Url could not be opened

Itunes message says"url could not be opened".
How do I fix or correct this?
Also, I can not download certain CD's because it says
it's communicating with gracenote...
Is there a way to correct this?
Please help!

If your using windows firewall, might want to check that itunes is aloud through it.
control panel> windows firewall.
then in settings or properties , there should be an exceptions tab and have a look for itunes in there (if its not there, click add a program and browse to itunes and add it in).
if you use another firewall program might want to try and find out how to check if a program is aloud through it.
