URGENT: How to create Map IDs

I am using RH7, have inherited a help project in which all topics have been assigned map IDs. I have created several new topics (at the root level) and do not know how to create map IDs for the new topics. I need step-by-step help on how to create IDs without disrupting the current IDs.

go to EM , right click on soa-infra -> security -> Applicaiton roles, then click on BPMWorkflowAdmin role. Add your user to this role.
This user will be able to view all tasks in Worklist. you have to click on "Administration Tasks" tab.

Creating Map IDs using HTM File Name

Is it possible to create Map IDs using the File name of the HTM, instead of its Topic Title?

While Generating Map IDs, we get an ID along with a Map # for each HTM in the CSH.
For Example, I have a HTM in my CSH with the following Details:
Topic Title - Access Masks
File Name - admpr00001.htm
Now when I create a Map ID for this page. I can customise the Map ID by setting any/all of the three options: - 'Prefix Map IDs with', 'Make Uppercase' and 'Start Numbering with'. But the Map ID is generated only based on the Topic Title.
Like - ebACCESS_MASKS 1000 where, eb is the set prefix.
Is it possible for me to create a MAP ID using the File Name. In this case, as ebadmpr00001 1000?

How to create Map report?

Hello experts.
I'd like to know how map report works in OBIEE 11G..
Upon researching and trials, I have successfully downloaded and loaded the MVdemo stuff into my DB. I am able to import layers and back ground map into OBIEE. So at this point, I think I have set up the map metadata successfullly and I am able to use map as one of the view.
However, I'd like to know how to actually use the map view to create reports that are meaningful with my data..
I have 1 table, base table, where I have base name, attribute 1...10, latitude and longitude. I also have some fact tables that goes with this table.
It seems, as I was going through the MVdemo metadata, the cities table doesn't store all of the cities in the world (this is understandable), so the part of Russia where my bases are located aren't found in the spatial data.
My base table only has latitude and longitude, it doesn't have geographic region names.
Now I want to create one report that shows all of my bases over east part of Russia on a map, so I want to see a map of Russia with Base names plot all over it.
How would I be able to do it? Do I need additional tables or data to do it?
The examples I get from internet seems to be too generic

1. I notice that the author has a subject area 'Map', which was used to create map.. Is this subject area any different from normal subject or is it created specifically for making maps?
2. The author has state, city columns in the DB, which was used to map to the report.. In my case, I only have longitude and altitude of my base in the base table, what can I do in this case?

I have created user in Weblogic Server Embdeed LDAP (Console-->SecurityRealm)
however how can I assign another user as Manager of this user and some other user as reportee of this user.
Basically how to create Manager and Reportee of a User in Embedded LDAP in Weblogic 10.3.5
ie I have a user A and user B created in Security Realm.
Now I want user A to be as Manager of User B so that when I use getManager() function in Human Task,I get A as Manager of B.

How to create device IDs with same name

i am using SE 3310 and its creating different device ids for each node sharing it . since I will be building a RAC enviornment I need these IDs/name to be same .
for example on one node the lun id is /dev/rdsk/c3t0d0s6 but the same lun id on node 2 is /dev/rdsk/c2t0d0s6.
In past with an old storage array I fixed this issue by creating links in /dev/rdsk for c3t0d0s6 ---> c2t0d0s6.
my question is : is there a way in SE3310 that device ids get created with same name or do i still have to rely on creating these soft links ?

Note: since i need the answer to this quickly i will wait a while and then post this question in other forums and i will update the question here with the answer .

This could be a Solaris (I presumed) O.S. question rather than SE3310 or storage question.
The logical device (/dev/[r]dsk/*) is the work of the O.S. when it first configures the device, in this case the LUN from your SE3310.   I can go in depth on how the cX number happens (due to device probe order, driver differences, history of device discovery due to need of persistent device naming, etc...) but ... it's a really long story and is really quite irrelevant and most people should not be interested...
If you have COMPLETELY identical servers, i.e. identical hardware down to specific HBA in specific slot are the same,   and if you make sure that luns are presented to all servers exactly the same way, same order, and any changes are seen by all servers in the same sequence, in theory, all /dev/rdsk/* devices will be consistent across servers.
But that's still rather irrelevant.    Application that is designed to work in a redundant environment should not be dependent on logical devices like /dev/rdsk being the same.
So ... in effect this is also not a question for the Solaris forum, but rather a question for those familiar with RAC, how to configure such that device access is done "safely" through actually identifying the lun rather than assuming /dev/rdsk are consistent.

Is there anything in ODI similar to informatica stencil for visio to create the mapping design diagrams to show the data flow and transformations in a visio schematic diagram?

I am not looking to find where to design/create the map in ODI.
This is for a schematic representation of the mapping for design documentation to show how the map is going to look like with icons of various transformations involved in the map and connecting arrows to show the data flow in the map.

There is also a wizard that will generate an activity to do this. We have to just go to Wizards->Include "Create Object Reference" which will create the task with the BO & Method referred by you.

Ola Amit,
You can create database links within the ORACLE Modules you define.
Expand Databases/Oracle and right click on one of the modules.
You will see four tabs. The third will allow you to select or define database links
Select one of the already existing links or create a new one by selecting the Create DB Link button...
This is for the OWB version 10.1.x

Urgent - How to create new listener in Apache

Hi,
I was till now using OAS 4.0.8.2 on NT4 SP5 as our middle tier. We had two sites running on two different listener.
Recently installed 9iAS 1.0.2.1 in place of OAS 4.0.8.2. My problem is Apache server has one HTTPserver service with default port 80.
I want to create new listener on different port for our two sites. How can i do with Apche server.
Would appreciate if someone post an early solution.
