We doing use Tcode MIGO_GR for purpose receipt Rawmaterial in to warehouse but we have got problem follow:

Hi..
The problem might caused by a missing customizing setting.
a) Please go to the IMG for Warehouse Management > Master Data
> Define control parameters for warehouse number.
b) If for your warehouse number the unit of weight is blank, then this is
the caused of the update termination.
c) Please maintain the customizing.

I am getting follwing error when trying to issue print output using VL02N tcode:
Error: Update was terminated.
When seen in SM13 i saw following info for function module RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE,which was showing error:
Error Info: MC 601: Object requested is currently locked by user RAMU.
When seen in SM12,i don't find any lock by above user RAMU(which is my user id itself).
I request please give me some inputs on how to avoid this error.

Hi Nam,
This probelm is becuase you are trying to enter a record for which primary key already exists in the table.
The insertion you are doing with a set of values which already exist and sap is getting this error that the "Duplicate record during insertion". try to check your insertion values and through se16 check if they already exist in the table mkpf.
To rectify the data or else change the table and add one more unique to the primary key.

SAP Script - get a message "update was terminated for author......."

Hi,
I am try to print a purchase order(me22n) into form(script form), Gettin the following fatal error - No SAPscript message exists. and one message in pop-up window is coming up like : "Update was terminated for user...."
TD 000: No SAPscript message exists
Any one came across this error.
Pls treat it as urgent. i will reward for every helpful responses.

'update was terminated' while creating billing document VF01

Hi all,
i need a solution urgently ..except for paticular document no all documents that i post using VF01 create successfully document no.
but for a paticular document no(may be it is of some type that i am unable to) while creaing billing document no it gives a message 'document created successfully' ,but when i try to click any button after that e.g BACK it shows a messge 'Update was terminated for author ....' in my inbox. and vf03 shows the documentdoesn't exist.
in st22 i checked one dump . when i gave a break point at that point the cursor never reached the code.
I also checked SM13 and it showed all fms as init. and one fm 'RV_MESSAGE_UPDATE ' as error . i aws unable find the fm in the main program .
one more thing when i create bill document for other document type it shows messge 'Document saved ....(no accounting document created)' but for this one i am getting messge 'document saved.......' .
I asked one collegue he told me might be some OSS notes required for it . i am working on a unicoded system ECC 6.0 version.but he is not sure .
Has any body faced the same problem..and what was the soln....if oss notes are required than how could i find it..and what was the no...........

i am new to sap .can u tell me in detail where actually i can check for number range of the document . one more when i checked the sm13 and started debugging it gave me for a certain character set (may be in chineses) present in the table ,the transfer command gives a dump. now the problem is it is too long 132 and don't no forwhich character it gives an dump.how can i check the characters maintained in the system. it gives a dump CX_SY_CONVERSION_CODEPAGE ,At the conversion of a text from codepage '4102' to codepage '4110':
i am not sure this causes the mesages 'Updation was terminated' . what u people think.

Earmarked funds - Express document "Update was terminated" error

Hi,
When i create a contract(RECN), a earmarked funds document getting created and it updates the table KBLK with single primary key BELNR.
I see in the Tcode OK60, the number range assinged is '05' - 0200000000 to 0299999999.
KBLK table has entries created from 0200000000 to 0299994311 which were created earlier.
From this financial year, when i am creating a contract, the new BELNR is started again from 0200000000 series, hence it throws an error message "Express document "Update was terminated" since entries are already exist in the KBLK table.
Finally i understand we have to change number range assignment.
Where can i do this? Please help if my understanding is wrong, how can i rectify this issue.

Hi,
U can change the number range for the contract for this fical year and make it start from 0299994312 to 0299999999.
But it seems u have already used most of the numbers, so go for a new number range for both the documents.

FMBBC Express document " Update was terminated error"

Hi ,
while saving data FMBBC i am getting saved message , after that if i come out of the Tcode i am getting message as
Express document " update was terminated".I was debugging the standard code found that the error comes from SXOP table entry, This table is get filled from FM SO_EXPRESS_FLAG_SET. But this FM is called from background I think. There is no job also created.After displaying the message automatically the SXOP table entry is get deleted. I want to debug this FM or wht is the reason for displaying message.

Following steps may help you.
1. GO to SM13 transaction.
2. Check your update request.
3. You can see exact point in the standard program where you are getting this message

Hi All,
When i creating an invoice through Tcode : miro, document number is generated.after that i go back error is coming,
" Express document "Update was terminated" received from author "xxxxx".
how to rectify this problem.

Hi,
Check your authorization to post invoice document WRT PO for your company code. Take help from Basis Consultant.
Also check the number range setting for invoice document in OMBA or OBA7 for"RE" document type.In RE document type check Number range number & Accounting types allowed ( Vendor, G/L account.Asset & Material etc..)

Error :Display document : Update was terminated.While displaying the PO

Hi All,
I am creating a PO with respect to contract in SAP 4.6C system using ME21.PO is getting created successfully.But when I want to display the same in ME23 it giving me a message 'Display document : Update was terminated'.( an express message is getting generated to view in SBWP transaction code ).
I went through some of SDN forums and checked the tcode SM13 to resolve the issue .I found that there is no ABAP dump got generated for the same .
Please help me to resolve the issue ..

I did that, systesm is showing below error :
1 ME_CREATE_DOCUMENT V1 NORMAL Err
when click on that ,I got one more window with an option to check ABAP dump,But there is no ABAP dump exists for the same.
I cheked in ST22 also there is no DUMP available for the above issue.
Please let me know how to crack this issue.

When I click on save in VF02 transaction I am getting message that ' Express Document 'Update was Terminated' received from author 'XYZ'.
After saving when I am seeing in header -output the output type not appearing.
Please Help me Its an urgent requirement.

there is two reasons
1) Number range is not specied limit define billing document number range.
path- img sd- billing -define number range and see diffenettly i hope your problam willbe solved.
2) t.code NACE whether you have maintained the condition record or not check other wise please maintain it.

In VA01 tcode, we created a sales order and it generated sales document number. When we go to VA02, it was throwing an error 'Express document "update was terminated" from the author'.
How can we rectify this error??

Sales orders are not like material documents or accounting documents that they are dependent on the year. The numbers can repeat for material documents or accounting documents if they are in two different years. But that is not the case for sales orders. They are not dependent on the year they are created. The number simply cannot be a duplicate

Update was terminated on WSM8 " POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT"

our system is ecc6 with IS -retail activated. support Stack level is 12 and database is oracle , os is windows.
We are getting express document error " Update was terminated " when executing WSM8 . on ST22, we are getting following error
POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT . We applied note 1053491
which is similar to the issue but it does not solve.

How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

Express document "Update was terminated" on saving vendor payment F-48

TCODE F-48.
When we are going to pay full payment to party it works fine
Problem:
When we do partiall payment for example
100 kg material Price $100
first time: we purchase 50kg of $50 and create GRN
After this when we decide to pay the remaing payment of the material then system give the error .
Express document "Update was terminated" . This error appears when we select all the Taxes line simultaneously.
System not show this error when select one tax line and post the document but this is not acceptable because multiple invoice will create for lone documnet.

Hi Sudhir,
There are various notes related to this problem in service market place like 664829, 431282, 777409. Find out your SAP release and search for the right note.
This error usually occurs when duplicate entries are entered in the database.

SM13 - Update was terminated - ISU_S_LOYALACC_CHANGE

Hi,
There is custom report for loyalty points calculations. it calculates and saves record in ELACCZ table. When we run report for large numbers of CA, it gives SAPoffice express info - Express document "Update was terminated received" from ..
This error can be seen in SM13 transaction, this tcode shows the data when update was executed and also brings us to the point where it failed in debug mode.
I analysed that error is generated in FM ISU_S_LOYALACC_CHANGE which internally calls ISU_LACC_WRITE_DOCUMENT.
From data its found that the exporting parameter X_OBJ-LACC-IELACCZ[] of ISU_S_LOYALACC_CHANGE contains duplicate record which fails the validation in ISU_LACC_WRITE_DOCUMENT. It should not contain the duplicate record.
It is sure that while the passing the X_OBJ, X_OBJ-LACC-IELACCZ is having unique entries only. but seems like ISU_S_LOYALACC_CHANGE adds one existing entry again in X_OBJ-LACC-IELACCZ[].
This is the issue happnes in 2-3 in range of thousands of CA. There is no particular SAP note for this.

Just a suggestion...if I understand the issue correctly..
You should check the setting within the customizing table ELACCTAB....
If you have selected field Contract: seperation is choosen via contract, for each contract a new tab strip is displayed...
If you set this to division and only one tab strip should appear and ALL the contracts should be displayed....
