URGENT :Similar name of standard text in different systems

Scenario is:
We have more than 3 production system as usual and want to merge in one for future convenience.(Sending the data through interface) now name of the Standard text for the SAP Script say Zabc in one production system is also available in other Production system with same name Zabc but different text in it and used for different SAP Script. if we are moving the Standard text into one production system then we r facing problem because of the similar name of Standard text but it is used with different text init for different SAP Scripts

I have question in SAP Script ..
I have created one SAP script in original Language EN addition with Key Language HU (Hungary), means when user want to see the SAP Script in EN then all the content will come in EN and when they want see in Hungary they will get in Hungary. I did this part .but the logo part is troubling me .
I have uploaded successfully the Logo in Original language EN and test it , it's working well. Now when I am opening the Same SAP script in HU language then I am not able to see the Logo Uploaded .....means when i am going to Logo window for Hungary SAP Script no Logo unpadded and Insert Logo option is Grayed (Inactive)
Could you help me out Please?
If I run the test case, I am not able to see LOGO for the SAP script in Key language HU.WHY?
Colud u pls teel me the path How to post a new queires , I forget how i did for the first time ...I know this is a very stupit question but pls... do reply me back..

Use the Following Program
goto se38>RSTXSCRP>EXECUTE.
CHOOSE THE RADIOBUTTON Standard Text .
In the Object name type ur Textname(chinese one ).
choose the Mode as Export.
GIVE the Language as chinese Code.
EXECUTE.
Save to ur desktop.
Now logon to other client.
goto se38>RSTXSCRP>EXECUTE.
CHOOSE THE RADIOBUTTON Standard Text .
In the Object name type ur Textname(chinese one ).
choose the Mode as IMPORT.
GIVE the Language as Chinese Code.
EXECUTE.
Give the File name.
The text will get Imported.

Can anybody tell me how to transport a standard text to different systems. And if it is possible tell me how to add standard text in a CTS.

To Transport Standard Text to Different Systems
Refer note 3355 in OSS for a complete explanation. The SAPscript objects that should be transported must be written in a transport request.
The entries are as follows:
R3TR FORM NAME (NAME = Name of the layout set)
R3TR STYL NAME (NAME = Name of the style)
R3TR TEXT OBJECT,NAME,ID,L
(OBJECT = Text object, NAME = Text name, ID = Text ID, L = Text language)
If you want to transport a number of texts, you can use report RSTXTRAN to insert the individual text keys into a correction. The transport request must be entered and released via the transport system.

Steps..
Create a work bench CR in the transaction SE09..
Modify the task to Development correction / Repair..
Go to the program RSTXTRAN..
In the name of correction give the task number (Not the CR number)
Give the Text Key..Your standard text name..
Press F8...
Press select all..
Then Press enter..
Then press the button "Trsfr texts to corr".
Now the standard texts will be moved to a CR..
Then release the CR and move it to QA..

2. goto se09 and create a new
customizing rqeuest.
3. after that
in the object list,
go in edit mode
and a new window will come
where u can add the objects(in table control)
4. there u put
program id = R3TR
object type = TEXT
object name = TEXT,YHRS_FNF_LTR,YHR1,E
where
TEXT = TEXT
YHRS_FNF_LTR = name of standard text
YHR1 = TEXT ID
E = english language

To Include Standard Text in TEXT Field of SMARTFORM

Hi,
I have a requirement to include a Standard text inside a TEXT field. The name of standard text is ZSD_CMR_&VSTEL&_STATISTICAL where for VSTEL we should put the respective work area field like ZSD_CMR_&W_LIKP-VSTEL&_STATISTICAL .
But while executing the Form its giving Error that STD text does not exist.
The Requirment is like - shipping point (LIKP_VSTEL) of the delivery to identify the standard text. So, if a doucument for a delivery for shipping point 3114 is printed, it should come with the contents of ZSD_CMR_3114 STATISTICAL In case the shipping point is 3112 it shoukd be ZSDCMR_3112 _STATISTICAL.
Can you please let me know how to include Std Text inside the TEXT, I mean SYNTAX .

Hi Avi,
Lets take the example the standard text 'ZSD_CMR_3114 _STATISTICAL' then with this standard text get the TDOBJECT,TDNAME,TDID and TDPRAS from STXH table.
In the Smartform, goto TEXT->General Attributes Tab.
Select Type to be Include Text from the drop down list.
Then give the Text Name, Text Object, Text ID and Language.
Your Standard Text whcih you maintain in S010 will be displayed in the smartform window.

Do Like this..
Goto se38 and enter program name as RSTXTRAN
and press F8..
and give Text-key Name as Standard Text Name
then Press F8..
And select Select check box.. and enter
and press on trsfr to corr button..
it asks transfee textxs to a correction..
press on yes button..
it will show request number or create your own request...
and after goto SE10 tcode and Transport it...

How do you delete a standard text created in SO10?

I have searched the forum and the web and can not find any answers to this question.
I created a standard text in SO10 - i.e. called ZSTDTEST.
i can not find anyway to delete this.
I see once you are in SO10 under change mode - there is a delete in the drop down under "text" but i believe this is used for delting LINES in the actual text.
I must be missing something here - or perhaps once you create a text - that's it - you can not delete it.

Well,
If you want delete them in your current system use FM u201CDELETE_TEXTu201D, but if you need to delete the standard texts across the systems basically, you have 2 options:
1-create an ABAP program and use FM u201CDELETE_TEXTu201D and pass all the text you want to this FM for deletion, you can do masking with an asterisk too i.e u201CZ_MY_TEXT_*u201D
2-I personally prefer this one, First, create a blank transport and write down the task id, and then take a list of all your standard texts which you want to delete and go to se38 and execute the ABAP program RSTXTRAN. This program will require the transport task id and the list of your standard texts to enter them in the transport. Once your transport has the unwanted standard texts go to FM u201CDELETE_TEXTu201D and delete these standard texts in your current environment.
Now, release the transport to go to other SAP environments.
This technique takes the deleted text ids and will delete the standard texts in any subsequent environments because you deleted them before releasing your transport.

Deletion transport of standard texts

Hello,
I want to delete some standard texts in DEV system and transport this deletion to the QAS system. So that after some kind of transport the texts are deleted in QAS system as well. How can I do this?

I think this program (RSTXTRAN) only adds existing texts to a transport. How can I tell, that a non existing text shall be deleted on target system?

U can't define a standard text in a SAPScript, you call call it only by statament INCLUDE
/: INCLUDE <ST TEXT NAME> OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE <LANGUAGE>
U can define it by trx SO10.
If you need to know the text without to print it, you need to use a routine where u can use the fm READ_TEXT in order to find out the text.

Smartforms,How to display different standard Text in a Text element.

In smartform,if I want to according to the different conditions,display one of the serveral different standard Text objects which all maintained in SO10 in a same text element,how to do it?
if i put them in serval text elements, each condition only display the corresponding text element,but the text content can not display in the same position.

I have created a standard text using SO10 , and included the same in smartform.
But the requirement is , i need to change the format of the standard text with my own style, so i craeted a Smart style with relevant Paragraph and Character formats.
Plz help me out in linking the STandard text with the smart style.
I know how to include smart style in smart form, but the issue is "how to include Smart style for the created Standard Text ".
