What is the importance of
Rundate, Posting Date, Docs entered upto, Customer items due by , Next Payment date in APP.
Please explain and give one example

Rundate:date on which the payment run has to take place
Posting date: date on which the payment documents to be posted in the system
Docs entered upto: Date the system should consider to pick up the docs.Suppose you are running APP on 29.03.2007 and you give docs entered upto as 24.03.2007...open items till 24.03.2007 are only picked by system.
Customer items due by:If the system creates debit memos before the due date, you must enter inthis field the date by which the items must be due.These items system will pickup for customer payment.
Next payment date:This date is needed in order to check the due date of payables.The system analyses If an item is already overdue on the date of the next payment run, or would lose cash discount, the system pays the item in this payment run.
