URGENT NEED: Tempo Extraction Software

So, I'm NOT complaining about Audition in ANY way. I'm just coming to this like-minded community to see if anyone knows of a cheap utility that REALLY works for extracting true tempos, or better yet; something that syncs a sequencer to a WAV file, even when the tempo fluctuates. PLEASE don't mention Sonar's Audio-Snap since I've almost snapped trying to figure it out. All's it's done for me is waste hours of very valuable time. I've also put like 4 threads on their forum and NO ONE helps. So, as I said, I thought I'd come to a like-minded community, and/or unbiased forum to try my luck.

Do you already own the licenses and simply need the

purchase new P3.1 licenses although I think the cost

I have a Dell PC. This Software Updater comes on saying I need to update . I states that I urgently need this update! Norton says okay. I go ahead and approve. Then it start...updater connecting to update server... and it goes on an on and on. until I turned it off.

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Need Xml Extraction help...not very urgent but only 6 Hrs left...

     I have an xml in a blob column and I need to extract the xml resultset into the (specified below) row/column format. So that i created a custom blob_to_clob function for this conversion and extracted below specified xml. Now I am executing the below specified queries for this xml to extract PanelSet, PanelId, Link values & attributes. but the problem is, I am not been able to relate the parent and child nodes or may be not able to identify, who belongs to who (parent--child). for e.g if I extract all link i.e status1, status2 etc of a particular Panel then i am not been able to access its (parent) Panel identification.please suggest me any solution.

Macbook pro connects to wifi via safari but IE has connection problems. Has always been fine but recently stopped working. Urgently need to sort it out. Please help.

I have been running Rushcliff Private Practice Software (PPS) in a Windows environment using Parallels on a macbook pro for months. Everything has been working well. PPS needs an internet connection to allow synchronisation with colleagues using the same software.
Over the last 2 weeks, I keep losing the IE connection but am still able to connect to Wifi using Safari and other PCs.
Please can someone help? Urgently need to resolve the problem.

Your issues are with notebook, not a workstation tower, and with Parallels and Windows. Maybe with Lion thrown in.
Hopefully you know where Parallels forums are and also that you installed Windows natively first on its own partition so you can test and run it direction rather than as a VM only as well as that sometimes takes the VM out of the equation.

this usally happens when the backup you tool was from an old ios version. Two options that you can try is
1. Delete the back up by going to edit> preferences> devices & delete back up on itunes & try backing up again
2. Update the ios software of the iphone4 & then take a back up. then try restoring

Use FM: K_HIERARCHY_TABLES_READ
to get all the nodes and leaves of the FS item. Check the table SETNODE AND SETLEAF for appropriate parameter values to be passed.

Keyboard won't work and need to extract contacts from computer without unlocking phone.

My pearl's keyboard just recently broke and I need to extract my contacts to transfer to a new phone. Unfortunately I am unable to unlock the phone to access the files because of the keyboard. Is there any way to unlock the phone using the computers keyboard or simply bypass the password? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Urgently need to de-fragment entire production DB

I would like to try something but need to check first if it is going to work.
We urgently need to reorganize/defrag our production database server but cannot get sufficient down time. The Oracle version we are using is 8.1.7.4, running on HP-UX 11 unix operating system.
However I had a thought. I currently have a spare machine with sufficient RAM, CPU and disk capacity to restore the Production Database server on to. Then I could simply do a de-frag (ie export/import) of the entire DB on the restored system, leaving the Production DB server operational. Once de-fragged the restored system could be brought up to date by manually applying copies of the archived redo logs off the real Production database server. The final step would involve restoring the de-fragged system back on to the actual Production Database server. Hope this makes sense.
Can anyone confirm if this is going to work?
If this will not work can anyone suggest how I could completely de-frag my production database server, without upgrading the Oracle version or buying any additional software, possibly making use of the spare machine I have?

If you need to defrag now, then without some kind of plan to change the way that you organize tablesand indexes you're going to have to defrag in the future.
Avoiding fragmentation is simple -- you assign tables and indexes to tablespaces based on their size, and you ensure that every segment within each tablespace is the same size. You do this by always setting pctincrease to zero, and always setting initial = next.
In your case you can defragment segment by segment by creating new tablespaces based on extent sizes of 64kb, 1Mb, and 16Mb (for example), and over a number of small downtimes you can ...

ITunes extremely slow in "Extracting software"

I currently have iTunes 12.0.1.26 installed on Window 7 64bit.
After connecting my iPhone 5 last night, iTunes stated that there was an upgrade to IOS. When attempting to install the upgrade if failed with an error. I don't recall exactly what it was, but my phone is completely dead now.
When I connect my iPhone iTunes states that it needs to be restored, but nothing happens.
iTunes currently has a status bar on top that states "Extracting software" and the progress bar is moving extremely slowly.
It has been more then 6 hours and it is about 30% done.
Why would this take so long?

It sounds like your iPhone needs to be restored after an update wasn't applied correctly. I know it can be frustrating to have unexpected issues after a software update.
It can be difficult to say why the restore process is taking so long, and if it did not complete, I recommend troubleshooting your computer and iPhone starting from step 3 in this guide:

I am having the same problem. I even changed my password and updated all of my security information. Now it just gives me an error and retry message, which of course also does not work. Went to support and was going to open a chat (seemed the simpler option) and received a message that my support has expired for this serial number unless I want to pay $29.00. So I chose the option to call later, which was the exact time suck I was trying to avoid. Why wouldn't the new operating system also update the apps that were already part of my old platform?

I need to extract Recipient Email Addresses - is it impossible?

Hi I spent way too much time tonight trying to solve this problem, I hope someone brilliant can help.
I have a web store, and am CC'd on the receipts sent to my customers. So I have accumulated a large mailbox full of emails addressed to recipients other than myself.
I now need to extract those recipient email addresses into a .txt file.
Through my travels I discovered the simple script below. It's awesome except that it only works for sender addresses! When I try to tweak the code to extract recipient addresses it gives me an error.
Can anyone either modify this code, or point me in the right direction?
I just can't believe this should be so hard! (And it probably isn't except for me.)
