Urgent please help -- update ns_emails.xml

Question

I am trying to run a simple Bpel process.
My Bpel Process is Asynchronous Process.
I am trying to send an email from my bpel process to my gmail account.
I dropped the email activity between the receive activity and the callback (Invoke) activity.
My process compiles and deploys fine with out any errors.
The steps I took so far:
I modified the ns_emails.xml file.
Below is my file*

Then rebuild and deploy but I am not receiving any email to my gmail account.
Please this is urgent ....

Gmail is using ssl, you must enable SSL in your config:
<UseSSL>true</UseSSL>
