the recovery would be done through payroll.
    During payroll system passes two entries as;
    1. Basic Salary - Dr.
        Transport Allow - Dr.
        Other Allow - Dr
            To Accrued Salary
             To Clearing A/c
    (This clearing account will gets nulified with vendor A/C)
    2. Clearing A/C - Dr
            To Vendor A/C
    The above mentioned error is coming in second entry for line item 001.
    Please let me know your inputs to solve this.

    Hi,
    System is basically failing to find a profit center in this transaction which is mandatory due to Document splitting configuration. You wil have to
    1. Assign profit center manually while posting the transaction
    2. If this is not possible, make settings in FAGL3KEH. You may need help from your FI consultant on this.
    When you post the second entry are you referencing to first transaction or both of them indepenant?

  • Business Area for Vendor Line Items during Payroll Posting

    Dear All
    We are in ECC 6 version of SAP. We are using Business Area for Internal Financial Statement. We are facing a problem with regard to Business area in Payroll posting. Business area does not appear in vendor line items when we make posting of payroll for multiple business area. We have setting technical accounts for HR. We read SAP note 203276 and it seems that it is possible. Can someone tell us what is the reason that business area not coming in vendor line item while payroll posting.

    That part we have already done. The problem only come when we run payroll and there are vendors belonging to several business area in that case system keep the business area field blank. In case if we set field status required system give error. That is why we run payroll by each business area we also have maintained technical account for 1001.

  • Extreme Inner Edges of Photo Not Selected During Editing ?

    The extreme inner edges of my photos are not effected during editing....so i end up with this undesired border going all the way around the photo...the very inner edges of the photo don't edit....resulting in a border....it's not noticeable on a white background...but on a black background it's very noticeable...any ideas ?     Try trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
    *What's the plist file?*
    For new users: Every application on your Mac has an accompanying plist file. It records certain User choices. For instance, in your favourite Word Processor it remembers your choice of Default Font, on your Web Browser is remembers things like your choice of Home Page. It even recalls what windows you had open last if your app allows you to pick up from where you left off last. The iPhoto plist file remembers things like the location of the Library, your choice of background colour, whether you are running a Referenced or Managed Library, what preferences you have for autosplitting events and so on. Trashing the plist file forces the app to generate a new one on the next launch, and this restores things to the Factory Defaults. Hence, if you've changed any of these things you'll need to reset them. If you haven't, then no bother. Trashing the plist file is Mac troubleshooting 101.

  • Off Cycle Payroll error - not encountered during Payroll Simulation

    Hello,
    We've modified the Canadian payroll schema K000 by creating some new subschemas, rules and payroll operations to address calculation of the factor /801.  When running payroll simulation for a test employee, everything looks fine.  However when we run off cycle payroll for the same employee and period, we are encountering an error.  Checking the log of off cycle, it shows that it is also accessing schema K000.
    What could have caused the OC error?  is there a difference in what off cycle and simulation accesses?

    I assume that you copied the K000 and create a new custom schema called ZK00 or YK00 or something else other than K000.
    Go to this table  V_T52OCV and set up an entry with
    CALC       RPCALCK0 PayrollVariantName
    "PayrollVariantName" is your variant with your custom schema for RPCALCK0.

  • Taxes PCR not entered during Payroll SImulation

    Dear Experts,
    i created a taxes PCR, and when i run payroll simulation, in the log tree, the PCR exists but it is not processed for the wage types, and so no results come out of it !!
    i have put it right before XNA9, and tried different locations in the schema, but yet nothing changed in the processing.
    in the PCR i have used the results table (Amt+E XXXX, and ADDWTEXXXX )
    and declared the PRC as PRT in the schema
    i also tried to process the internal table (ADDWSIXXXX)
    and declared it as PIT but nothing happens either.
    Any suggestions ?!!
    and could that have anything to do with the wage types processing classes ?!

        Have you used GEN in parameter 2 and NOAB in parameter 3 of your PIT call?

  • Perform Payroll Posting using Internal Order

    Hi All,
    I would like to know what configuration that must be done to ensure that during payroll posting budget checking is performed using internal order.
    I already searched in all available resources but found nothing. I read SAP Note 648594 but I still do not understand how the integration is built. Now we use cost center as cost object instead of internal order, and in the new requirement user wants to perform payroll posting to cost center and also perform budget checking via internal order.
    For your information, I tried to maintained IT0027 and entered internal order with percentage 100% but when I posted the payroll result, expenses of the employee was posted to internal order instead of cost center.

    You may either enter in IT27, or against the position or org unit in PPOME.
    If you entered an internal order as 100%, then the posting will of course post to the internal order.

  • Alternate Payee Number not capture during Manual payment posting (FBZ2)

    Dear Friend,
    Appreciate if anyone can help me with below issue.
    Scenario:
    - Vendor master already been updated with the alternative payee number.
    - I have create a vendor invoice with payee data in the field BSEG-EMPFB.
    Problem:
    When I perform FBZ2 - post outgoing payment and select the invoice created, the payee field was not updated automatically neither based from the original invoice nor vendor master. Furthermore, the field was greyed out during payment posting.
    Pls help how can I cantured the payee number based from the original invoice during post outgoing payment.

    Here is my answer to your Q.
    1. Have you given alternate payee in vendor master
    - YES, at the genral data->payment transaction and also at alternative payee in doc. I already insert the payee number.
    2. While doing FBZ2 in account give the alternate payee and when you go inside it tells no open items found
    -NOT exactly, coz i dont use the alternate payee number for choosing open item. I use the same vendor code as per invoice.
    3. Click other items and click process open items there you will find the open invoice of the the vendors.
    -NOT applicable as i already select the vendor based from the invoice to be made.
    When I choose open item during FBZ2, entered the main vendor code as per invoice to be made. In the invoice, the alternate payee number is there already. Just during FBZ2 the field is greayed out, hence the payee number from invoice wav not adopted when manual payment was done.
    I notice if i use the FBZ2, the payee field is not open for entry.
    Pls help.

  • Want to check whether cost center exists or not during payroll process ?

    Dear All,
    Requirement is to throw an error for an employee during payroll run if the cost center does not exist.
    I guess this may be achieved by PCR only.  There is an operation OUTWPCOSTC which can help.
    Issue is that there are parameters like VALEN and VAOFF which need to be taken care of while using OUTWPCOSTC.
    Also, when cost center is not assigned, its value in WPBP is BLANK.  How to query a BLANK value in PCRs?
    Can any help on this with an complete example?

    000070 BLOCK END                   Edit basic data

    During sync, new contacts on my iphone are deleted. I'll typically add any new contacts I get directly to my iphone, simply because I don't have my mac on me at all times. However, unless I specifically add the contact to my mac address book, it will be deleted from my iphone contacts upon sync. The option in iTunes to replace contacts on my iphone is not selected. Is there a way to merge info on sync instead of replace?

    Thank you for your reply. I realy have nothing else to sync - no music. Emails do work so its just my contacts I am concerned about. I'm kinda new at this but have a working understanding of the system.
    I have an icloud account but the Geek Squad went there and tried but could not export contacts.  I truly am not that good re icloud. They worked exclusively with my itunes, re-downloading, etc - all of the stuff in their book.
    I have not tried a complete restore because I am not sure I am that good with the equipment but could.  I did all of the stuff on the help page - sync reset, forced one-way sync etc but the phone just does not seem to recognize the sync. I have not gone to an Apple store to have them have a look - that may be my next step to hook up to another itunes computer. It seems simple to me - it was working fine until maybe 3 months ago - probably when there was an update. Its telling to me that the phone does not tell me there is a sync in process while itunes is saying there is - its just not biting between the 2.
    I appreciate any hep - and I said, I not stupidi about these things but have kind of reached as far as I am comfortable with fear of doing something really wrong.

  • How to stop joint stereo during mp3 import when it's not selected.

    I use iTunes to manage my mp3 purchased from other music stores (tracsource, etc).  For some reason, iTunes changes my file from stereo to joint stereo even though joint stereo is not selected.  I have searched the web for days prior to this post with no success.  I understand all of the reported benefits of joint stereo but prefer to not have my files altered in any way.  Is there any way to disable completely?  Any information is appreciated.

    This is very helpful and assists with narrowing down my issue.  I am converting vinyl to mp3 using a digital recording device (M-Audio Microtrak II).  From there, I am moving the files to iTunes.  It is possible that this device is encoding as joint stereo but all of the specification read stereo.
    I will continue to narrow down the source.

  • Consignment PIR not selected on PR during MRP

    Hello,
    I'm facing a problem where the consignment PIR is not selected in PR during PR creation through MRP run.
    Sourcing happens correctly and the supplier number in Source List is assigned to fixed vendor.
    However the info-record field is blank.
    Surprisingly, if I do 'Assign Source of Supply' for the same PR through ME52N, the PIR is picked up and assigned to the PR.
    I saw this one thread in the forums and I think its the same issue but there is no solution.
    Planned delivery time not picking up from consignment purchase info record?
    Has anyone encountered this problem and are there any corrections?

    I have only one source and its marked MRP relevant.

    Does this make more sense now.
    I think my problem and the link I provided to planned delivery time is related to the same root cause. If SAP is not updating the requistion with a PIR, its not reading the PIR info and hence planned delivery time from PIR.
    As for he OSS, I read the question and its answer
    Why does the system not use the expected planned delivery time from the info record?
    The MRP group in material master has the flag 'Scheduling according to purchasing info record or agreement' maintained for plant code used
    Source List entry is correct and matches the special procurement key.
    What surprised me the most that although MRP picks up the correct source, it does not look   at the PIR for that source does not populate the PIR in the requsition. However, manual source determination considers the PIR populates the PIR number

    I am getting the error message "  Storage bin [WH no, Storage type] does not exist Check your entry"  during transfer posting in MB1B from one storage location  to another for ex 0007 to 0001. But i can able to do transfer posting from 0001 to 0007 without any error.

    what is 56A ? is it bin, warehouse or storage type?
    what is 870 ? is it bin, warehouse or storage type?
    one variable that is need  to have a hit in table LAGP is missing, hence you get this error.
    you have to find out why this variable is missing.
    But there is a wide area to look. Hence you should first answer the questions, as this would limit the options where to look.

  • Iview not selected in the transport package during the export

    I created a transport package to send the change I made on the iview com.sap.portal.masthead to QA system.
    I added correctly the iview to the transport package but when I clicked on the button EXPORT to create the epa file, I found that the iview was not selected.
    My change canu2019t be send to QA system.
    Any idea how to fix this issue?

    You can not transport a standard content as it can overwrite the old version and create a new version of the content.

    You can copy a the existing iView , change the id and transport the same. Use the changed iView everywhere instead of the standard ones in this case.
