US English Code page - What is its correct value?

Hope someone can throw some light!
We're in the process of updating Win Server 2003 servers to Win 2012. This is being done by building completely new servers in a new Development server datacentre based in Hong Kong. Our existing servers are all UK based.
I can set the server locale to US English or UK English. Using CHCP in a cmd window shows me the active page then gets set to either 437 (when US) or 850 when (UK).
However, when running MSI to install some software I get an error 1208 English is not installed. This message appears if I set the locale to US or UK. I am setting the value for dos based programs as well as the admin locale.
The MSI appears to be expecting to find code page 409 for US English and not 437. 409 is set as the default in the setup,ini file.
US English is also at the top of the list for display languages.
UK English is shown on the list but has "Language Pack not available against it.
I've been trawling through the internet, but I've just ended up getting confused!
Is this a fault with the setup process expecting to find 409, or is it an error in the way Windows Server is setting 437?

Would you please post the error information in detail to help us to troubleshoot this issue?
In my expression, a .msi file failed to install during the installation, please check the event log and find the relevant "error" or "failed".
You can also try to install .msi with cmd msiexec, which will generate a log file for analysis:
msiexec /i "C:\MyPackage\Example.msi" /L*V "C:\log\example.log"

That won't work, it won't let you create a new Apple ID with an email associated with another Apple ID.
The message is a catch-all for any billing anomaly.
Make sure you are using a valid credit (not debit) card.

It's a better bet with a 2330, but the first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

You can not insert a section break into a textbox.
You appear to have a lot of objects with wrap set, that once you take them out of the flow of text (by sending them to the background) causes the text to reflow and contract into fewer pages. Pages is almost unique in the way it forms up pages in Word Processing mode only so long as there is text on them.
I suspect you probably have hammered away at returns, spaces and tabs as well to position things, which only works to add to the mess.

PS There is quite a lot of programming in OSX that is far from "intuitive". Pages is easy at one level, when using the templates, otherwise it can be quite frustrating.

go to http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp, enter your billing address, it will then show you how the USPS recognizes your address. Enter that address EXACTLY how it is shown on the USPS site into your itunes billing address info.

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines, so there should be no reason to deactivate it on your other machine, or at least you can wait until you see it loaded and working on the new one.

Just have a question that "What is the correct Page Width for Mobile Device???"
Is the Default 380px width is right? or 320px?
Because the average smartphone is having resolution is 320X480 pixels...

HI. I have designed a mobile web site that is currently 450pixels wide. This is the first one I have done. When it displays on some mobile phones, the width of the entire page is scaled down and it only fills about 1/2 of the width of the mobile phone with a whole pile of mrgin to the right. Is this because I should have designed it to be 380 pixes wide or have I done something else wrong. The test site is at:

How can I get a Japanese flash web page to display 100% correctly?

I've tried everything I can think of but I can't get some of this web site's font to display correctly. Some of the flash shows in the correct, Japanese, characters, but some of it shows as code. If I log in as a different user, and set that user's International Language preferences to Japanese, the web page displays correctly. But, when I change users, and go back to the English user, the page displays in a mix of Japanese and messed-up code.

If I click onto a different page of that website, http://weathernews.jp/map/
the writing appears as Japanese in the box, at the bottom of the map.
But, if you click on that map, and zoom in 3-times, to the city level, the font in the box under the hourly weather and weekly weather appears as code, and not Japanese.
I'm guessing that it is a problem with the computer booting-up as being English or Japanese, and the browser, then not being able to detect which version of flash to run, the Japanese or English version, cannot display the font correctly.
Why does it happen only on some pages and not all of the pages on that site?
Can it be fixed?
If so, how?

Yeah, I tried Opera and Firefox, but I get the same garbled text. The only thing that makes that page open and display correctly is switching to a different user, and making that user's main language Japanese, in the international settings.
Of course none of this is all that important, I mean, it's about viewing a weather page, but I am just curious why some of the Flash is read or written so that an English language set user can see some of it displayed correctly, but not all of it, where as a user set to Japanese language settings can get all pages correctly.
I know it has to do with how the Flash Macromedia sees the main language setting for the computer, but what I don't get, is how come a user using Japanese as the main language can read English and Japanese Flash pages (pages with English commanded Java come up correctly), but using English as the main language only allows me to view Flash pages written using English commands. Can I change my Flash program to read Japanese pages, without changing my computers main language to Japanese? Or am I stuck with a Flash program that must match the main language the user is using?
