Please can Any one help me how To Get Vendor History Report and Which Transaction Code I have To use or Do i Need to write any Programs For that

What type of history you want for Vendor, you want list of Vendor or you want transaction data for Vendor
For Vendor transaction use FBL1N and for Vendor List you can use S_ALR_87012086

No Dear,
There is no such report.
Generally, we use to go through MENU to see the changes 'DISPLAY CHANGES'.
For report development you have to use two tables with reference to T.Code creation and change T.Codes.
Tables: CDHDR Change Log Header, CDPOS - Change Log Line Item.
Passing object related to youe Vendor Details, you can create report.

You can use T. code KE5Z for actual line items.
More to this you can use program RFBILA10 (Use T. code SE38 and program RFBILA10) for complete blance sheet.
The transaction is for special purpose ledger but this program RFBILA10 can be used for profit center balance also.
In selection, you can give ledger name which is generally 8A for profit center ledger.

I used URL iview option to get the crystal report in portal and am able to view it. Thank you all for your inputs.
But as of now SSO is not configured between BOE and BI system, so when i click on URL iview initially it asks me for credentials to BOE InfoView and after entering that it again asks for BI login as the data has to be picked from BI server.
We are going to configure SSO mean while i just want to know whether it is possible to pass the id and passw as parameters to this url iview, if so what are the parameter id's i need to maintain to pass id and passw.
Let me know on this.

HI,
Check this:
KEA0 ->Data stucture (Display) ->Extras(Menu) -> Display fixed fields. In this pop-up you will see 'Division' (SPART).
If this field is defined as Segment level characteristic (KEQ3), then you can build reports on this characteristic using KE35.

Yes. Oracle does keep track of records but in a different way. It saves the redo information in redo logs so that it can recover the database in case of crash.
It also keeps undo information in separate tablespace in case you rollback your transaction.
But... this is not what I would call maintaining history.
Moving ahead, these redo logs are archived to another location if you have archiving enabled.
You can use log miner to mine through these archived logs but I doubt if any human would have patience to go through all those archive logs that are generated frequently, just to track the updates/deletes done.
For me, adding a trigger is much simpler.

in case of invoice without PO, The payment term will be selected from the vendor master data (in View : payment terms transaction in XK03).
Check payment term in master data is exist or not.
the data is in the table LFB1 : Field ZTERM

How to get Vendor External ID from from Master aggrement page

I am now struggling to get the value of a referenced object from master aggrement Page.
I want to get the Vendor External_ID from vendor name which is getting displayed in Supplier tab of Master aggrement page.

with the above code I am getting the vendor name but we want to get the Vendor External Id. Any suggestions on how to retrieve this value?

The following code will populates Vendor External Id field on the Vendor Info tab of the Master Agreement document.
Please make sure to create an extension (referred in below code: "VEND_EXT_ID") on the Master Agreement Extensions, and display it below the Vendor Details. Also make sure you make the extension field as READ ONLY.

I kept looking for ways on how to get the Vendor Text in BBP_POC transaction to be used in our Zsmartforms; unfortunately, I was not able to identify how.
In ECC system, I could get the long text through double-clicking on the text area and go to GOTO>HEADER>Technical name (TEXTID, Langu, etc).
How about in SRM PO (BBP_POC)?
