On your Macs open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Documents & Data, then reselect that box then restart your Macs.
On the iPhone tap Settings > iCloud. Switch Documents & Data off then back on then reset the iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
See if you can open the files now without opening on the iPhone first.

Help Needed with Work Flow

Hi all
I am very new at this. I got a new task to fix an existing Work Flow. The portion that needs to be fixed is: it shoots an e-mail to get approval when a changed rate is greater then its Standard rate. Now the problem is there are multiple standard rate for a single entry. So we need to pick the lowest one from all the entry for that record.
So I need to insert a loop where it picks the standard rate. but i can't figure out how to tell the loop to end when there are no more standard rate for that record and also pick the minimum one.
I am not sure these description is enough or not.
If not please let me know what else you need to know.

I am novive in Portal Development and i have to implement a workflow solution that consist in a change of the document sequentially.
I would like that when someone finished that part of work a message will be sended to the next.

Hi Rajesh,
Please verify from the event log (txn SWEL, use txn SWELS to activate event log) that the FIPP.Created event is being published when you park a document. If not, you need to perform some IMG activity. Please see OSS Note 548278.
You can also search the SAP-WUG (Workflow User Group) archives. There is quite a lot of info on the subject.

BId needs approval work flow

Hi SRM gurus,
We are working on SRM 5.5
I created bid responce to the invitatation through txn process bid ie just mentioned the price and when i click on check button system is throwing the error as No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator.
I checked in oocu tnx corresponding workflow WS 79000010 Workflow without approval for bid is activated,and no other workflow is activated(like one step).
Can any one help me what could be the possible reason and how can rectify the issue.

Hi Reddy,
The message you are mentioning is an information message. Are you getting all greens for your workflow template in SWUD if you test ?
There can be many reasons for your workflow not being triggered.
Since you are already in the SWDD, Please try these steps.
1) In Heaader, Check for the triggering events in SWDD which should have your business object name.
2) Check for the Versions which are active in which the workflow activated for your number or not.
3) Check for the start conditions in SWB_COND in which you need to define if you have the FM SWB_CHECK_FB_START_COND_EVAL in the SWETYPV transcation for your workflow template.
4) Try to do SWU_OBUF synchronize buffer also before testing the WF again.
If any of these fail then your workflow may not trigger.
First try to give even wrong values so that your workflow is triggered or it may say as ambigous so that it is easy to solve.

I need to work with documents in webforms

Can you help me?
I need to be saving word (and possibly other aplications')
documents in the database, and make them available to my clients
which are using WebForms so that they could edit them, print
them, save them back in the DB, etc... I am aware that OLE isn't
suported with WebForms.
Would any of you know of some way to acomplish that feat?
I guess something could be done (with some creativity anything
is, but then mine is pretty low these days ;-)
Someone sugested to extract the document with some package and
leave it somewhere where the browser could see it, that seems ok,
but then i have another question, couldn't i call word from the
browser to edit that file?
Would there be any degree of integration with forms. Probably
something can be done with java also, no?
Another solution we have been thinking of is that instead of
using word, we could maybe have an RTF (or other format that
gives us formating capabilities) Java Editor, which i guess could
be called from a form trigger, passing along the BLOB as a
parameters. This is just guessing, as: i don't have that editor
yet, i am not sure i could pass the BLOB to it,
nor if i could have it back...
Any ideas on this subject (and experiences!!!) are welcome. We'll
be eagerly waiting for any input you could give us.

No as sending documents is forbidden in the SDN forums. If you just go through this forum you will find links to the tutorials in SAPHelp and some external ones. So please put in a little effort and try to find them.

***URGENT*** Time Based Work Flow ERROR/PROBLEM

Knowing that the PRE() function doesn't work smoothly with the wait function. We went ahead and added it in the conditions statement and disabled the reeval check box, but the problem is it appears that it is still checking the condition. Anyone have this problem or possible solution?

Yes it is required to have the stated elements in the task contaner. But they get automatically created if you follow the below approach:
1. Go to SWDD and to your workflow template.
2. Add a 'Send Mail' step to your workflow by selecting it from the 'Step Types that can be inserted'.
3. Go to 'Mail' tab. Add subject line and text to your mail. Add recipients etc.
4. Click on check button (green tick mark). System would ask you for a task Abbr. and a Task Name. Enter a abbreviation and name you wish to give for the task. This would create a new task for send mail for your wrokflow (e.g. Abbr - Test Mail, Name - Notification to user). Check on check button.
5. Save the workflow.
Hope this solves the issue.

Work Flow Notification Mailers Down

Hi,
I my OAM Dashboard I see that Work Flow Notification Mailers service is always down.
I ask the functional people if they need the Work Flow Notification Mailer. They said they do not need it.
Is it OK if the let it inactive? or It is mandatory that as DBA I should set it up even if the functional consultant
does not need it.

Yes, Ant is written in Java. It's not designed as a workflow engine, it's a build tool. But I've heard of a fair few people using it as a workflow engine. You'd have to write custom tasks for it, obviously. I don't know the details, but I bet Google does
