URGENT: Liquid Mark Damage on the Screen. Pls help!
Hello,
I have taken a new BlackBerry Curve 8520 a month ago. Today when I was rushing to office, I have noticed that, there is a dark liquid mark on the middle of the screen. I have throught that it might be because of the screen gaurd and I removed that screen guard. Unfortunately, I can see that mark still on the screen. When I touch the screen, it is moving like a water bubble on a plastic surface.
I would really appreciate if someone can suggest me about what might be the reason and the chances to rectify it.

Thanks alot for the response to my post.
I am sure that its not because of the moisture. In the case of the second, is there any possibility that, screen gets damaged if there is an external pressure? As I have the habit of carrying it in my bag which infact is creating a stress on the screen.
Please suggest me if this can be a cause and if yes, what can be the possibility for me get it rectified.

I opened my iPod Touch up to fix my home button. When i closed it back up it had a white screen. I tried pressing lock and home button for 10 seconds and it worked but while i'm using it it goes white with lines on the screen. Help please. This has been happening for a while and i've tried everything but it doesn't work.

Since downloading iso7 when I open iTunes Store the screen goes blank but the icons still come up at the bottom of the screen . Help???????
Go into the Music app and access the iTunes Store through it. You should on have to do so one time.

Please test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
Rebuild the Spotlight index. If you try to search now from the magnifying-glass icon in the top right corner of the display, there will be an indication that indexing is in progress.
Step 2
Unlock the Network preference pane, if necessary, by clicking the lock icon in the lower left corner and entering your password. Cllck Advanced, open the DNS tab, and change the server addresses to the following:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
That's Google DNS. Click OK, then Apply. -

Can you reset the phone by holding the on/off switch and home button down until your phone reboots and the Apple logo again displays?

My iPhone 4 has been water damaged and the screen short-circuited.
I am getting a replacement phone from my mobile provider but I want to back up first so i can save the data I have on my phone since my last back up. I can see the phone in i-Tunes but I have a passcode on the phone which I can't enter as the screen isn't functioning - is there any way I can get round this? Would really like to save the photos and video from Christmas Day.

My MacBook will only turn on to a grey screen with a file and a question mark flashing on the screen
When I turn my MacBook on a grey screen with a file and question mark in the center of the screen flashing. What can I try to
get out of this screen?That folder with the question mark icon means that the MacBook can't find the boot directory. That can either mean it can't find the hard drive or the Operating System data on the hard drive is somehow corrupted.
Put your install DVD into the optical drive (CD/DVD drive) and reboot. Be sure to either use the disc that came with your Mac, or, if you installed a later Mac OS X version from disc, use the newer disc. As soon as you hear the boot chime, hold down the "c" key on your keyboard (or the Option Key until the Install Disk shows up) until the apple shows up. That will force your MacBook to boot from the install DVD in the optical drive.
Or if you are running 10.7 Lion, boot from the recovery partition (Command +R on boot) and use Disk Utility to repair your OS 10.7 partition.
When it does start up, you'll see a panel asking you to choose your language. Choose your language and press the Return key on your keyboard once. It will then present you with an Installation window. Completely ignore this window and click on Utilities in the top menu and scroll down to Disk Utility and click it. When it comes up is your Hard Drive in the list on the left?
If it is, then click on the Mac OS partition of your hard drive in the left hand list. Then select the First Aid Tab and run Repair Disk. The Repair Disk button won't be available until you've clicked on the Mac OS partition on your hard drive. If that repairs any problems run it again until the green OK appears and then run Repair Permissions. After repairing use Startup Disk from the same menu to choose your hard drive for restarting from your hard drive.
If your hard drive isn’t recognized in Disk Utility then your hard drive is probably dead. -

Hi all,
Please help, I repaired an iphone 5c and have now tried two different lcd screens on it but all I get is a black screen or a black screen with a vertical blue line on the left hand side of the screen. I definitely have the cables connected properly etc and before I repaired it the phone had a cracked screen and there was a picture on it.
I have tried hard reset and nothing. I have tried connecting to iTunes but it asks me to confirm on the iPhone which I can't do as there is nothing on the display. I have tried randomly pressing all over the screen but it doesn't work. So I can't even try restoring it on iTunes.
Please help any advice will be appreciated! I successfully have repaired iphone 4's and iphone 5 before but this is the first iphone 5c.

My iPhone 5 display is gone! I can see a series of white vertical lines on the screen! Help??
Hi all, the display on my iPhone suddenly started showing a series of white lines on all over the screen. They r more in the icon columns. I also can see a bold green line which is approximately 3mm on left side of the screen. I can only see this line not anything else. On the remaining screen I can but with white line over it.

Hey all-
I just "upgraded" (sorry, frustrated with this issue) my Curve to the 9350 and for every e-mail I receive I have to scroll left and right to be able to view the whole e-mail or use the zoom feature on every e-mail to make it fit the screen.
Is there a way to have the Curve do this automatically so that I don't have to scroll four directions but just up and down? My old Curve didn't have this issue.

Can you please check and tell me what size the font is set to on your BlackBerry Curve 9350 smartphone? You can find this setting in Options > Display > Screen Display. Does changing the font size make any difference in the message display?

thankyou andyTry closing the Camera app completely and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Camera app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset (unless this is what you mean by powering off and restarting) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Urgent! Cannot run java programme. Pls help!
1st question:
I am using JDK 1.3.1_03 on Win2K Server. When I have compiled the java applications, I try to use
"java <application name>" to run the programme, but an error message "Error occurred during initialization of VM
java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/Object" come up on the screen. Why is it so? It run normally in the past.
I have upgraded Windows2K once using the Win2K Server CD recently, is it the cause of the problem?
How can I solve it? Please help! Thank you!
2nd question:
I have installed JDK1.4 Final version recently. However, after I have uninstalled it, it still appear in the Add/Remove Programme list in the control panel. I have tried to install another version of JDK, see if it would replace the JDK1.4,
but it failed. Why is it so? Now when I go to some websites designed by javascript, the Internet Explorer suddenly closed by itself. How can I solve the problem? Please help! Thank you!Hi,
