Urgent ,Where the Smart Form once the change the language conversion??

Hi Experts,
I had done the language conversion (smatform thru SE63)from English to French. Once I had done the target smartform. I am trying to save and activate the same, its not asking any request number, Its just simly saved. How can we track this and How could we know it transports the successfull

Go to SE03 and choose Object Directories entries.There use the form and click f8.You will find the transport and can change the package accordinglu.

When you activate a smartform a function module is generated, so smartform is nothing but a function module.Once your smartform is activated, run it check the function module name.When you activate a smartform it generates a function module in a function group the name of both will be same.
Go to SE80 select function group and give the name of function module since both are same.You will be able to view your smartform.

u r right. there is no error in sending the mail and the file but the problem is that file created and converted to pdf is not done properly.jst verify whether the file is created properly or not .thats the only problem that can occurs else ur program is absolutely right.

jpg does not support Layers.
Just to make sure, what exactly do you mean by "stacking photos" and what do you want to achieve thereby?

How to get the PO no in the smart form and in the print program from ME23N

I am new to smart form printing.I want to make a smartform along with print program that will show PO Details.It has to be created as an o/p type in ME23N. I have created an o/p type ZPO using NACE ..Can some one tell me how to get the PO number in the smart form and in the print program from ME23N ,so that I can then program the necessary calculations?plz help me with the code.Thanks in advance.

I am doing development in sharepoint 2010 and facing this very weird problem.
If I create a site page with the sharepoint look and feel for that site and try to save the site page,i am getting this error:**"Content in the embedded form may be changed by the the server to remove unsafe content.Do you want to reload your page to see
the results of the save? "** and when i say reload,the server removes some parts of my page, e.g onclick event of html,asp buttons.
This error just comes for any sharepoint site page,e.g i took a copy of 'How To Read Library' page just edited the text part of taht page,and when i try to save this error again comes up.
However,if i create a simple aspx page with only htmltags like head body,then thr is no problem ,everything works great. But sharepoint look and feel pages are giving troubles while saving.
has anybody seen this earlier,what could be the reason for this?

When I checked for how signatures in Yosemite work, I found this.
Mail (Yosemite): Include signatures in messages
Delete a signature from a message: Select the signature, then press the Delete key.
Replace a signature in a message: Delete the existing signature, then add a different signature.
That sounds similar to what you are describing.

Smart forms- how to get the copies of form in other pages as duplicate

i am facing problem in smartforms.
one copy is ready for me.
i have to take that one in 4 pages as 1st page original,
2nd duplicate, 3rd triplicate, 4th quadriplicate.............
how to get them....
all theremaining data is same ....

U can achieve this with the help of NAST table,
in that table field ANZAL is the field for number of copies of the output.
Suppose u have a smartform which will print 3 pages for a Purchase Order,
and u want 4 copies of the same. (totally 3*4 = 12 pages)
U need to handle this in the smart form ifself with the help of ANZAL field, it holds number of copies to be printed on the output device.

Enter smartform name in input field(SFORM): Z_your_smartform_name
Execute
you can find program name under the column PGNAM/Program name.

Driver program for the Smart form

Hi all.
I have an issue in smart forms.
we are implementing RE(Real Estate) module with the version ECC 6.0.
In the RE ,for printing the forms.I know the name of the SMART form only.
how can i know the corresponding Driver program.

Hi,
You can get your driver program name from tnapr table but some are also configured from others way also.
Try this will work in any case.
Open your Smartform then execute.
Then function module name is displayed
Open function module and put a break point on first executable statement.
May be break point on statement like
CLEAR DOCUMENT_OUTPUT_INFO.
After giving breakpoint trigger your Smartform for printing in fresh session then it will stop in debug mode then in call tab you can see your driver program name.

Hitting F11 in the form does not change the colour to blue

Hi All,
Hitting F11 in the form does not change the colour of the queryable fields to blue. Those fields remain white in color. The query functionality is working properly. The problem is only with the color not changing to blue. Is there any form property that needs to be checked? Other forms in this instance are working as expected.

F11 is not generally thought of as the key to make fields blue, is it? Are you using E-Business Suite? If so you should probably ask this question in the apps Forum: General EBS Discussion

Smart forms - Dynamic sizing of the windows.

Hi gurus, iam working on smartforms, i have a problem.
My requirement is: Printing a table data on the smart form. Is the window which prints this table data is resized with the amount of table data, if so, what is the procedure i should follow for to print this data in the window.
Please give me the steps to go with the above issue. iam new to smartforms. what is the size of the window i should give in the Form painter and what all the attributes i should declare.
Plz give a detailed explanation..

How to debug the smart forms

Hi,
The the best way to debug the form is to put a breakpoint in the function module generated by the smartform.
Procedure:
Open the smartform we want to debug.
Goto Environment -> Function module name.
Open the function module in SE37. From the menu GOTO -> main program. Open the last include.
This incude contains the entire code ie the code we have written in initalization + form routines + program lines + sap generated code.
Even we can search for the text nodes, folders, templates, tables, graphics, address nodes etc with their names.
Put a breakpoint at any point you want.
If we issue any doc which triggers this form, when the control reaches the break point it will stop.
Please note that hard-coding the break points in the code ( Program lines ) is not recommended and it can´t be done unless if it is development server.
So, always put a session break point in the related function module.
We can use SFTRACE transaction to know the sequence of the control flow.
If you want to break at each and every text that is printed on the output form put the break points in the forms.
1. %write_text to break at text element.
2. %WRITE_TEXT_MODULE to break at text module.
3. %WRITE_INCLUDE_TEXT to break at include text.
Please put a break point at the first sy-subrc check.
If the control reaches this point, you can find the name of the element in the varible NAME and the content in the text node in %TEXT.
Its easy to understand the sequence of the printing if we put a breakpoint as stated above.
