This causes the Mac to boot from the DVD drive. Hold the C key down between the startup tone and the logo.
(the shift key is not required).
Another way to do it is to hold down the Option key during boot and the bootmanager will show you all the possible boot devices and you can pick from there. -

I am facing issue with Windows security patch (MS12-020). I installed the security patch 2621440. But still I am facing the issue that patch is not installed.
I am accessing a VPN site for one of my client GM. There is a URL which we use to connect to VPN and login and get access. I am currently on Windows 7.
The site is opening but after I am logging in, I am getting the error:

Firstly please check if you have installed this update successfully:
Open Windows Update, click View update history, click Installed Updates，check if there is this update.
In addition, based on Microsoft Security Bulletin MS12-020, this security update resolves two privately reported vulnerabilities:
KB2621440 and KB2667402.

If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless. -

The photo's in your camera roll would be in a backup, if you have one (iCloud or iTunes). If you did not keep a backup somewhere, they are gone. Sorry, but that is the way of any data - if you don't have a backup of it somewhere, there is nothing to restore it from.
All other photo's should be on your computer somewhere anyway - whereever you had them to sync to the device originally. -

Actually, I want to upgrade my WhattsApp application and as soon as I click the upgrade button in App Store, it asks for the password of previous apple i.d., which I don't have as I have bought this phone from somebody. There is no option for log out or log in. It there any other way out to upgrade the WhatsApp ????

Check your mail server setup (mail>preferences>accounts>) choose your MobileMe account and select Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) dropdown box, select Edit SMTP server list, verify that each instance of the me server has a password, if there are more than one and you only have one account then delete the one without a password. -

SelvamIs your form running inside the browser window (with SeparateFrame=False)? If the browser is maximized, and your form is maximized, yet you cannot see the entire screen, you can run with SeparateFrame=True. You can do that on the browser line.
