Can anyone tell Excellant JAVA IDE with Runtime Program Tracing

I've worked on Forte, JDeveloper, and JBuilder5 in the last month or so. All are free and all are similar enough that you can get started quite easily.
I never did manage to get debugging working properly on the latest Forte (on WIn98) but it was probably my fault,
JBuilder5 is the tops on my list. I think you have to pay for some of the nicer debugging options (member change breakpoints, member watches) but I could be wrong. One of the nicest environments I've ever worked in.

I need to solve or I will be in big trouble.
This program works at my home computer which is not networked.

Java IDE (JBuilder) cannot find J2ME's API and packages

Hi,
could anyone help me with this?
I went to sun's java web site, and I downloaded and install the latest version of the wireless toolkit. I need to create a windows application that can send/receive MMS messenges, and hence the need for the J2ME's API and also WMA's API.
However, even after I installed the wireless toolkit, my Java IDE (JBuilder 2005) cannot detect any packages like "javax.microedition.*" or "javax.wireless.*" etc etc
Is there a place where I can download/purchase J2ME. Please be patient with me because I am a newbie in the world of J2ME... thanks :)

When you configuring your project in JBuilder just add some jar (which you need) from wtk library in section "include"
Project properties
Paths
Required libries
and add here addition j2me libraries.

Encrypting and Decrypting Data(Its Very Urgent, Please Help.)

Hi,
Can anyone tell me some idea in the below mentioned details.
Iam creating a Function for Encrypting and Decrypting Data Values using
DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT with UTL_RAW.CAST_TO_RAW by using
Key Value as normal.
But the problem, is it possible to have the key value more than 8.
Its showing me error when i give the key value less than 8 or more than 8.
Can u tell me why it happens, is that the limit of the key value or is any other way to do that.
Its Very Urgent, Please Help.

Usage Notes
If the input data or key given to the DES3DECRYPT procedure is empty, then the procedure raises the error ORA-28231 "Invalid input to Obfuscation toolkit."
If the input data given to the DES3DECRYPT procedure is not a multiple of 8 bytes, the procedure raises the error ORA-28232 "Invalid input size for Obfuscation toolkit." ORA-28233 is NOT applicable for the DES3DECRYPT function.
If the key length is missing or is less than 8 bytes, then the procedure raises the error ORA-28234 "Key length too short." Note that if larger keys are used, extra bytes are ignored. So a 9-byte key will not generate an exception.

Urgent please/ Window size + avoid saving

Hi I have 2 problems I hope you can help me with urgently
please:
1- I have the attached code in it there is a link(summary)
which once clicked, a new HTML window will open this window is of
the same size as the parent I need to make it smaller and appear in
the center of the parent window. I have played withthe 800X600
dimentios in the code but no use? Any idea
2- In the the new window( which will appear once clicking the
link summary), I need to make the 'save page as' and the 'send
link' in the file menu of the browser dim (inactive) as I do not
the user to save the content of this window ? any idea how to stop
the user from saving the content knowing that the content is a HTML
file that has a .swf file with its control buttons?

For 2, during the tutorial in the link above you'll see how
to not show the
menu bar in the popup window when you get to using DW's Open
Browser
Behavior.
It may deter the novice user, but anyone who wants to save
the content can
do so easily. Firefox can be set to show the menu regardless
of the script
telling it not to, or anyone can simply view the source code
and copy the
URL for the popup and paste it into a new window, complete
with menus.
Of course, there are also Firefox extensions that download
any Flash
displayed on a page including in a popup window.
In other words, if you don't want people saving it, don't put
it on the web.

I personally didn't play with swing components when they were in the com.sun.java.swing state, but I have a strong feeling it is very buggy and could be causing your problem.
Before posting gui issues, please use a newer API, even jdk1.1 would be fine, anything would be better than what your using.

Light weight Java IDE needed linux only

Hi,
I'm looking for a light weight java ide that will run on linux. An editor with some basic options such as auto-compelte like in jbuilder and eclipse, doesn't have to have a gui designer but would be nice if it could handle packages and such. I'm running 128 mb of ram RDRAM and a p4 1.3 ghz and i'm getting tired of all these ide's not responding every 3 minutes. Could someone please recommend a light ide for java??

I mean why can't you use Eclipse?With only a 128MB of RAM Eclipse is going to struggle. I would second the other posters suggestion of looking at JEdit. But the OP might want to splurge and buy some more RAM, regardless of what editor they end up using.

I have saved all my datas of my old iphone on itunes and icloud. I got a new phone 4s that I connected to itunes in order to load it and sync with my old datas. but I don't konw how but when itunes sync my new iphone i did not take my old datas. at the end of the sync process, I got an iphone totally virgin, but none of my previous apps, neither contact neither calendar neither anything. what happened? did itunes erased all my previous datas?? i hope not but if it's the case, can I recuperate my old datas through icloud? please help because as a lot of us, all my life is in this iphone.. As long as you use your computer like King Penguin stated for Report a Problem, you should be fine. If you can't get to your computer, are not using your computer, or your computer is not longer in the mix since you have been using your iPad, email iTunes support about the problem.
