URL component is not working - redirecting to wrong page %25??

Hi,
I have just downloaded the trial xcelsius engage server 2008 to trial. I have created a number of swf dashboards and have deployed them to our web server.
I have created a "menu" page in xcelsius which are a number of URL components which link to the swf dashboards. When I click on the URL button it does not direct me to the deployed swf dashboards.
Unfortunately, when looking at the URL it seems that it creates a "%25" for an unknkown reason. It should only be
Latest%20Wrap, not Latest%2520Wrap.
Can someone please help in this issue?

SharedServices and Workspace URL's are not working in EPM System 11.1.2.2
I have installed EPM system V11.1.2.2 in single server environment (MS 2008 Server R2) with following components:
* Foundation Services
* HFM
* FDM
Have used embedded Weblogic server as application web server and Oracle HTTP server as web server. The installation was successful.
While configuration,
1) I selected the option to deploy web applications SharedServices and Workspace to a single managed server. The applications got successfully deployed to EPMServer0.
2) Also, I selected to configure Oracle HTTP server as web server.
Both these steps were successful.
But SharedServices and Workspace URL's are not working. Getting 404 error.
SharedServices : http://inmum01hyp05.internal.vodafone.com:19000/interop/index.jsp
Workspace : http://inmum01hyp05.internal.vodafone.com:19000/workspace/
When I checked Weblogic admin console, EPMServer0 is in SHUTDOWN state, tried to start it but it goes in ADMIN state instead of RUNNING.
Checked EPMServer0 log at "D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\EPMServer0\logs" and found the error given at the end of this message.
Can anyone please suggest a solution for this.

* Uninstalled EPM system V11.1.2.2 completely and after rebooting the server installed EPM system V11.1.2.2 again.
* During configuration, deployed SharedServices and Workspace to single managed server EPMServer0 on Weblogic server and configured to Oracle HTTP server as web server. Configuration seems successful.
* Started EPM system.
* checked Weblogic admin console - EPMServer0 goes into ADMIN state from STARTING.

Automatic Selected Item of List Builder Component Does not work (anymore)

Í'm working with Xcelsius Engage 2008 (version 5.3.2.0) and the automatic selection of an item at runtime of the list builder component does not work anymore. In a previous version it worked very well.
Here's the case: at runtime I want that the list builder component automatically puts the first item in the list to the destination section and selects it, so that a graph can show the underlying pushed data. In the previous version it worked o.k., but now at runtime the destination section remains empty at startup. If I interactively select an item from the source section to the destination section and update the list builder, the data is shown correctly, but it must done automatically, which worked o.k. in an earlier version of Xcelsius 2008...
This are my settings of the list builder component (which was running correctly earlier..):
-at the general tab I defined a range of labels
-at the general tab I defined 2 data column insertion series
-at the behaviour-common tab I defined selected items: position mode; items: the first item of the label list; insert items at runtime
-all of the data comes from an external xml data source
You can find an example of the visualisation at: http://onderzoek2.evinet.nl/projecten/10169/dynarap.htm. You will see that at start-up there is no item visible and selected in the destination section of the list builder....
I've tried every combinations of settings, build up the component from scratch, but its not working (anymore).

Print view button is a standard component of Xcelsius: look at it in the IDE
Exporting to Powerpoint is also a standard functionality, so yes. For this particular dashboard/report all data resides in an external xml-file which have to be accessible for Powerpoint
All visualisations, not only the table, in this/report fetch their data from an external xml-file, but a QaaWS-connection will also do the trick. You will have to write this dedicated service. In our case the xml-data is also generated automatically.
The external data is best defined as a sort of matrix, consisting of approx. 100 columns by 1000 rows. I agree it takes a lot of Xcelsius but it does the job....

I am also on my forth hard drive on the same model.
When I unpacked the computer, the hard drive did not include OS X either. Actually, it was completely blank. Did not even have a partition table! I have also had random problems with the machine not charging.
I have replaced the drive myself with an SSD after figuring the Apple Certified technicians were incompetent. Now even the SSD is starting to fail
I have bought an HP laptop and setup Ubuntu on it. Hope it turns out better than my previous four various Mac models. All have had various repeating hardware issues that Apple Certified technicians have been unable or unwilling to correct.

Smart file component(html5smartfile) not working

I have been working on developing a custom extjs console to enable author drop an asset usinghtml5smartfile component. But somehow, the html5smartfile component is not working the way it should. The Area where an author can drop an asset is not displaying. The same is working fine if i am creating a CQ5 dialog. But in my case where i have created a window it's not working.
i have declared my smartfile component like this :-

i have tried a lot, after working for 8-10 hours, i found out that the CQ5 dialog updates the view for the component but in case of my window, i have to update it myself. Thus, with a slight manipulation, i just succeeded in displaying the drag area by by tweaking the declaration like this:-

Because I have more than 1 application using upload, and everything is correct! But it doesn't work as it should!

The only thing we can conclude is that it could be a bug from oracle !!! (???) But I talked with other people and they say that it works fine for them.
There is one important thing: when we put a form to "Uses Upload = true" it seems that the page doesn't work very normal. For exemple: if you use a table in a form that uses upload the table get's "crazy".

I upgraded to version 9 from version 8. The following items do not work properly - menu, home page, navigation bar, wheel click. I backed up to version 8, and none of this stuff works right. How do I fix this?

When I open Firefox, the bookmark menu is a little tab in the upper left corner. If I go to view and un-click bookmark menu and then view, click it, the standard menu bar shows up. The Back and Forward buttons don't work. The navigation window does not show the URL of the current page. When opening, the home page does not come up. The wheel click works on the bookmark bar, but not within a page. The menu (file, edit, etc) does not work after the first page. Version 8 worked well. When I upgraded to version 9, all this trouble started. I backed up to version 8, but the problem persists.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

I updated to latest Safari version (7.0.4) but the problem persists.
I tried downloading a new version of Safari for Mac OS X Mavericks but couldn't find it available.

The pop ups are malware. It's not necessary to reinstall Safari.

Just so you are aware, on a Mac running Mavericks, the only way to reinstal Safari to to restore OS X using OS X Recovery

Front page opens works shortly freezes. only yellow green buttons work. I click yellow to minimize normal top bar menu appears I choose new page, opens works normally. The restart saved tabs does not work on that first page.

You can make it automatically redirect by doing this:
1. Go to: Tools > Options > Advanced > General
2. Untick the 'Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page' option
3. Click 'OK'

Download URL in dashboard not working

Hi,
I'm trying to host an external file in OBIEE 11g Analytics level. I've uploaded the files but I am having a problem in creating the Link in the dashboard. The download doesn't work.
Here's my URL:
http://server-name:9704/analytics/saw.dll?downloadFile&path=%2Fcatalog%2Fshared %2FFiles%2FArchive%2F23.txt
23.txt is the file.
I hope you can help me with this

just now i have tested "%2Fcatalog%2Fshared %2FFiles%2FArchive%2F23.txt" part is wrong kindly path structure...
try it u r url like this:
http://server-name:9704/analytics/saw.dll?downloadFile&path=%2Fshared%2FArchive%2F23.txt
mine is working file i just called like this...below url see
http://110.191.32.11:9704/analytics/saw.dll?downloadFile&path=%2FShared%2FDOC%2Fldap.txt
and for the excel file
http://110.191.32.11:9704/analytics/saw.dll?downloadFile&path=%2FShared%2FDOC%2Fstatic.xls
Note:
If any sapce b/w the folder path use %20 in tha url
if / in the path use %2F in that URL 100% it will work

Bookmark "star" in URL bar is not working

I'm clicking on the "star" to bookmark this page. It is not working and doesnt seem to be doing anything. The star shows it's animation on click, but does not allow me to save a bookmark.

Make sure that you do not double-click the highlighted star.
Just to be sure that you understand how it works:
* Clicking the star in the location bar will bookmark the page in the "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder and the star turns yellow (blue on Mac) to show that.
* If the URL in the location bar is bookmarked (star at the right end is yellow/blue) then click the highlighted star or use "Bookmark This Page" (Ctrl+D) to edit the properties of the bookmark (name, location) and move it to another folder or remove the bookmark.
* The "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder shows in the sidebar and the Library, but not in the Bookmarks menu drop down list.
* Bookmarks > "Bookmark This Page" (Ctrl+D) will bookmark the page in the Bookmarks Menu folder (you need to confirm that).
