US Position Attributes - T5U29 table and Tcode to maintain it

Can anybody tell me what is the importance of T5U29 table and the tcode to maintain it?

Hi Sheetal,
You can maintain this table via SM30 view V_T5U29 and its used for assigning:
Job Category (This field holds the code which corresponds to a particular job category. (Jobs are associated to job categories using a feature.))
AAP Category(This field contains the AAP (Affirmative Action Planning) category to be assigned to a job)
Occupational Classification Code(This field holds the OCC (Occupational Classification Code) which can be assigned to an EEO category.)
Also you can classify you jobs as Exempt or Non Exempt under FLSA guidelines by checking the radio button for Exempt and Non-Exempt.
One more thing in addition to above, generally we maintain attributes fr Job instead of Postion in table T5U13.
Hope this will help

  • Tables Names and Tcodes

    Hi All,
I need to know which are important tables and TCodes in CRM.
    Thanks in advance,
    Subbu.

    HI
Tables should be same as normal CRM tables. If you want some function modules which are called from ISA - you can find that by doing an F4 with ISA in SE37.
    Some of the important Function Groups are - CRM_ISALES_BUPA, CRM_ISALES_IUSER, CRM_ISALES_ORDER .
    Important Function module -
    CRM_ISA_BASKET_CREATE – Create Order
    CRM_ISA_BASKET_CHANGEITEMS – set item data
CRM_ISA_BASKET_CHANGEHEAD – change Header level data
Here is the list of the transaction related to the component CRM-BTX-COM:
    S_A4C_68000035
    S_A4C_68001025
    S_PIC_80000064 IMG Activity: CRM_REK_CODE
    S_PIC_80000067 IMG Activity: CRM_DEFCLA
    S_PIC_80000070 IMG Activity: CRMV_DEFCLA
May be I will try to explain the same thing once again. Go to transaction SE93. You will see one input field Transaction code. Place your cursur there and press F4 one window will popup. Place the cursur in the field Application component and again press F4 you will see anothe window with the tree structure and from here keep on expending the tree till you reach your desired component and double click on it. Finally press enter and you will see all the transactions relevent to your component. Hope this will help. If you need the CRM data model give me your mail ID i will forward the same to you.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards Rk

  • Position Control of compumotor linear servo table and GV-U6E with PCI-7344

    I'm referring PCI-7344 (not 7334).
I have the GV-U6E which is a drive only and does not possess control functionality. the drive only version does not store or use programs. So, serial commands can not be sent through COM port by LabVIEW even though A few basic commands can be emulated.
I am trying to do position control as I mentioned. For example, the motor should move A point to B point exactly with a certain speed. The points must be aboulte position.
I would like you to see the reference comment that I have been contacting with in your website forum.

Yes, we used an NI PXI-7344 motion control card with an NI UMI-7764 box connected to a Gemini GV-U12E servo drive. (which is a drive only.)
We did positional control in absolute position mode.
I can send you an AutoCAD schematic detailing how to connect the UMI-7764 to the Gemini GV servo drive.
In regard to the Rs232 interface to the GV servo drive,
the GV drive only model is "configurable" not "programmable". You can create unique GV configuration files with Compumotor's Motion planner then download the configuration via Rs232 using LabVIEW as desired. Or, using LabVIEW via Rs232 you can change individual GV drive parameters on demand,
or use the GV's two analog outputs back to LabVIEW's analog inputs to measure commanded motor current or torque, etc.etc.etc

  • How to find all the DDIC tables and fields of Tcode?

    Hi All,
For several transactions we have caprtured all the filed names along with the technical names.
Ex : in VA03 - in the initial screen ,postal code field is there. When i see F1 help for that field i could see POST_CODE2 as its technical name.
But i want to see the actuall DDIC table field which corresponds to this field that is LFA1-PSTLZ.
Like wise there are so many T-codes for which i need do the same thing. But for some transactions i am unable to find out the database tables and the corresponding fields. Please suggest any other easier way to do this.
Is there any way to find out  all the DDIC tables and fields that gets updated for a Tcode?
Please help me out in this.
    Thanks,

  • List of SQL tables and attributes used in SSRS reports

    Hi,
I have around 450-500 reports deployed in SSRS reporting server.
All these reports are built on SQL from multiple databases, and these databases are having unnecessary tables and attributes.
My requirement is to clean the unused tables and attributes from the databases. For this, I need the list of SQL tables and attributes used in these 450-500 SSRS reports.
Is there any way to get this data?
    Regards,
    RK

    Hi RK,
According to your description, you want to get a list of the tables and attributes used in all reports.
In your scenario, you can query the ReportServer.dbo.Catalog table to get Report name, data source name, dataset name, and query used in the dataset with query below:
    WITH XMLNAMESPACES ( DEFAULT 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2010/01/reportdefinition', 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/SQLServer/reporting/reportdesigner' AS rd )
    SELECT ReportName = name
    ,DataSetName = x.value('(@Name)[1]', 'VARCHAR(250)')
    ,DataSourceName = x.value('(Query/DataSourceName)[1]','VARCHAR(250)')
    ,CommandText = x.value('(Query/CommandText)[1]','VARCHAR(250)')
    ,Fields = df.value('(@Name)[1]','VARCHAR(250)')
    ,DataField = df.value('(DataField)[1]','VARCHAR(250)')
    ,DataType = df.value('(rd:TypeName)[1]','VARCHAR(250)')
    --,ConnectionString = x.value('(ConnectionProperties/ConnectString)[1]','VARCHAR(250)')
FROM ( SELECT C.Name,CONVERT(XML,CONVERT(VARBINARY(MAX),C.Content)) AS reportXML
    FROM ReportServer.dbo.Catalog C
    WHERE C.Content is not null
    AND C.Type = 2
    ) a
    CROSS APPLY reportXML.nodes('/Report/DataSets/DataSet') r ( x )
    CROSS APPLY x.nodes('Fields/Field') f(df)
    ORDER BY name

  • Table contain user name and tcode

    Dear Experts,
Can you tell me which Table contained user name and tcode field?
    Thanks and Best regards,
    wilson

You need to be even more carefull with parameter transactions.
If SU24 is not maintained for them, PFCG will pull the proposals from the core transaction (via which the parameters are used in the skip screen feature...). If the core transaction has authority proposals for S_TCODE, then you will get those tcodes and their proposals as well.
A carefull choice of menu objects (not only limited to Tcodes), taking heed of SU24 defaults and tuning it to meet your needs is the key. But it requires organizational discipline and good training, otherwise rather dont use it for anything other than important objects which you want to control manually only, even if your business roles are a mess.
You can also restrict the authorizations of the security admins for example (as unpopular as that may sound... to segregate authorization concept development (SU24 etc), role building development (PFCG etc) and user administration (SU01 etc). Object S_USER_TCD also has a field called TCD...
There are also other objects (as Dipanjan has pointed out) which have TCD as a field of an object which is not S_TCODE. In addition to I_TCODE, Q_TCODE, P_TCODE, see also S_IDOCMONI for example.
To be honest I have given up on trying to find them all
The easiest solution is to use the menu and maintain SU24 when the transaction is configured or the application is developed and tested. That is what SAP does as well in SU22. It is more work upfront, but more sustainable in the long run.
If your users (and auditors) only see the menu (and use the SUIM --> Executable transactions) options, then you can get away with it in the short or even medium term. Latest when someone else need to maintain the roles they will hate it...
    My 2 cents,
    Julius

  • Extract schema/metadata - names for all tables and attributes

Hi, I am quite new to Oracle DB (only been doing dev mostly with sqlserver before). Is there a way to extract schema (names for all tables and attributes) for 10g and 11g in application code (either java or .net) or pl/sql?
    Thank you,
    -Tony

There are built in views that start with DBA_, ALL_, and USER_. All means all the user can see, user means all the user has, and dba means everything, which generally means the same as the others plus an owner. So you can desc user_tables to see what-all that view has, then select columns from the view with ordinary sql. See the doc set for all the views available, interesting ones are ...views, ...objects, ...tab_cols and so forth.
There are also built in procedures for getting metadata, google for details.
Many tools have easy GUI's for this too. EM has ways on the administration screen to get to various objects, and then you can show the ddl. Maybe sqldeveloper has something too.

  • Colspan and rowspan attributes in table cells

Is there a way to add 'colspan' or 'rowspan' attributes to a cell in a table using the RoboHelp UI? Of course, it's very simple to just edit the HTML directly, but I'm preparing documents that will be used in the future by executives, and like most executives they are barely computer-literate.

    Hi there
In the RoboHelp HTML UI, the author selects the affected cells and chooses to merge them by either clicking the Table menu and choosing Table > Merge Cells or by clicking the Merge Selected Table Cells icon in the Tables and Borders toolbar.
    Cheers... Rick

  • Position Attributes as Grade Bucket and onsite and Offshore

    Hi Friends,
My client do the AOP process (Annual Operating Plan process) every year. During the AOP process he will made the number of positions required for the next year based on Organization unit,  Positions, Grade bucket and Onsite/Offsite position.
    consider --
    Org Unit as- Oracle Apps
    Position as - Functional Consultant
Grade Buckets in the company are 3. The grades are taken as employee subgroup in Personnel Structure we are having the grades as A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L. In which A to E as one grade bucket and F-H is other and H and above is the another grade bucket. This Grade bucket to be attached to the Position.
Onsite and Offshore- Whether the position is required for Onsite or Offsite.
For eg: In the AOP process if 100 positions are required for Oracle Apps unit positions as Functional Consultant in which 80 are required in A-E grade bucket out of which 70 position are for offsite and 10 positions are for onsite and 20 in G-I grade bucket out of which 15 for offsite and 5 for onsite. This way the projections will be done and head count budget will also be based on the same.
What could be the probable solution for attaching these attributes to the position and if i run the report on the same i should get the vacant positions also with these attributes. Please help me.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Sridhar V

    Hi Gurus,
Please give some solution if, anyone come across such scenario.
