Urgent: how to change my residence country, in order to get the right amount billed

Hello Creative Cloud Community and Support. I'm contacting you since I have this big problem. One year ago I, when I was on an exchange study program I found myself in Israel. When there, I tried to download my free photoshop creative suite ( I was enrolled in a photography school so I was having an 'educational membership' ). At that time I contacted adobe support who was very gentle, unfortunately in the end we discovered that there was no way to have the programs in Israel. When I returned to Italy - still with some problems - I managed to download them and the problem was solved. Now the educational membership has expired, I'm no longer a student and I want to subscribe myself to one of adobe's plans BUT when I come to the paying , my residence is still set on Israel and the amount is set in NIS . And I can't change it. It's written also that I will pay an extra amount due to international transfers and so on.... I copy it here under:

also in the little space to complete ' country' I can only choose Israel.
well maybe this could be right if I would be still living in Israel, but I'm not!! How can I fix this? Many thanks for any help you'll be able to give me.

Building a website , large , with old iWeb no less; not sure if i'm wasting my time. Not an expert, just have a dream. needed to ask a tech question on links to store if approved. But apparently I cannot build the site, complete with links as it will be under construction and denied approval. What does iTunes require? An up and running, possibly successfull site before approving me to re-do it with their links?

I have just tried on my system and managed to overwrite the existing price by passing the following parameters.
Import Paramters:
 SALESDOCUMENT - Sales Document Number
 ORDER_HEADER_INX - UPDATEFLAG as 'U'.
 LOGIC_SWITCH - Import Structure - Pass 'X' to LOGIC_SWITCH-COND_HANDL.
Tables:
 CONDITIONS_IN - ITM_NUMBER,
 COND_COUNT, -> Condition counter same as KONV-ZAEHK generally it is '01'
 COND_TYPE,
 COND_VALUE,
 CURRENCY.
 CONDITIONS_INX - ITM_NUMBER,
 COND_COUNT,
 COND_TYPE,
 UPDATEFLAG as 'U',
 CURRENCY.

There are as many options for that
You can go for
1)MASS t code
2) LSMW (by recording)
3)BDC (by recording)
and the most easiest way is by doing the MASS tcode
goto MASS and enter the object type as BUS2032
execute now select the sales order haeader data and execute and now enter the sales doc from and to range and execute now all the sales dox will be displayed
and from the menu click on select fields and select the terms of payment
now select the terms of payment row and enter the new values and click on carry out new changes

How to change preview image of a file and NOT the icon ?
I know how to change the icon of a file, but I wish to know how to change the preview of any file.
For example: my file is "mysong.aif", I changed the icon to be "mylogo.png" using cmd+i, cmd+v on the icon. But the preview of the file still remain the same.
I know it can be changed using iTunes, but I don't want to import all my files in iTune, and iTune cannot import all type of files.
I hope someone will understand my needs...

Thank you for answering my question , wich I have to admit may seem useless, but I wish I could put something like a signature logo on each of the different file I produce (as AIF for music and MP4 for video clip) instead of that generic black box with a note on it, and by the meantime keeping a different icon for all of them in order to illustrate theire content.

If you have given correct info about you ios 6.1.3 - all you need to do is delete account. You will be able to sign in with new one afterwards. Make sure you don't delete any info when you see those prompts.

As of recently any photos I add to a shared photostream will not update for others and I don't see the updated photos on my other devices. Only I can see them from the device that i've posted from. How come others sharing this photostream are no longer getting the new photos? My iphone (the device i'm adding from) shows 20 pictures in this shared photostream and yet 4 other people that I share this photostream album with and my ipad only show 12 photos. For the past week I keep adding photos thinking people will see them but it just won't update the new ones. Any ideas how to fix this?

You can stop new photos being automatically added to Photostream in iPhoto from iPhoto preferences > Photostream.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod/iphone/ipad: File>Transfer Purchases

You can't. Return the phone for a refund, if you can, because without the previous owner's Apple ID/Password, you will not be able to re-activate the phone. It will be useless to you.
Apple can't/won't help you with this.
