to your questions:
1) The majority of the follow-on doucments are asynchronously created in SRM. The report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP checks whether this asynchronously triggered follow-on documents are indeed created (technically the report reads the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB, and checks whether the follow-on documents are there). An example: in the classic scenario the report checks whether the follow-on doucument purchase requisition is created in the backend system.
2) The report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 checks for changes in the follow-on documents, and if needed it updates the originating document. Example: In the classic scenario there was a Purchase Requisition created from the SC. In case you delete a line item form this Purchase Requisition, the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 will update the history of the SC line item.
3) In case the of classic scenario it's possible to delete PO line items which are created from Shopping Carts. When you delete a line item in the backend PO, the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 will update the SC in the SRM system: in the history you will see, that the follow-on document was deleted, and the item should land in the SOC.
4) Once the SC is approved, no change more is allowed on it (you won't get the change mode in the transaction 'Check status').
However you still will be able to delete the SC line item by pushing the trash icon, and you also can delete the follow-on documents of this SC. This is the current standard behavior.
You can only prevent changes on the SC when you archive the SC, or the follow-on documents have also other follow-on douments. Example: SC -> PO in the backend -> CF -> INV. In this case the SC line item cannot be deleted.
5) This case shouldn't happen without manual interaciton. Normally for this cases the system creates an entry in the alert monitor. Ther the administrator can delete the SC line item, or delete it. Now in your case I suppose you don't have thie alert entry. You can recreate this with the report BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED as described in the note 441768. Than the administrator can delete the SC line item.
6) In the 'BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB ' shouldn't be older entries, this is only a table for temporary check. Each entry, which is older than one day, has some trouble. This entries sould - and the corresponding SRM documents should be checked one by one.
7) I don't understand the question.

1) what is VMC& how to activate VMC in SM52?
2) what happend if i change the LOGICAL System for my naming convention in RFC destination?
3) why should we maintain the local RFC within the SRM OWN server for what purpose? EVEN i having a SRM server.
4) is it RFC user is a dialog user?
5) I want to know the T.CODES for each &every menupath. pls tell me the path for that.

ad 2) Every document created in SRM have a logical system attached to it. If You change it You must populate the changes. (e.g. in transaction BDLS or BDLSS )
ad 3) logical RFC (loopback) must be maintained. This RFC is used to communicate SRM itself.
ad 4) RFC user is a system user.

U can see with the work load monitor
1.Goto ST03N
2.Select user mode as Expert
3.From Functions list (upper left pane) select BW System Load and under month selection, select your time duration
4.From the analysis view (down left pane) from the Reporting expand Query Runtimes and double click BEx Queries.
5.Output is shown in right pane.
6.Select aggregation level as query.
7.Double click on the query name
8.A window popup with every run of the query.
9.To find out, how many times it has run, click on Display Graphics button. It will show with no of runs as X-axis -

1. Maximum number of bidder and items can participate in single bid invitation. Is there any limitation for this same ?
2.How to submit priced and non price (Technical) bids separately using SRM system? SRM system supports both at a time. What i mean to sat that i need to open price bid of those vendor who are technically qualified not all vendor.
3.How to Implementation of PKI (Public Key Interface) and digital certification in SRM system.

About PKI doubt. For Public Key I use local vendor ActiveX control, but You can use Microsoft CAPICOM for this.
I implement PKI into Bidding Engine (auctions). That was quite big development and many standard FM's are changed.
All PKI has beenn implemented in Live Auction Cockpit, (extension in JCO connector and Veryfier class responsible for validation of PKI issuer and signer).
All information (veryfied) go to FM BBP_LA_BIZAPI_SUBMIT_BID.
I create two Z tables:
- SIG_BID (all bids signed digital certyficate, auc guids, sig guids, item guids, issuer and signer data, status of digital signed bid which include status NotValid, CertyficateRevoked, UknownIssuer, CertyficateExpired)
- PKCS_TABLE (table for PKCS keys)
When Your bid pass all validation You preform 'accepted_bid_create', if not 'rejected_bid_create'.

Creating ABAP queries with t-code SQ01 in SRM
Hi.
What tables are available for me to use ABAP queries with t-code in SRM as we currently use this for MM.
Please can someone tell me if a list of usefull tables for Carts, Approvals, PO are available in SRM as I cannot find these in SE11. We have no BW and need ABAP query for fullfilings any business requirements.

You can try to create a new standard view, then select “created by” and “modified by” column under columns, next apply this view, finally check the effect.
Did you customize the permissions of the list or document library? Did you customize the permission of the item? For example, break the permission inheritance form its parents. If so, try to inherit permission from its parents, after that create a new standard view according to the steps above, then check the effect.
By default, permissions on lists, libraries, folders, items, and documents are inherited from the parent site. However, you can break this inheritance for any securable object at a lower level in the hierarchy by editing the permissions on that securable object (that is, creating a unique permission assignment) . For example, you can edit the permissions for a document library, which breaks the permissions inheritance from the site.
You can also try to create a new document library, then create a new document with user A, after that log into with user B, check the effect.

2.I'm using users_gen to assign user to root org from the option ' copy user and employee data from template',further giving org unit ID and selecting the user id,do I need to assign the user again in org unit ppoma_bbp explicitly or it gets assigned the moment I follow the above procedure,please clarify me.

One business area data is not reflecting queries very urgent

Urgent Querry regarding SRM to R/3 PO Creation
Hi All,
I have one requirement where in PO is created in SRM (using Extended Classic Scenario) and the same PO is reflected in R/3 thru RFC.
My requirement is related to pricing i have maintained a condition record for a condition type for eg : ZBRK is the condition type. In R/3 for condition type ZBRK i have maintained condition record. I need to populate the condition record when PO from SRM gets created in R/3.
Is it possible?

You can try to use BBPECS_PO_OUT_BADI to transfer this condition type to ECC.However, please check that the condition type from SRM do not apply again in ECC else your original price will be recalculated twice both in SRM and ECC..._
Using VMC cache when you modify the PO price schema.

How to call the RFC from R/3 to SRM, when we use webdynpro abap? (Urgent)

We use SRM Server 5.5 with classic scenario.
We want to call RFC in R/3 from webdynpro ABAP.
How can we do that?
We are developing the web report using webdynpro abap.
So we need some of R/3 data such like PR(EBAN)and PO(EKKO,EKPO).
When user choose the search parameter, report diplay the Shopping cart, PR and PO data on webdynpro. So we call the R/3 RFC to display the PR, PO data.
But I tired to call the RFC in R/3, We could not call it.
How to call the RFC from R/3 to SRM, when we use webdynpro abap?
