US BANK RE-CON?

Has anyone had succes recently with overturning a denial for a US Bank business card? I waited five plus months from my last CC app. and froze ARS before applying for the Business Edge card, and was immediately declined for "high balances." I do have about 30% util showing as I run most of my business expenses through my personal cards and take advantage of the the grace periods before paying them off, which is why I want the businees card in the first place. When I called the analyst line the CSR said he would put it in for manual review, which could take five days. Should I follow up or just wait for the denial/acceptance letter?(I Have a thick file and Myfico scores in the high 700's across the board)

Why Didn't rakesh can access the bank [Public Synonym] It can be accessed by any schema?

Synonyms (public or private) are just aliases for an object. They do not imply permission to use that object for a particular user.
In your case, any user (except amctestlhr) can do select * from bank and get data from segerp.bank provided they are allowed to select from that table. Without the public synonym, all user who had select privilege would need to either create their own private synonym, or do select * from segerp.bank.

Fund transfer module for online banking in jsp

i am working on safe and secured internet banking project . currently working on fund transfer module. any particular user can transfer money from his/her account to any account.my first jsp file for this is:- fundtrans.jsp

my prob is i m not able to print updated saving table i found 1 blank page or sometimes i find "sever is not capable for fulfilling the request". i m able to understand that whether my sql query is wrong or i m getting value from combobox via request.getParameter. please help me as soon as possible.

FEBA :Banking: Red Cross on bank statement upload

Hello Gurus,
I am facing a strange behaviour in electronic bank statement uploads.
The file is uploaded in the system and its shown as Red cross. There are no transactions in the bank statement and the opening and closing balances are same.
There is no activity in the bank account and still on loading the satement it shows a Red Cross for file loaded on June 20th.
The file coming on June23rd is loaded successfully and has a green checkbox where again there were no transactions and opening and closing balances are tallied.
I dont see any value or sign difference. I checked other threads but couldnt get solution and had to open a new discussion
Any thoughts on how we can change the red cross to Green Tick. SAP instance is on ECC 6.0.
Any utility to be developed?

Hello Rutvij,
FEBAN - give Co.code, house bank, account id, statement date and statement nubmer.
If it is outgoing payment then go to statement items i con in top side of that screen. Then click post option.
In the next screen click on payment order because if you want to clear invoices based on payment orders or click either reference or document number in additional selections tab. And then give your co.code and account type. If required, put additional selection like amount, reference, etc in additonal selections tab.
Press enter and then select open items to be cleared and then save.
Now SAP will display all open invoices against the customers. Activate the invoices that must be cleared. Simulate document. Now enter the payment amount and press enter.
Enter once again in the next screen then press save. Now you will get a message saying that document got posted with no.xxxx in co.code
I hope it will resolve your issue else revert us with your query.

A few days into having the Z10- MY pros/cons/thoughts/concerns/praises/etc....

*Let me preface this by saying I just want to lay it all out on the table- you may take it with a grain of salt, or feel free to comment!*
I have been a very loyal blackberry customer since 2007- I've had their curves, bolds, and torches, and I currently own the Torch 9810. Blackberry has been a fantastic company, and I've always loved owning a blackberry. I was EXTREMELY excited when I found out that they were releasing a new operating system as well as two phones, so, on the 22nd, when AT&T released the Z10, I went and bought it outright so that I could play around with the OS. Man on man, can I say how brilliant Blackberry has done with their new line of phones. The Z10 is sleek, sexy, quick, and unlike anything out there. I played around with it for quite some time, and the following are things that I've thought about it:
Good things/good features/wow effect:
- huge, bright, and wonderful screen
- quick interface and smooth OS
- loved being able to access the camera without having to go into the phone
- THE CAMERA!! WOW As all BB users can tell you, it is 100fold better; it's quick, it takes crisp and clear pictures, and comes with image enhancements, it's easy to use, and there are so many options within the camera application.
- I was able to transfer my texts, calender, contacts, and memos from OS7 to OS10
- I love being able to see my calender events on the 'lock screen'
- the HUB is quite a cool feature that consolidates many things
- call quality is great!
- the virtual keyboard is the best out there
- the 'sleep mode' screen is really awesome- the one that shows the clock, and alarm settings
- cool little features like when you want to power off the phone, and it prompts you to hold down the power button for 3 seconds
- NOT HAVING TO DO A BAT PULL EVERY TIME YOU DOWNLOADED A NEW APP!
- being able to folder up items on the home screen
- media sharing!!! connecting to a TV or PC or other DLNA supported devices
*this list isn't a fully extensive list, but these are the things I could think of right away*
Concerns/not so good things/problems/things I actually miss from OS7:
- Physical keyboard (YES, I know- the Q10 will be coming out soon... anyone know an official AT&T date???)
- back button and trackball/pad (that was blackberry classic!!)
- being able to determine how long the vibrate for text/bbm/emails/phone calls/etc
- APPS, APPS, APPS.... I just don't understand why so many apps from OS7 aren't there!! (BBuzz, Skype, Point, Shazam, Google Maps [not the blackberry version, but the regular google maps], and BBVA Compass Bank mobile banking were the ones that I HAD, but no longer would have on the Z10) <-- when developers ask what apps people want, well... simple.. GO LOOK AT WHAT iPhone IS DOING!
- facebook SUCKS on the new OS, and, well, it sucked on OS7 too, which is why I only used the 'mobile site'... now the BB10 mobile site sucks!! :/// I've only been able to check facebook from my computer except when I get updates!
- ACTIVE FRAMES!! WTF is that??? I had to purchase an LED/vibrate notifications app, but it only works if it's running in the active frames........ hate that... with a passion
- phone contacts and facebook contacts are merged and i hate that too!!! Ive tried all different ways to no avail to get that option off
- text messages, BBM, contacts, and 'reminders' lag
- the HUB and having everything consolidated... not a fan of that at all. I want email with email, texts with texts, and facebook with facebook. Maybe I'm paranoid, but consolidation scares me
- battery life is NOT very good, even though they tout the battery being the biggest yet
- I miss the way photos were categorized with BB7, and the whole media application was better on 7
- what happened to voice notes and voice notes recorder??
- I wish the 'memo pad' was back instead of it being called 'reminders' on BB10
- I feel like BB7 was just easier to use then BB10
- gestures, albeit being an awesome feature, is really hard to get used to. I want the back button and trackpad back!! made life SO much easier
*this too isn't a fully extensive list, BUT, because of most of these things, I am returning the Z10 tomorrow.*
I wish Blackberry would contact me and talk with me about the good/bad/neg/pos things about the new Z10!! There are some amazing updates and features, but I feel BB may have overreached a bit on a few things.
Phew! I just needed to vent and get all of that out there.
Let me end by saying that Blackberry has surly come around and made a dramatic turn around in the way they build phones. The phone itself is amazing, and there are great things about it. Unfortunately, MY cons have outweighed the pros right now- I just hope things get even better. BLACKBERRY- CONTACT ME AND TALK WITH ME....

Safari Won't Open My Bank Sign in

Hi!
Safari [Version 6.0.3 (7536.28.10) running on Mac OSX Version 10.7.5 on my mid-2011 iMac] about a week ago began NOT to open my bank sign-in page at Ingdirect.it, which is in Italy. The website either reports that the page is temporarily inaccessible and to try again later (*see below) or shows nothing but a big orange empty screen, while the URL bar reads "https://secure.ingdirect.it/SessionExpired.aspx," which seems illogical since the site had not been opened to have had expired. I phoned Ing Direct to ask why the site was offline and discovered it is online for everyone else; so the problem seems to be with my computer not the site.
The site had been green-lighted, with the Trusted thingy ahead of the url. The URL should read "https://secure.ingdirect.it/Login.aspx"
In the meantime, I have resorted to downloading Opera and using that browser to access my bank website. However, I'd like my iMac and Apple software to run like a top; so I'd like to fix this.
In Safari, I have:
√ Emptied Cache on the Develop menu: but when doing so, I see no sign that anything has happened, no dialog window, message, etc.
√ Reset Safari: Many times now. I preserved only my "saved names and passwords" and clear out all other options.
√ Removed Website Data on Safari Preferences's Security menu...many times, to no avail.

Which basically means it CAN be used with MY system. Moreover, I had been using it for about a year, so it was working well up to a week ago.

Bank Account Project

Help!!! There are alot of things that we need to do in order to finish our project for tomorrow. We didn't start last minute so dont criticize us. We are not java programmers and we try to comprehend as much as we can but we are stuck. If anyone can help us on our project, it would be greatly appreciated.

APP and Bank interface with IDOC

Dear Friends,
We are in process of interface between APP with Bank for processing the Bank payments.
Need a clarification that is it ok if I can use the IDOC instead of using DME standard program to move file to Bank server and also want to know that is it ok for processing the IDOCs for APP documents.
Kindly provide the broader view of pros and cons for above query.

IDOC is also a standard way and recommended approach. You can generate it via RFFOEDI1.
Just check that your bank is able to process the IDOC file in standard format (like PEXR2002 format)

Bank Details Error in ESS

Dear Friends
I'm getting a error when I'm trying to edit the bank details data in ESS as "Data record 2333333600090 9999123120140101000 has grouping value "" instead of "40".
I've even run the report RPUFIXDS for the same ESS user & I'm getting the following error
while checking the report HRALXSYNC I can notice the following where Technical Personal number is causing the error.

I've deactivated the Integration switch CCURE/PC_UI & run the report RPUFIXDS with proper executions to avoid the inconsistencies & it's working fine now. I want to know one thing, I've also deactivated the switch CCURE/PAUIX (Pers assign) can u let me know what impact does it's gonna have. as I can only notice that the field is getting displayed in PA30 if activated. kindly let me know the pros & cons with impact on business if having multiple countries employee's in one system.

Bank reconciliation scenario..help needed

I am working on a new project and the business has some specific requirements.
I will try to explain briefly.
There are 2/3 different billing systems as front end..and from there an excel sheet is uploaded in their legacy accounting system.
where usually the entry is
Diff bank accounts (around 60 of them for each medical centre) DR
Single cash/bank clearing account CR (Total Amt)
and when the bank statement arrives, they manually reconcile the items and then balance from each centre bank account is transferred to their main bank account.
I was thinking, insted of creating 60 different bank GL accounts, If I create only one house bank, and 60 different bank account id's will it work? and plus shall I assign single GL account to these 60 account ids or assign them to 60 different GL accounts?
What are the pro's and con's of both ?
For reporting purpose, they need to know exactly how much funds were received by an individual centre/Bank id..so I guess I will need to create 60 different GL's but on the other hand, the file which they will upload for the bank receipt, will have a profit centre for a particular medical centre..so even if I use only 1 GL account for all the account ids, I should be able to bifurcate receipts of different centres on the basis on profit centre..
I will really appreciate any advice, suggestions, comments..

Hi,
Let me give a suggestion.
1.The Client have 60 Bank a/cs in different locations. In SAP you have to create 60 house banks with 60 account IDs.
In case they are having more than one account in same branch for receiving the payment, you can create account ids under the same house bank.
2. These house banks and account ids are interlinked and you have to give 60 GL accounts numbers for these
account ids. This account is the main Bank Account. In GL master, you have to assign the House Bank and account id.
3. You have to create 60 sub gl accounts for incoming payments. You take out a list of the GL account No. in
the excel sheet and furnish to the client so that they can use those GL account number of the sub ledgers for
uploading the incoming payments. This list should also contain the relative Profit Centers for each medical center.
The entry passed in SAP system will be debiting these subledger bank accounts and crediting the customer account with
the relative profit centers.
4. Make configuration for manual BRS giving posting rules.
5. While month end processing FF67 upload the bank statement entries.
6. On posting the system will automatically match the uploaded entries with the entry in subledger incoming payment account
and reverse the posting for those amounts to main bank account.
7. You can check the balance of the 60 main bank gl account will match with the closing balance of 60 bank accounts.

Verizon just drained my bank account! Horrible customer service/ vague responses:(

Due to many circumstances, one of them; having a baby, led me to allow my account to go neglected for a bit too long. I was eventually disconnected. Not good, but no biggie, or so I thought. After at least an hour of back and forth between customer service people who had no idea who I needed to speak to, I was told I could make a payment right then and there and then they would allow me three weeks to pay the balance of $385. That's a lot of money, especially when I'm not working, but it had to be done (plus it saved me an extra $250 early cancellation of contract fee). I called today to make the payment and *again* was bounced from person to person. When finally speaking to someone who kind of knew what they were doing, I paid my balance. Instead of "that being that" like I was told, I was then sent to another person who was going to "give me some important information". That important information was I was going to be charged the $250 early cancellation fee, I was going to be charged $150 as a deposit, and then $50 to have my phones turned back on. WTH??! They took the $50 for the reconnection from the $250 fee and the rest of the $200 was put into my online verizon account. That means they just took $784.84 from my bank account!!! If they were going to just put that 250 into my account, why didn't they use $150 for my deposit? I'm so upset I feel sick. That was almost everything in my account and I haven't even paid any other bills yet, not to mention little things like groceries. I don't know what to do:(

The issue is I was told I would only have to pay $384.84... that's IT. It wasn't until I made the final installment today that I was told of the $150 security deposit, and to top it off they were STILL charging me the $250 fee instead of just getting rid of it like they originally stated. Had I know that, I would have gladly just given them $100 extra dollars to cover the cancellation fee that I could have told Verizon to screw off for good. By they way, the math doesn't add up...they supposedly added $200 to my account (and where would that be, and why only 200 and not 250) and my bill states I OWE $50. So again, how does this add up? They do nothing but screw people over. Almost $200 a month for two lines and one of the lines is stripped down to the bare minimum. They are nothing but con-artists and they need reported.

I want to validate the Supplier - Bank Details in the Supplier Bank Screen. The objective is to validate the sort code and account number against an external package. I will be calling a pl-sql call statement but I was wondering whether I should extend the EO or the VO.

I've written my validation in the BexExtBankAccountsEOImpl.java which is below and compiles fine but I've few issues.
I'm currently working on 12.1.3 and using jdev 10.1.3.3
1) My extension didn't create a EOImpl.class file. It has only created a EO.xml , EOImpl.java & *EODefImpl.java. What would be reason.
2) On this version of Jdeveloper I can't find the substitution sub-menu. In the earlier versions of jdeveloper it used to pop-up on clicking the edit Business Component Project.
