[Urgent]Please tell me if this project should be done in Flex or in Flash ActionScript ?

Hi,
I have a project and I need to know if I should do it using Flash Builder and Flex or just using Flash and ActionScript
(I Know Nothing About Flash Builder And Flex)
The project is:
Mp3 Player
- Streaming Mp3's
- Ads inside each song
- XML driven
- skins and color themes for it
- playlist
- drag and drop from outside the player(from normal html)
- Should communicate with Php files all the time for transferring ad Id's
Now please let me know if this will be better done with ActionScript or Flex
I'm also read in somewhere that the Flex empty file is about 200KB which made me a little scared to use it
So can you please tell me what size do you expect for such a player (Assets will not be embedded)
I need to tell my boss today my decision whether to use which one, So please help

platform : Flash Builder 4.5 on Mac
1) empty Flex Web project
below the result of loading it into a browser (the .swf file is 44kB); there are also some other .swz file providing the flex and spark framework but they are only loaded once on the client side and shared accross all web site needing it (stored in the flash cache, not the browser one)
2) empty Web ActionScript project
the .swf file is 4kB

If the SIM is out of your phone, find my phone needs a data connection, so could use wifi - IF in range of a wifi and one that it can join (ie. a known network or one that is wholly open so no login required). Your phone could also simple be turned off, so not findable, or it may have been restored (plugged into iTunes and restored as new) again, making it permanently unfindable. Honestly, for someone stealing an iPhone, this is likely the first thing they do - restore as new and it is theirs forever.
Find my iPhone is tied to the users iCloud account - the find function is part of the iCloud account's services and it communicates with the iCloud servers over a data connection - either wifi or 3G.

Is your form running inside the browser window (with SeparateFrame=False)? If the browser is maximized, and your form is maximized, yet you cannot see the entire screen, you can run with SeparateFrame=True. You can do that on the browser line.

Yes. You can't update or restore any GSM iPhone without a valid sim card installed in the phone. The sim card need not be activated, but it must be valid & present. If you want to update, you need to get a sim card.

We are using ITEXT for PDF report generation in JSF web appliaction, We needed to implement the Fileupload, we tried both MYFACES1.0.9 and TOMAHAWK, both ways we also got the file uploading working. For this we needed to add the filter in the web.xml file ( <filter-name>ExtensionsFilter</filter-name> as below). NOW by doing this, it BLOCKS THE PDF OUTPUT OF THE ITEXT and the result in sumthing like corrupted PDF is spitted in the browser (%PDF-1.4 %Ã¢Ã£Ã Ã 2 0 obj <>stream Ã¿ÃÃ¿Ã JFIFï¿½ ï¿½`ï¿½`ï¿½ï¿................................................)
When i remove the MYFACES1.0.9 only then the good PDF output is viewable in the BROWSER.

You always have the option of dumping the file uploading component and just using the Apache FileUpload API in a servlet - then you'll have full control over what happens when without any additional configuration needed.

Please forgive me if this is the wrong forum/area, I am new here/first post.
I recently have been trying out XCODE and learning Objective-C. Coming from a background
of Microsoft Basic 2.0, it's been a challenge to say the least!
Here's what I wrote so far, it's a basic 'wager/dice' game. I basically want the game
to keep repeating until the player runs out of money (I know I still have to program
that into the 'while' function, so I defaulted it for 10 times in the interim).
Here's what I need to figure out:
- The "While" loop is working, yet the 'cash' constantly resets to 1000 each time it starts again. I tried
{bracketing} the functions, but whether I win/lose the dice rolls, it always resets to 1000
There's a bunch more things I need to figure out, but if someone can tell me why the 'cash'
keeps reseting to '1000' each time, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Someone please tell me why this happens!

I am using a 2 dimensional array to store some values:
for (int k = 0; k < 50; k++) {
desiredInput = trialData[k][10] * trialData[k][11];
System.out.println(desiredInput);
Can anyone tell me why this won't cycle through my trialData array? Everytime I run it I get the same value for each time I output the desiredInput variable. The arrays contain unique values and this has been checked .. I assumed that this piece of code would cycle through the 50 elements of the array and pull the 10th and 11th element and mulitply each.

Well i dont see how you could get the same output if the data present is unique.. Are you sure that you have initialized the array properly..
i am just putting a code snippet which does a very rudimentary initialization of the array with some data. for eg
int desiredInput = 0;
        int trialData[][] = new int[50][50];
        for (int i=0;i < 50; i++)
             for (int j=0; j < 50; j++)
                     trialData[i][j] = i+j;
        for (int k = 0; k < 50; k++)
                  desiredInput = trialData[k][10] * trialData[k][11];

        }Check the way you have initialized the array and put in the data into the array..

I'm not sure I understand the question...
ITS uses BusinessHTML and HTML and other Internet standards (css, js, etc). However, you can develop in ABAP and then use SE80 to generate a template for you or use the WEBGUI service to call your ABAP developed transaction directly. You can find more information by using the links at the top of the ITS forum to go to the Wiki or FAQ or Product page for the ITS.
