!!URGENT!! Type Pool DMUT not available in 45B

Dears,
Please can you suggest a solution for this. The type- pool/group DMUT does not exist in SAP version 45B. I want to use a FM ( coded in v5.0) which uses this type-pool.
Is there any other type-pool/group which could be used as an alternative in older versions of SAP.

If this is a standard function module, this may not exist in earleir version. Are you plannign to copy this from 5.0?
In this case create the type pool along with the function module.

Hi Gurus,
Whenever I try to transport a process chain ZFI_0FIGL_C10 from dev. to qua. & prod. the error “Object 'DM' (APCO) of type 'Application' is not available in version 'A'” is displayed in the end of creating transport package.
The process chain was created to load data to 0figl_c10 and it works all right on all systems (dev. qua. prod.).
The process chain contains processes for:
- starting the process chain
- executing infopackage (for loading data to 0figl_o10),
- ACR (activate data in 0figl_o10)
- delete index 0figl_c10
- DTP loading data from 0figl_o14 to 0figl_c10
- executing infopackage 80FIGL_O10
- creating index in 0figl_c10
- building DB statistics
- rolling up aggregates in 0figl_c10
- deleting of requests from the changelog 0figl_o10
- deleting of requests from PSA (0fi_gl_10)
How to find what cause that error.

A SAP consultant told me to ignore that error.
Indeed, after creating transport with some new process chains (again I was informed about that error "APCO ...") and transporting it to production everything works all right.
The problem is described in sap note: 883745.

I having this situation, first let me tell you that we have transported the queries from dev to qa and then we had to open the qa system to modify our queries. There were a lot of modifications done to the queries in QA and so now I am trying to transport the queries back to Dev so that we can transport it again via normal route.
When I am trying to collect the query in QA I am getting a lot of errors something like this:

Can you please check the formula you mentioned in the Table RSZCALC Table, Provide ELTUID = "43TH...". check the Version whether it is 'A' or 'D'.
If it is not available in 'A' Version, then check the Formula creation.

hi,
This is not an error but while installing bunch of infoobjects, it will say which one of them it doesnot have in the system could be the problem in patches.Could be very old.
Hence better you create a infobject equivalent of the object you require and use it and goahead.

Unable to Transport Querys Object (ELEM) of type 'Query' is not available in version 'A'

Hi,
We need to transport some querys from production BW 7.3.1SP7 to synch with Dev. I know, I know but had no choice but to created querys in PBW due to no data in DEV...
In RSA1, we collect query and get errors for every object (ckf,rkf, vars etc) and when changing dsiplay from hiearchy to list, there are no objects included under the query element.
Opened the system in SCC4 for automatic recording of changes and changes to repository and cross clinet customization allowed and changed the client role to Test.
Tried opening and resaving the query in query designer.
Query is active in table RSRREPDIR
Checked SCN and OSS have yet to find a solution

This is an SAP BUG which is corrected by this note:

While executing certain queries for CRM Sales I am getting this error "The currency translation type 0MEANDAILY is not available in the system" I have looked and haven't found this info object in the Business content.
Any help?

If I do a transfer Global setting from RSA1 on my CRM system there are four to choose from
1> Currency
2> unit of measurement
3> Fiscal year variant
4> Factory calander
Which should be chosen..?? for the 0MEANDAILY . From Anurag's post it's evident that this is a part of the BC and being an info object it's not populated by transferring Global data. Please explain

Hello i'm getting the warning WARNING: Type 'SByte' is not available in the public API.
and various other warnings.The problem is that i don't see any code.
Any thoughts?BTW is onyx still under development?
ps:I know that nobody is going to reply so i wonder why i keep asking.

The vSphere client uses some hidden API's. If you perform an action in the vSphere client that uses a hidden API, Onyx will report the "WARNING: Type 'xxx' is not available in the public API." message. This unfortunately limits what you can do with PowerCLI. Some know hidden API's are for tags, cluster EVC mode and for Storage Profiles.
I don't know if Onyx is still under development. Maybe some from VMware can answer this question?

Currency translation type 0CMCALDAY is not available in the system

When I run the query, I am getting following error message
"Abort the currency translation type 0CMCALDAY is not available in the system"
I couldn't find 0cmcalday object in BC too. How can I install in this obj in BW??

Condition type VPRS is not available in ke24

My clients wants to analyze cogs in transaction code ke24. I can see a overview of stratification costs, however the cogs value is not available. I made the assignment between condition type(VPRS) and value field in KE4I. but it didn't work. May you help me??

Please check KE4W if the value field is reset here. Also please check note 20254 which explains which value should be transfered to CO-PA from SD.

Urgent Requirement : Backend is not available - can a model be created ?

Presently i am working in VC for BI 7.0. MY requirement is to create a model but the database model is under development and data is not available in backend this is the present situation but my client want's to have a demo of the UI.
1. will it be possible to model with out backend?
2. If possible how to store the dummy values in the model?

That's difficult.
The best is if you have access to the database or a copy of the database, even if there are no values available. Then at least you can create the dataservices and see the fields for your forms, tables etc.
If you try any other form, like creating a fake database, then you basically have to remodel the complete application lateron.
You can store dummy values always through formulas, or by using a different database (e.g. a copy) where you maintain dummy data.

Using 'Calendar' control type in prompt - not available

Hi All,
I am trying to setup a simple from and to date prompt that can be used in my reports to set the to and from date range for filtering the fact data that is returned. Following a number of blogs and articles on this it seems pretty straightforward. I have setup two static presentation variables on the rpd (startdate and enddate respectively) and I have started to create the prompt in answers that will be used by a number of different reports.
My issue is that, all the articles I have seen indicate the use of the 'Calendar' control type when setting up the prompt. I however only have the following control type options for the prompt *(Edit Box, Drop Down List, Multi-Select)*. I do not see Calendar. Does this need to be initialized in any way to make it available .. ie move the calendar.js file somewhere so I can use the calendar control?

Figured it out. The fields I was using in the prompts were character fields representing dates 'YYYY-MM-DD'. In order for the Calendar control option to become visible the fields selected as part of the prompts need to be of date or timestamp data type.

Module Pool TCode not available in production

Hi Friends,
I have developed a module pool program and assigned a transport request number and transported to production.
The transport request has been successfully moved to production server. But in production system, Iam unable to run the transaction code.
In production, when i open the modulepool program , under " display object llist ", it is not displaying the transaction code.
What could be the problem.
Is there any separate transport request number for custom transaction along with module pool program? if so, How to identify.
Please suggest me.

Hi Murali,
Have you tried to execute the transaction from application toolbar.
If it gives a message like...."Transaction does not exist" then you need to check the same on development server that whether you have transported the right one or not..You might have saved on any other request.
If still facing same isue then let me know what exactly the message you are getting.

RDP per pool information not available

i setup VDI using mysql bundled cluster. and i can access Administration GUI both VDI and sunray. but in VDI under pools category there is a settings tab but there is no information about RDP per Pool settings.

I need to import Master data in SAP Sourcing but when i am uploading master data i am getting this errror
Business system ECQCLNT340 does not match with local SAP Sourcing System ID SOURCING.
i have followed the steps in config guide of SAP ERP with SAP Sourcing.
when i am creating business system in SAP Sourcing system type ERP is not available.
i have also attached the error file, please check

Now , I am getting error while uploading clause document, my functional team member are not able to upload clause document. kindly suggest.

then Goto -> Contract Management -> Clause Library -> Clause list -> Click on New button -> Click on Add button -> Browse Document
