Urgent Help : forget nokia messeging username and ...

Hi,
I forget my nokia messeging username and password, when i tried to setup email accounts in mobile it ask me for username and pwd of nokia messeging.
Can you please let me know how to reset or get those information.
I am using nokia e63
Please help me to get this issue solve ASAP

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.
If you do not recall your Nokia Messaging login the best thing to do is to contact Nokia Care by phone, mail or chat (where available) to get your account reset or removed so you can set it up again.

Nokia Messaging Username is the first email that you set up on the device (E63) and the password is the same password that you have for your email.
you can check as well email.nokia.com. you can try loggin in to the website using your email and check if youll be able to log in. )

If the messages says the maximum number of accounts have already been created, you will not be able to create a new one on that phone. All you can do in that case is either reuse one of the accounts previously created or create your new account on a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.

Urgent help with Nokia 208 Dual SIM

Hi all,
I have a new Nokia 208 Dual SIM type RM-949 (English & Chinees).
I wish to install Hebrew on it but I can't find an appropriate firmware.
Does anyone knows if there's such version around the net?
Can I install the RM-948 instead? Will it support the Dual SIM function?
Is there an RM-956 version with Hebrew and if yes, can it be installed on this model (RM-949)???
Please help.............. I'm stuck........

The Dual-SIM version was specifically made for specific regions mainly for developing markets (esp in Asia-Pacific). Hence, language packs available are limited or made available only to those countries.

for some stupid reason , i was told my memory was full and to delete some data or whatever, stupidly i did and now i have no tones, pictures, and lots of sentimental messages etc. !i have just got the stupid phone , its a nokia 6500 slide and is now practically useless.

Think I've worked it out now.. i had it on gmt, but i'd forgotton we are on british summer time so needed to add an hour for daylight saving.

I need to gain access to a *.nbu file, This Content Copier has some old Numbers in it, And I need to open it without the Headache of Restoring it on another phone and going thru loads of numbers.
anyone know if Nokia do a piece of software that opens the *.nbu files so I can retreive some VERY VERY important information please???

Awwww, sorry to hear your shoes and headache. There are some really good sales on at the moment and you may just pick up something real cheap.
I think you might have to decide between the hassle of restoring it to a phone or paying $49. It really doesn't take that long to restore it to a phone so I would recommend you trying that. I'd do it for you myself if I could.

Just opening Nokia Maps application with newly formatted memory card should create the necessary folder structure to be recognised by Nokia Suite. You could try copying existing E:\cities and .qf file if present on memory card to folder on your PC for safe keeping and delete these from memory card and re-open Maps and try again to download regional mapping.

I am employed for Coca Cola at Mexico, in the company we develop a program in Java for the Nokia 6670, which registers the sale of our product to the clients. This program comes out into the server for Bluetooth. Now well we cannot unload cellular several simultaneously for that all the Bluetooth of these equipments have Mac Address the same (00:02:5b:00:a5:a5), nowadays we have 200 of these equipments. Is it possible they to change this Mac Address? I am grateful for the help that they could give us.

I purchased a Nokia 6070 with a data cable DKU-5, downloaded the latest PC suite and installed into my Windows XP Pc. When asked I connected the phone to the cable and PC. The PC sees the phone but when i try to connect to the internet it say "No MODEM FOUND". When i checked the website it says the modem drivers would be installed automatically but apparently not. Please help! Nokia N97 Email and Message Settings ...

I got the Nokia N97 in July on Contract with 02, and it appears its missing quite a few settings but most important are the email settings in the Retreival section.
The only settings its shows me are "Headers Only" i cant seem to retreive anymore than that. I have been looking online and it appears that others who have this phone have the complete settings in Retreival but I dont.
I desperately need to get the full settings is someone able to help me with how i go about resolving this?

yes for native email client off the phone the headers only option is normal. you download a full message upon selection of a particular header. i dont recall it behaving differently at least on my n97. nokia messaging the stand alone app that you can download behaves different and its actually a pretty good app as long as you don't have to pay for it. in some countries you have to pay for it and it has a major downfall, it only stores data on the c memory/phone memory and that is not really an option for me.

I have an requirement to work on inventory and fulfillment system,below are my questions,
1)I have stock level quantity for an sku is 2 ,if one user done with his order with quantity of 2 then how we can show quantity to the second customer (if stock not available we gone loss the business )
how we can handle this ?
2)There are few orders are completed(if some are orders are having quantity available in stock some or backorders)
here how the fulfillment system understand those orders and how it will update the inventory.
Could you please any one help me how to work on above requirements or else give me some other solutions to full fill above .

you can always call InventoryManager.AVAILABILITY_STATUS_IN_STOCK to check whether the item is available in inventory , It is the business call if item not available how they want to handle this .

URGENT HELP IS NEEDED WITH IMOVIE and MY SONY HD CAMERA HDR XR100E

Hi there Fellow Mac Users.
ok heres the situation..
i bought the brand new sony HDR xr100E Video camera and as soon as i connetced it a few weeks back to my Apple Mac IMOVIE opened automatically and i was able to edit the movie, add sound, titles etc.
Now last week there was a IMOVIE Update launched via software update and i downloaded it and now since then my Sony Cameara does not work with IMOVIE as imovie does not recognise it any more.
when ever you go to the option to import from cameara it does not find the camera but instead it opens the I sight Camera on the Macbook.
i have uninstalled the operating system, reinstalled, i have uninstalled the imovie application, reinstalled and still nothing.
Can some one , anyone please help me ASAP im desperate.. ow and PS has anyone else exeprienced this same issue since the Upgrade?

Thanks. What we will be using it for is mainly videoing children and family and we would like the 1080 HD but not necessarily hooked on the tape system. A hydrid might be something... like the BD and HDD. I found the Sony autofocus a bit slow at times which we would like to improve and we would like to have something that easily allow some pre-editing before getting to the FCE (I mean deleting unwanted clips etc). Also preferably not too large and heavy...

Urgent help with Nokia E71 back up/ restore

the problem this morning when phone started switching on and off by itself. As I had similar problem recently (and got new handset), I tried to back up the content. the back up went well as far I could see and i was asked to restart the phone. once restarted the contact/ emails/ text messages/ calendar went back to the old (1st back up). How can I restore this to todays details.

I really suggest to Nokia to make a rollback to the previous version for the firmware. As a faster solution I suggest to rename the old one (v. 6.xx) into something like v9.84. I have an open case since 3 weeks ago at Nokia and nothing's happend. The problems with this new firmware are:
I. The phone backup cannot be restored after firmware upgrade. The message is: "Restore must be done on the same model where backup file was created". This is really stupid...
II. The modules from OVI or PC Suite do not recognize the connected phone. Outlook Syncronization is not possible. So, if you make Fw upgrade, you will lose all the contacts and tasks and you can't restore them in any way. So, don't make Fw upgrade!!!
III. Calendar is not available anymore with the new Fw. Error is: "The calendar view could not read the entries from your device"
IV. At list "Calculator" app is missing from the Applications Menu.
OBS: I've done tests with OVI and PC Suite on Windows 7 and Windows XP SP3, so, Nokia can't accuse Microsoft for a incompatibility. Also Nokia must know that everything was running absolutely perfect with the old Firmware. But this is the Nokia Testing Dept.'s job, not mine!!!
I don't understand how this new firmware passed the tests, but the Testing Manager really have to do something!
