Urgent! Having Problem Sync using mSync on PocketPC

I've keyed in JUNIUS in User and JUNIUS in Password and Alice in Server field. When I click Apply and Sync, I got the message "CNS-9104 Wrong IP address or network is not active, check hostname entry and network is active. A connection with the server could not be established" When I tried to log in to mSync using the same entries on my laptop where I installed my mobile server, it sync successfully. I also tried keyed in 127.0.0.1:80 in the Server field, yet I get the same error. How can I solve this problem? Is there anything wrong with the connection with the mobile server?

The CNS-9104 error is often returned by msync in case there is no active connection.
You have installed msync (so the client tools) on the same machine as mobile server's one. I would suggest that you install it on another computer or on a virtual computer (that's possible with tools like vmware) that would be hosted on your laptop... But in case you'd like to keep this configuration (client and server on the same machine) first check in documentation if this is possible (http://www.oracle.com + download + documentation + database + oracle 10g lite).
Then check that you can access your mobile server with netscape or internet explorer. You should have given a http port while installing mobile server. By default it is 80 so if it is default try: http://localhost/webtogo else try the port you entered try http://localhost:XX/webtogo with XX the port.
If this is OK then Msync should work. If not you may probably install the loopback interface. Please let me know if you don't find doc about installing the loopback I know there is this documentation on oracle.com but don't remember where...). You may have to deinstall tcp/ip then reinstall the loopback then again reinstall tcp/ip... that's really specific...

    You haven't purchased apps with multiple Apple ID's have you? If you have, you can only sync with one Apple ID in the iTunes library at a time. Whichever ID you are signed into on the computer and the iPad would determine which apps would sync.
    Have all of your apps been transferred into iTunes for your iPad?

The only way I can use the basic brush is after I have already drawn something and then I have to click on the stroke and then press basic.     for whatever reason, the basic 'brush' you see in the brushes palette effectively means removing any brush from a path. to draw with the brush tool you need a brush defined. in your case the last one selected being the 5 pt oval one.

    Basic is not a brush, only a starting point for you to make a brush. Load the real brush you want before beginning to draw.

    iTunes thinks you have a new computer because you restored the OS. Open iTunes and authorize it to the same account you have on the iPhone. Did you restore your iTunes content from a backup after resetting your computer? Have you been syncing regularly with the computer, and does the iTunes library on the computer contain your apps, music and videos? If so just sync and your content will be removed then restored.
    If you have not hopefully you have now learned something. You can recover apps and purchased songs by connecting the phone, without syncing, and choose "Transfer purchases..." from the File menu.

    As Retired Engineer indicated, you will need to install Snow Leopard first.  After you install Snow Leopard, you need to go into Software Update and perform the updates.  10.6.6 will install the App Store.  You should continue to update to 10.6.8 before purchasing and installing Lion from the App Store.
    Be sure your machine meets the minimum requirements.  Basically, any Mac with a Core 2 Duo processor or later and at least 2GB of RAM (but 4 is highly recommended).  If you have a first generation MacBook Pro with a Core Duo, you will not be able to upgrade to Lion.

    If no good reason, such as the one suggested by Silkrooster, is present, you may try the list, hoping for one of the easy ones at the top.
    The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file, and when it is not caused by issues with opening a file from external media. You may have tried/done some of them already; 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
    If possible/applicable, you should save current artwork first, of course.
    1) Close down Illy and open again;
    2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to at least 5 times);
    3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
    4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible), for CS3 - CC you may find the folder here:
