URGENT!!! Need help now!!!
I have now downloaded iTunes. Can I just connect my iPod nano to my computer and will it just import my songs and pics from my iPod onto my PC? Or do I have to do something to keep my stuff?
If your iPod is set to update automatically take care when connecting back to your computer and an empty iTunes. If it is set to automatically update you will get a message that your iPod is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press *No*. Pressing "Yes" will irretrievably remove all songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it.
You can also use a keyboard command to prevent your iPod auto-syncing with iTunes. While connecting the iPod to the computer on Windows hold down the Shift + Ctrl keys (on a Mac hold down the Option and Command (⌥ and ⌘) keys). This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. This may take between 20 to 30 seconds depending on your computer. Then go to Preferences>iPod and check the "Manually manage songs and playlists" box: Managing Your Songs Manually
You can't sync or drag your music back directly from an iPod to iTunes, the transfer of music is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs but not playlists back to iTunes on Windows posted in this thread: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes
If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod, this is just a selection. Have a look at the web pages and documentation for these, they are generally quite straightforward.

I urgently need help with this:
When I compile this in Flex Builder 3 it says: The element type 'mx:Application' must be terminated by the matching end-tag '</mx:Application>'.
but I have this end tag in my file, but when I try to switch from source view to desgin view it says, that: >/mx:Script> expected to terminate element at line 71, this is right at the end of the .mxml file. I have actionscript(.as) file for scripting data.

It looks to me like you are terminating the <mx:Application> tag at the top. The opening tag should end like this: resultFormat="e4x">, not resultFormat="e4x"/> (Remove the /).

i have just loaded the latest update on my iphne now the phone is asking to connect to itunes and phone is locked, frozen and can't open up need help now desperatly

BBCurve8520 : "Reload Software 552" URGENT!!! I need help now...
I 'm using BB curve 8520 now. Recently, I installed a couple of applications through BB App software on my device. I reboot my device after downloading apps but while restarting my device it stuck on "reload software 552" in the white screen. I removed and put it back my battery, same thing goes on. I don't know what to do. so, i tried to find solutions on google. i have tried application loader but it says "Desktop loader is unable to connect the device. you may need to enter the password on the device" after the status shown 100%. I don't even have a password on my device. I'm so confuse about what is happening to my device. I cant backup my data through BB desktop software because it says my device is disconnected (I'm still connecting my device with USB) no matter how many times i click on Retry, it says unable to connect the device. My Problem is how to connect my bb with my pc (even though i had connected my device with USB, it didnt seem to work) and how to solve the "reload software 552" (Really need help D. Anyone could help me to solve this problem? Thanks.

What am I not doing?Hi fatbear711. are the following as follows? Settings/restrictions: Facetime and Camera are both ON? Also in Game centre at bottom 'Adding Friends" is turned on? If all ok, log into your account via itunes App, Click on your ID at bottom left of say the Music page, then click to 'Manage', enter password. On next page click on your apple ID at top, then select to go to '[email protected]'. Log in on the browser window page that appears and confirm that your primary apple ID and primary email have been verified (should have green ticks and the word 'verified' next to them. If you use itunes on a pc to sync with then do this through iTunes;Store menu on your pc, ensuring that you sync your device once finshed. You will also need to check that your device is set to the correct timezone and time in your devices settings page. If problem still persists at least we'll know the basics are ok.
When you post again can you also include whether ipad2/3 etc and iOS e.g. 5.3.1/6.01 etc

[Urgent] Need help calculating difference between two dates
I'm trying to write a code to display the current day and time, then accept two dates from the user and display the difference between the two dates. To display the current date and time, I've used the SimpleDateFormatter library but I'm having difficulty calculating the difference between two dates. Could someone please help me with this?

242 Songs= 7.6 GB?!?!?!?! I need help now!
My computer crashed a while back and I have just been able to get all my songs onto the new computer. I tried to sync my iPod and it said there wasn't enough space so I restored it to its orginal settings and tried to sync again. It still said not enough room. It put 242 songs on the iPod and says that is 7.6 GB...I'm not good with technology but I know thats not right. So, I need help. I've tried everything I can think of and I'm stuck and frustrated. Please help!
Do you mean the MP3s take up more room and AAC files or do you mean WAV files (you wrote "AAV")?
I assume you mean AAC (which are MPEG-4 audio files). If so, that is normal. At the same bit rate, AAC files take up a bit less space than MP3 files. Apple claims that a 128kbps AAC is as good as or better than an MP3 at 160-kbps in sound quality. So they maintain you can either get the same or better sound quality with AAC but with less space (if you encode both at the same bit rate) or if the MP3s are encoded at 160 kbps you save even more space.
Sounds nice, but I have never actually noticed a big difference between AAC and MP3 files, but then again I also encode my stuff at 192-kbps in MP3 format and most of my iTunes and iPod listening are on earbuds, in cars, or through the computer and the multimedia speakers I have hooked up to it (better than the built in speakers, but still budget speakers), so I am not listening to these through high end equipment.
I personally use MP3 since it is a universal audio standard where as AAC is not. So my MP3s can easily go onto MP3 CDs for my wife's alpine stereo CD charger in her trunk or onto a GPS unit that plays MP3s or a mobile phone that plays MP3s, etc. I don't have to mess with much conversion for various devices.
Anyway, the choice is yours and only you can decide which you like best to your ears. You will get arguments on either side of the fence but my own opinion is that the differences between AAC and MP3, for the types of music I listen to and how and where I listen to them, is insignificant and so I just use MP3 since everyone/everything can play those.

Hello, My objective is to restrict SPRO to a specific plant. I have seen SU24 & it is just proposing 9 out of 136 auth objects when I add SPRO to a role. Is there any auth object in SPRO that can be manually added its usage to a specific Plant? Thank
