    Hi Rajaram.
    If the KDAUF has to match with the First 10 characters of OBJECTID then do like this..
    select OBJECTCLAS
    <b>OBJECTID(10)</b>
    CHANGENR
    TABNAME
    TABKEY
    FNAME
    CHNGIND
    VALUE_NEW
    VALUE_OLD
    from cdpos into corresponding fields of table ipos
    for all entries in itab2
    where tabname = 'VBAP' and
    fname = 'ABGRU' and
    <b>OBJECTID(10) = itab2-kdauf.</b>

  • Urgent - Table with Unicode data of 4000 length to be pulled in BI

    Dear Gurus,
    I have a table which contains the mix type of data - Unicode, text and numeric. The Unicode field is of length 4000 chars max.
    Is it possible to pull this in BI 7 ?
    I know BI can accommodate 60 chars max in which case I need to create around 67 infoobjects as attributes to the master infoobject if I go with the normal process. This is generally good if the requirement is upto 240-300 chars. But for my case, this obviously will degrade the performance.
    Is there any alternative for this ?
    This is an important and urgent issue for me and I will assign the points for useful answers.
    Regards,
    Srinivas

    Hi Diego,
    Appreciate your timely response. I guess that I left a bit in my mentioning of the doubt.
    I already have the PC file(the CSV file of course) with me which contains the data. One of the fields in that contains Unicode characters of 4000 length. Of course, I can upload the other fields of the file into BI, but the problem will arrive with the Unicode field.
    For handling the Unicode, I will see the SM59 settings whether Unicode option is set there or not. But to upload the 4000 chars of this Unicode field from the PC file to BI system, I was looking for some better alternative.
    Please suggest....

    Srinivas

  • Extend length for standard keyfigure

    0BALANCE has limited to Char 17 and it is insufficient.
    Wondering if it is possible to change the length of standard keyfigure because I did tried going to edit data dic of  /BI0/OIBALANCE but it seems like there is nothing I can change ( of course after entering an acess key )

    NEVER change standard objects..unless absolutely necessary.
    this KF may be used across cubes and ODS..so change will impact all these objects..which may not be the intention..
    copy the std infoobject and name it as ZBALANCE and then change copied infoobject and use it.
    cheers,

    File>Export>Export All tracks as Audio Files
    This will export all tracks from bar 1, beat 1.
    I too, am curious why the OP needs his tracks to be the same length. Using the Export feature insures all tracks start from the very beginning (i.e., the same starting point), which is what you want and need when moving the tracks to another DAW.
    The length of the track is of no consequence in this example. It plays through the song, until that track is over, like a guitar solo that appears in the middle of a song, but doesn't play past that point.
    Unless I'm missing something?

  • Data Type Length --- Urgent

    Hi,
    Can anyone tell me how bits/bytes is one character... Is there any function module to find out the length of a character / string / any other data types in terms of bits/bytes???
    Regards
    Jiku

    Hi Jiku,
    length of a character depends on your system settings, if the system is running on UniCode (2 Byte) or Non UniCode (1 Byte).
    Length of a string: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/fc/eb33d9358411d1829f0000e829fbfe/frameset.htm

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
    You will need to adjust the database table.
    Got to transaction SE11 and display your table.  Choose Utilities -> Database object -> Database utility, here you can activate and adjust the database table.

  • Urgent help needed: how to display a list of records on the screen

    Hello,
    This is very urgent. Can anyone help me. I have posted this query of mine before also but still no reply came. My whole application is dependent on this problem. Actually I am developing an application for mobile phone using MIDP. I have a record store which contains personal details for users. I am able to add records to the record store. Now I want that these records can be edited. For this I want to display a list of firstname field on the screen (and not console) so that i can select a user to edit its details. I have written the code to read the records and individual fields and display it on the console but i want to display that list on screen. I tried list and array but it s giving some error.
    I am giving the code to read the records below. Please tell me how can I display it in a list on the screen.
    public void readStream(){
    try
    byte[] recData=new byte[50];
    String varname;
    ByteArrayInputStream strmBytes = new ByteArrayInputStream(recData);
    DataInputStream strmData=new DataInputStream(strmBytes);
    if (rsperdt.getNumRecords() > 0){
    ComparatorString comp=new ComparatorString();
    int i=1;
    RecordEnumeration re=rsperdt.enumerateRecords(null, comp, false);
    while(re.hasNextElement()){
    rsperdt.getRecord(re.nextRecordId(), recData,0);
    System.out.println("Record #" + i );
    varname = strmData.readUTF();
    System.out.println("Name #"+varname);
    System.out.println("---------------------------");
    i=i+1;
    strmBytes.reset();
    comp.compareStringClose();
    re.destroy();
    strmBytes.close();
    catch(Exception e){
    System.err.println("read Records class:read");
    }

    I could not understand ur point "post the code in tags". I am pasting the code below. Please help as my whole application is stuck due to this problem and I have a deadline of 7th oct.

  • [URGENT HELP NEEDED] Premiere Pro CS6 failed rendering

    Hello!
    I`ll try to make this quick because I need help asap. I`ve been starting to make YouTube gaming videos 3 weeks ago and my channel is growing up pretty fast. I promised I would make a video everyday but it`s been a full week since I couldn`t upload because I was busy and when I tried to render it failed.
    Anyway here`s how it goes.I`ve recorded with fraps some gameplay footage with the resolution of 1360x706. One of my friends reccommanded me Adobe Premiere Pro for editing so I`m using the trial version of CS6. I create a new project and choose a format of 720 25 (cant really remember the exact name). I then import my recorded files and when I place them in the sequence it tells me the resolution is different and asks me if I want to change the sequence settings according to the files. Usually, I ignore it and when I export the Media I just tick the option: "Scale to Fill" and that usually works just fine, quality HD on YT...
    But this week it has driven me crazy, I really don`t want to explain how much stress and dissapointment this has caused to me because I think I`ll end up raging...I`ll just tell you I`ve been trying for a couple of days more than 7 time to render the project(each time it takes about an hour and a bit more, so let`s just call it 7 hours wasted). The problem actually is that when I check the output file after exporting the media, the file size is ONLY 24 bytes!!! Other times the file size gets to like half of the one that should be or less, but mainly the render even so takes up a normal length of time of processing but in the end the file is only 24 bytes..Thing is I don`t encounter any error whatsoever...
    I really need some urgent help!
    Thanks!

    1st, some FRAPS information

    2nd, it is REALLY better to have your project sequence match your video
    Please NOTE that the PPro CS6 screen may look a bit different (I use CS5)
    For CS5 and later, the easy way to insure that your video and your project match

  • Urgent help required - linked subreport keeps asking for parameter value

    Greetings,
    I have developed a report in the Crystal Reports bundled with Visual Studio 2005. The data is obtained from a stored procedure. One of the fields in the result set is named "Id".
    I have embedded a subreport in the details row of the main report. The subreport also gets its information from a stored procedure. This stored procedure has one parameter named "OpportunityId". This field is linked to the field named "Id" above. the subreport has been set to supress blank subreports.
    In the development environment and running the executable of the application on the development machine the report works perfectly. The subreport displays as it should and all is well.
    When I deploy the report onto user machines where they have the crystal runtime installed, the report keeps asking for a parameter value for the subreport.
    I cannot get this to stop happening.
    This report is urgently required. PLEASE could someone help me out here.
    I am at my wits end.
    I have attached a zipe file containing the following:
    - the two stored procedure
    - the rpt file
    - a sample report
    - a screen showing the report having just been generated
    Thanks in advance,

  • Urgent Help Required for Connect Four Game

    Hi all,
    I am a student and I have a project due 20th of this month, I mean May 20, 2007 after 8 days. The project is about creating a Connect Four Game. I have found some code examples on the internet which helped me little bit. But there are lot of problems I am facing developing the whole game. I have drawn the Board and the two players can play. The players numbers can fill the board, but I have problem implementing the winner for the game. I need to implement the hasWon() method for Horizontal win, Vertical win and Diagonal win. I also found some code examples on the net but I was unable to make it working. I have 5 classes and one interface which I m implementing. The main problem is how to implement the hasWon() method in the PlayGame class below with Horizontal, vertical and diagonal moves.
    Sorry there is so much code.
    This the interface I must implement, but now I am only implementing the int move() of this interface. I will implement the rest later after solving the winner problem with your help.
    Interface code..............
    interface Player {
    void init (Boolean color);
    String name ();
    int move ();
    void inform (int i);
    Player1 class......................
    import java.util.*;
    import java.io.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    public class Player1 implements Player
    public Player1()

    Hi,
    Thanks for your help but I really don't understand the table lookup algorithm. Could you please send me some code to implement that.
    I will send you the formatted code as well
    Thanks for your help.
    looking forward to your reply.

    Hi all,
    I am a student and I have a project due 20th of this month, I mean May 20, 2007 after 8 days.
