Urgent:  regarding link up b/w BSEG n CHVW table

hi,
i am making a report in which i am trtying to link both tables by LIFNR and GJAHR n MJAHR .
but when i get output in my report the Document No.(BELNR) is coming different from belnr present in tcode FBL1N...(which is used to check whether payment is made or not to vendor),
so plzz help me out by providing guideance on it,as help will be deifntely rewarded.

yeah i know dat it is a cluster table and moreover i am using for all enteries but th thing is when i make link with CHVW there is a problem that the aufnr or vbeln which are present are not dere in bseg ,So what should i do to show in my reprt that the cost of  material had been paid to the vendor or not.
plzzz help me out as it is really urgnent to me.

    I am using "link to url" UI Element in a table column. I have mapped the column (i mean the "reference" property of "link to url" UI to a bapi node). Now, when I am populating the table, for some rows the bapi is not returning the url links. So, the column is getting disabled and not even showing the links for the rows which are getting the url link from the bapi.
    Is there any way to set the mapping row wise, so that the rows which have data get enabled with the link and which do not have data will be disabled.
    Also, can I make the whole table readonly, except for one column.
    Please help me in this regard.

  • Urgent regarding credit limit

    Hi Gurus
    I have a issue regarding credit limit:
    for a customer "ABC" i have maintained a credit limit for 1000/- in FD32 now when we create a sales order of more than 1000/- for the same customer a popup MSg is comming saying amount has exeeded ...so far so good
    my issue is that the requirements should not pass to MD04 (Stock/Requirement List)
    some of the SAP gurus giving the answer  check out OVB8 and see the requirement 101, i want to know the functionality of requirement "101" and how to go about the issue ..... issue is very urgent

              This can be  done through  go to IMG--> S&D->Basic functions>Availabililty check&transfer of requirements>Transfer of requirements-->block quantity confirmation for delivery blocks. Here u give blocking reason as credit limit,,,,,, Here u find  confirmation block,here u make tick  and save . Here the reason is that even the order is saved,requirements will not be passed to MRP     i.e requirements will not be passed to stock requirement list.

    - ANEK header is linked to ANEP items via fields in common ANLN1, ANLN2, GJAHR and LNRAN
    - BKPF and BSEG are linked to ANEL ANEP via BUKRS, BELNR and GJAHR
    Optimization (as BSEG is behind a cluster table RFBLG)
    - Append BSIS (ZABSIS) and BSAS with ANLN1 and ANLN2, then create an index with these fields. As BSIS is filled via MOVE-CORRESPONDING statement, only a one-shot report to initially fill the new fields is to be developed. (look at old OSS [Note 62435 - F-03: Selection by purchasing documents|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/62435] for optimization via purchase order)

    Incorrect.  BKPF is a transparent table and not a cluster table and you can use it just like any other transparent table.  BSEG is a cluster table but there is no problem selecting from it so long as you use the key of BUKRS, BELNR, GJAHR - unless you are selecting a very large amount of data, but then this can cause problems when selecting from any type of table.
    The advantage of using BSEG over the other FI line item tables such as BSIS and BSIK is that it holds all the lines of an FI document while the others will hold only a subset eg BSIK will only hold lines that contain a vendor reference and BSAS holds only cleared GL account lines.  Though you can only use it when you have the key.  If you need to search on vendor, you can use BSIK as a starting point, but since I usually need to get hold of all the lines on an FI document, I then have to select from BSEG anyway.

    I have created extarct structure which contains all the fields of BSEG Data base table.If I save the data source I am getting error.
    If I remove all the currecy fields from extract structure, I am able to activate the data sorce.
    So Could you please explain me how to extract currency fields.

    Firstly, can you explain why you need a generic extractor for BSEG? There are already 2 datasources for BSEG, they are:

    To use 0FI_GL_14, you should use the new GL in ECC side.
    On the other hand, for your problem, your problem may occur if you did not give the reference unit field of your currency field in your extraction structure. when you double click the  the currency field, you will see the ref. field, give the reference unit field in this area.

      a good way is to run tx ST05 and activate a trace. Then go to the standard transaction, check the documents and come back to tx ST05 to deactivate and display the trace.
    You will obtain all the tables and perhaps the relationship between them.

    Example
    Billing document:
    By selling goods in accordance with targets, revenue is generated. The revenue is posted in billing and forwarded

    Invoice receipt:
    Raw materials are purchased in accordance with targets. The invoice receipt is posted in a logistics system. The data from the raw materials is forwarded to accounting.
    Goods Movment:
    The use of raw materials leads to a change in stock in inventory managment. The posting of raw material consumption is forwarded to accounting.
    G/L Account Posting:
    Provision posting for an expected warranty service. This can refer to acquisitions or retirements belonging to stocks that are not in subledger accounting relevant to inventory management. This is particularly the case if such materials are not displayed as vendor/customer, materials, loans etc. or cannot be displayed in this way. This can also refer to write-ups or depreciation that contain higher aggregations of values than are maintained in a corresponding subledger that is relevant to inventory management.
    The conversion of foreign currencies for receivables/payables due to large exchange rate changes that should not lead to an update of the accounts payable or accounts receivable accounting. A similar transaction can arise for the revaluation of raw materials if this revaluation takes place at a correspondingly aggreagated level.
    Reclassification of inventory of P&L statement accounts that are only used for reconcilliation purposes in the general ledger (this rearranges values for balance sheet items).
    Balance reclassifications of stocks to receivables with different return times.
    Notes
    If the parameter CurrencyAmount is filled with the currency fields, a complete document check including characteristics and value components of profitability analysis (CO-PA). Otherwise, the account assignment objects are checked.
    Messages are returned in the parameter Return. In the parameter documentation you can find the return values and their meaning.
