Urgent Please help... UL LI problem

Question

please give a way to solve this issue. the following page
contains a <ul> <li> list. The list style for UL is set
to none, but in li I have put background image. In this list items
some have link (<a href="#">test2</a> ) and some items
don't. I need to set one image with linked li and another with non
linked li .

Any thoughts in this regard will be much appreciated.

I would rather see you use a conditional comment for the
hacks....
