I'm glad that worked for you. Unfortunately, even being polite and respectful doesn't work for everyone. That doesn't mean you have to start to be mean or nasty. You don't and shouldn't ever be, in my opinion.
I'm simply pointing out that even being polite and respectful (or nice as honey) doesn't get them to give you what you're asking for. (Whether it be a PFD or a GW removal of a paid account.)
I cannot even begin to tell you my level of frustration.
Actually, I can. Tonight, I'm in the process of filing complaints with both the BBB and the CFPB as I truly have exhausted every other avenue (nicely, politely, and respectfully)...yet have gotten nowhere. These accounts actually should NOT be on our credit at all and we have police reports to back us up...yet we get no help.
Okay, vent over. I wish it was as easy for me as it seems to be for others.
Yet we'll press on.

I had 7 junk mails come in this morning, 5 went straight to junk and 2 more I junked.
When I clicked on the Junk folder to empty it, it froze Mail and I can't click on anything, I had to force quit Mail and re-open it. When it re-opens the Junk folder is selected and it is froze, I can't do anything.
I repaired permissions, it did nothing.
I re-booted my computer, on opening Mail the In folder was selected, when I selected Junk, again, it locks up Mail and I can't select them to delete them?
Anyone know how I can delete these Junk mails from my Junk folder without having to open Mail to do it as it would appear this will be the only solution to the problem.Hi Nigel
If you hold the Shift key when opening the mail app, it will start up without any folders selected & no emails showing. Hopefully this will enable you to start Mail ok.
Then from the Mail menus - choose Mailbox-Erase Junk Mail . The problem mail should now be in the trash. If there's nothing you want to retain from the Trash, you should now choose Mailbox- Erase Deleted Messages....
If you need to double-check the Trash for anything you might want to retain, then view the Trash folder first, before using Erase Junk Mail & move anything you wish to keep to another folder.
The shift key starts Mail in a sort of Safe mode. -

I run Advanced System Care 7 by IoBit on my computer daily. It always finds dozens if not hundreds of privacy issues caused by FireFox that need to be removed. So first off, Advanced system care is a piece of junk. It does nothing to improve computer security or performance, and can actually harm your computer. I strongly suggest you remove any iobit products immediately and find a real anti-virus.
Second, cookies can be controlled. They aren't placed on your computer by Firefox, but by websites. You would find that no matter what browser you use you will have cookies from websites you visit.

If this is a mounted Disk Image, it should be easy to check, here's an example of the typical way of "Ejecting" Disk Image and trashing its associated .DMG in the Finder
Click the " > " button next to the DI to Eject / Unmount it
Drag the .DMG file to the Trash or type CMD + delete
Verify that the .DMG is in fact in the Trash > Empty the Trash by your favorite method

I recently purchased SiS661FM motherboard. I already own Intel 2.4Mhz (400 FSB) CPU and single stick of DDR for 512 MB. I've also got the new Antec Aria Case that has 300W PSU.
I installed everything and the PC did not boot. It did not go through POST. So, I removed everything and running with the minimum setup i.e CPU, Memory only. I get nothing on the display.
Can somebody help me in understanding what could be wrong.
