[URGENT] Problème installation After Effect essai (Sous Adobe Application Manager)

Donc voilà, je doit faire une intro pour mon copain aujourd'hui, sauf que...
Pour télécharger la version d'essai After Effect c'est galère.
Tout se passe bien jusqu'à qu'ils donnent la liste des téléchargement que tu peut faire...

Désolé d'arriver après la bataille, mais il me semble que les ordinateurs sur lesquels on ne peut pas installer l'application (par exemple incompatibilité, 32-64bits, etc) ne la proposent pas dans le AAM.

Ok Mylenium, you are right! Sorry for my shortcut. Here's the story:
- Win8, German
- I have signed up to Creative Cloud and
- installed several programs via Adobe Application manager.
- My standard installation path is F:\Adobe Creative Cloud\
- Language is English (international)
- Pr, Ae, Ps, Ai, Au all installed on this F-drive (which is a dedicated SSD drive only for programs)
- If I want to install Lr it does not work like it works for all other programs
- Lr ignores the F-drive standard installation path and installs on C:\Program Files... instead!
- Also, Lr ignores the selected language (English international) and installs in German (which is the OS language) instead
- The help chat guy recommended to download Lr seperatelly and install it NOT via the AAM but I do not want this option as I want AAM to manage updates in the future. Also, if it is possible to install Lr on the F-drive via seperate download, why should this not be possible via AAM??
I do NOT want Lr to be installed on the C-drive as I setup a dedicated harddrive for programs only.
I want it on the F-drive and I want it in English like all other programs (to avoid confusion and changing terms from one language to the other).
I believe this is a bug as it has been reported many times in the last months bot no reaction from Adobe as far as I can find at least.

My "Adobe installer" is not running and "adobe application manager" will not update....

When did making art get so technical? Also, have the software engineers at Adobe finally begun to shed the Cheetos from their beards and then crown themselves as artists extraordinaire? Well good for them! Bad for me! No offense, but I've been wrestling with this for quite a while. Without a single Cheeto.....

By "not running", what exactly do you mean?
You can't open it from "Programs"? You can't open it when double clicking a pdf file? You can't open a link to a pdf on a web page? Do you get any error messages?

Problème d'installation : After effect

Bonjour,j'ai un petit problème avec After effect.
J'avais téléchargé la version d'essai et tout s'était très bien dérouler,mais suite à un petit problème,j'ai dû faire une restauration système datant d'avant mon téléchargement.
Seulement voilà : sur l'Adobe application manager,lorsque je veux re-télécharger la version d'essai , il est simplement mis en gris "A jour".
J'ai bien regarder sur mon PC,mais aucune trace d'After effect,et impossible de le télécharger...Une aimable personne pourrait m'aider svp?

Aujourd'hui, j'ai tenté d'installer After Effects CS6. Mais voilà qu'au 2 % de l'installation, un problème se pose.
En effet, le récapitulatif des erreurs me signale ceci :

While rendering a project in After Effects CC (Mac) , the application closes half way, saying it quit unexpectedly, Please Help!

So, I have created a cool project that was a lot of hard work in After Effects CC (Mac), While rendering a project in After Effects CC (Mac) , the application closes half way, saying it quit unexpectedly. I have tried to render this project at least 5 times, shutting and restarting my computer. Please Help!
Here is my computer specs if needed;
Operating System: Mac OS X Mavericks version 10.9.4 (13E28)
Processor: 2.5GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000
Screen Resolution: 13-inch (1280 x 800)

Element 3d renders using your graphics card. Unlike After Effects, what GPU you're using matters a lot for Element.
As it is, you don't really have one.
You could try rendering an image sequence and then picking up your render where it left off when it crashes, but if a certain frame is just too much for your computer to handle, there's not much we can help with. I'd suggest adding a GPU that Element can use.

Adobe After Effects - Not in Adobe Manager?

Hey, I was wondering if you could help me in an Issue i am having?
I have installed the Adobe Application Manager and it was succesful and it has a list of all the programs i can install/try but im scrolling down and I can see no Adobe After Effects for the Trial.

If you have 32-bit Processor and the operating system(Windows or mac) then the Adobe application manager will not show After effects and Premiere pro as these two software require 64-bit processor and the operating system.

Hello. I have a creative cloude monthly subscription. I installed several programs on my working MAC. Now i want to install the same program at home on my Sony Vaio with Windows 7 but in Adobe Application Manager i can see only 14 program but not all . The program that i want to install is After Effect. can you help me please? Thanks in advance!

After Effects and Premiere Pro require a 64-bit computer, otherwise they do do show in the Adobe Application Manager.

After Effects Error: Unknown Adobe Dynamic Link Exception

I am using latest CS4 PP / OctoCore / 16 GB RAM / OS 10.5.6
I am not even using any Dynamic link references - just working within AE CS4 in a 1280 x 720 comp and every 10 minutes I get this error:
"After Effects Error: Unknown Adobe Dynamic Link Exception"
Is there a way to disable Dynamic Link in AE CS4 (turn it on and off)? I am not using it therefore do not need it. Anyone know the cause of this error?

Hello, I can confirm Mylenium's point on MP. I checked multiple times with MP on and off. Then I started to check and uncheck the dll space checkbox in combination with MP. Allways the same result: MP lead to the error message when I did a RAM preview. I then removed all scripts from the "scripts" and the "sriptsUI" folders (I have Zorro and the like, too). Same difference. MP was the only factor that had influence on my machine.
I am using a Vista 64bit Quad at home where I tried this. At work I am on a 8core MacPro, with MacOSX 10.5.8. There I did not experience difficulties with MP.

Quand j'essaie de lancer photshop, il me dit : Le logiciel adobe application manager est indispensable pour demarrer photoshop. Je clique sur le lien de télécharger, et lors tu lancement de l'installation : runtime error 217 at 0040E7D2.

Sinon, je conseillerais d'utiliser le Creative Cloud Cleaner, http://helpx.adobe.com/fr/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html avant de recommencer une installation.
N'hésitez pas à donner plus d'infos sur votre machine, ou à contacter le service clientèle.

Adobe Application Manager hangs on installation, can't download any CC

I just upgraded from CS 5.5 to Creative Cloud (I'm running OSX 10.6.8). When I try to download the programs from the "apps" page of creative.adobe.com, the download manager opens and then hangs on the "updating Adobe Application Manager" screen for several minutes before saying "The remote server is not responding in a proper manner. Please retry after a few minutes." I contacted support (case number 0184298932) and they suggested using the Adobe Cleaner app to delete the App Manager, then download the App Manager from the general Adobe download page. The App manager opens but says it can't connect to the servers. Support also said to create a new admin account and retry the process. That had no effect.
I followed Robert L. Brown's advice in this forum post http://forums.adobe.com/message/4399026#4399026 and was able to actually launch the application manager and download Indesign and After Effects. I tried to download Photoshop, got an error, quit the installer, and when I tried to reopen it I was back to my original problem.
I have seen other posts in the forum saying to download the trial versions of CS6 and then authenticate with my adobe ID, but I can't find a download link for anything that's not Creative Cloud. There are no CS6 trials to be had anywhere.

For anyone else with a similar issue, it turns out that the company firewall was blocking the download. I just connected the computer to a different network and now the download is working like a charm. Fingers crossed that it works when I fire up the program!

Adobe Application Manager: Installation Failed

Hello, my name is Keem.
I just signed up for creative cloud as a student. I installed the Adobe Application Manager, which from what I hear is what allows you to install the software's onto your computer.. Now, whenever I try to install one of the applications, for example; Adobe Premiere, it gives me an orange highlighted text that reads "Installation Failed". Under the dropdown arrow for it, it reads "Administrative priveledges are required to install, please retry, or cancel to install later."
Is this normal?

I fixed the problem and the programs seem to be installing fine, however; having had an old version of Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/After Effects, Illustrator ETC, I decided to delete them off of my computer. The problem is though, that on my Adobe Application Manager, they say "Up to date" when they aren't even located on my hard drive anymore. How can I fix this?

Basically you are facing two different issues . First of all , to install any of the Adobe products , we need to be logged in as the Local computer's Admin so that the required changes/modification can take place succesfully .
Second issue that you are facing where in the Adobe application manager is still saying the products are available on your system because we only moved the products to trash,we never deleted the actual products. To delete the products on your machine , i would request you to kindly navigate to Utilities>Adobe Installers and select the uninstaller from within this folder .

Adobe Application Manager CC not working after last update

Last night I avrived home and sat down to work on my website and other side projects after a long day at work. I opened my application manager and it notified me that it had an update. So naturally I agreed and was excited to see the new upgrade. Sadly after a couple hours of trying to figure things out on to why I wasn't able to access my Adobe Muse and Adobe Application manager after the update I had to give up. I was online with tech support about the issue and was given a link to download the application manager yet again (this would have been my 3rd attempt to do so, and the link that was given to me was outdated). After finding out that this was going to take longer than I had hoped asked if the teck support could help me resolve the Muse issue. I was told that I'd be transfered to the Muse support and never was after an hour or so.
I'm now still stuck not being able to use muse (after a couple re-installs) and not able to use my application manager.
Currently when I lunch my application manager my backgound decktop goes black and the application manager pops up and is white with no options to choose and shows nothing. When I try to use Muse it askes me to log in, and then gives me an error message asking me to please try again later....
Can anyone help, has anyone had this issue before??
(running on a 64bit system, windows 8, Adobe CC Member)

Could you please follow this step and let me know if it helps.
Rename the OOBE Folder to OOBE.old from this location and relaunch Creative Cloud.
C:\Users\(your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
