URL of Worklist throwing error not authorised to access Page.

Hi
I have created a approval workflow for changing Home and mailing address .On saving a worklist is generated in approver worklist but when I click on the URL it throws an error .:
You are not authorized to access this component. (40,20)
You have not been granted security authorization for the component you are attempting to access. You may have access to the designated component and page, but not in the specified action mode (such as Correction or Update/Display). Contact your system administrator.
While this page is getting open through Menu navigation and user can approve the request but it is not getting open through worklist.
What can be Problem ?User is having permission to open and update page.
Peoplesoft Version :9.1
Peopletool 8.51

Report throwing error

Hi BI Experts,
I have an issue in the report output. The query is giving the data but the report is not showing the same.
when nonexisting values are given, report is throwing ERROR instead of giving blank page. Client is expecting blank page or dummy page with tables or headings etc but not the error message.
Please suggest a solution for this.
Let me know if anybody needs any other information regarding this.

you need to use no data found logic in order to get blank or any message saying no data found for that selected value.

Unable to consume a simple SAPWebService error "not JSR 172 Compliant"

Hi,
Am trying to consume a simple webservice which was created by exposing a function module. The consumer of this WS is a J2ME application.
Usually we the framework(or IDE or other tools) will help us in creating the stubs(proxy classes) when provided the WS wsdl URL .I tried in C#.dotnet and i was able to create the stubs and consume it. Now when i try it J2ME ->NetBeans IDE-> STub generator->same wsdl url, i get an error "not JSR 172 compliant". FYI, JSR 172 is the spec for WS consumption by a Java 2 MicroEdition(J2ME) applications[http://jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=172].
My question: How can i make or what are the other settings that i have to do in SOAManager to make this JSR 172 compliant.
FYI, i just created a helloworld function module in ABAP and created a enter. service. In soamanager i have not done anyother setting other the default settings the comes.
Any inputs on this would be really helpful.

I haven't worked with this before but I did some quick reading and it looks like you have your work cut out for you, you can't just use the WSDL as is for J2ME...Refer to the "Stub Generation and Invocation" section of the document below:

Loading xml url throws error

Hello,
I'm trying to create iphone app.
When I try to load xml url from desktop emulator it works like a charm.
But when I debug on the iphone device it throws error.
Error #2032
I have setup a crossdomain.xml file but that doesn't fix the issue.
I have no idea what to do from now?
I'm using the latest flash builder 4.5.1 and air 2.7 sdk i think.

If you launch AIR application packaged as bundle from root directory and try to get url property of any file you get IllegalOperationError.
No matter what file url property you try to get.
It's a big problem when you distribute your application on CD disks or flash drive.

I checked all deployment descriptions and there are no references to t3://localhost:7001. Few months back, I had the complete clustering setup working on 2 machines and now when I deploy my application on same configuration, it fails with t3://localhost:7001 unreachable error. I created a new cluster configuration on one machine with 2 managed server and it deploys fine. Can not figure out what has changed ?

You didn't buy an 'unlocked' iPhone 3GS - you bought a 'hacked' one.
Updating to iOS 5 removed the hack and the unofficial unlock.
All you can do is try to find out which network the phone is locked to and ask them if they can unlock it properly.
Otherwise, sell it or throw it away and buy an officially unlocked phone from an official source.

Dear All,
When I log into a workspace I get the following :
The requested URL /pls/apex/f was not found on this server.
Note:
1. The workspace was working fine and while working only this issue started and the problem exists since.
2. I am able to log into Internal Workspace

Submit button not throwing error

I have a Search Region and a table to show the data based on Search criteria...After search I am modifying the some fields with invalid data in Result table
and I am clicking the Submit button, it is throwing error(I written Exception in EO level) , the same time if i click the submit button second time , it is not validating and throwing the error and record is saving to database with invalid data.
Could you please help me and let me know what I am missing here?

Application on Win7 64bit throws error -50103, but not on Win XP 32bit host

LabVIEW application newly installed on Win7 64bit host throws error -50103.
Same aplication deployed from same installation disk on Win XP 32bit host have been working for 2 years withourt problem.
I did have a problem with importing the MAX configuration from the Win XP 32bit machine to the Win 7 64bit machine.
My solution was to install all the drivers from my most recent Devaloper Suite 2012 DVD.
After that the executable did run fine, except when the variuos DAq tasks are executed for the second time in a loop it thows error -50103.
If i click ok on the erro popup, everything else works fine until in the next pass of the loop I get the same error.
Why would I get error on one host but not on the other one?
How do I fix this?

Third-party system modifications are a common cause of usability problems. By a “system modification,” I mean software that affects the operation of other software — potentially for the worse. The following procedure will help identify which such modifications you've installed. Don’t be alarmed by the complexity of these instructions — they’re easy to carry out and won’t change anything on your Mac.
These steps are to be taken while booted in “normal” mode, not in safe mode. If you’re now running in safe mode, reboot as usual before continuing.
Below are instructions to enter some UNIX shell commands. The commands are harmless, but they must be entered exactly as given in order to work. If you have doubts about the safety of the procedure suggested here, search this site for other discussions in which it’s been followed without any report of ill effects.
Some of the commands will line-wrap or scroll in your browser, but each one is really just a single line, all of which must be selected. You can accomplish this easily by triple-clicking anywhere in the line. The whole line will highlight, and you can then copy it. The headings “Step 1” and so on are not part of the commands.
Note: If you have more than one user account, Step 2 must be taken as an administrator. Ordinarily that would be the user created automatically when you booted the system for the first time. Throwing error ORA- 01031 while connecting as sys, but not with system

we are having oracle 10g on one of the server. When I try to connect sqlplus "/as sysdba"..its throwing error
ORA- 01031: Insufficient privelege.
But when I tried login with sqlplus system@dbname its getting connected properly. whats the reason behind this? It was
working fine till yesterday.

Your equation of SYS as SYSDBA and the SYSTEM account is also incorrect, as SYSTEM doesn't have SYSDBA privileges.
The ORA-1031 simply means someone somehow disabled OS authentication.
Now it is up to you to find out why.
Either by using online resources, or by reading documentation, and researching your own database.
Not by asking a FAQ and never marking any answer as correct.

MDIS Unmapped Values ADD is not Working Throws errors

Hi Experts,
I have a Qualified table where the Non qualifier is a Lietaral Date field.
Qualified Update -> Update
New links -> Create
Existing Links -> All mapped Fields
MDIS unmapped values -> ADD
All is working well,When the Incoming file has exactly the same NOn qualifier as in Data manager, But when the incoming file has some New non-qualifers then it fails with a value Exception...

Why is this behaviour..

Hi,
In the Import map as the Non qualifier is the literal date field and in DM i can see they are stored in MM/DD/YYYY format.
The incoming value from the File is also the same format but the Config parameters date format in Import map is different, is this the problem for not adding New dates even though the MDIS unmapped fields are set to ADD..
Also, are Config parameters Specific to Map or Repository Or server!!
i.e if i change a config parameter and save the map.
will the config parameters in all import maps be changed automatically??
