Use Bridge to move photos

Question

As perhaps most of you know (but I did not know it), so Microsoft has made a blunder of carats, because it is not in its subfolders can rearrange the images in W7 which I just made the switch to from XP in 10 years when mannemt to this.
There are mega-discontent with this and it has been a problem ever since W7 started in 2009, but MS has not changed it, en a lot of of people has written about it - it is silly, that you are stepping back to some bad things, when you upgrade.

I just switched to W7 and had I known this, I had not bought 2 brand new PCs with W7 Pro, but had switched to MAC, but it's too late now.
I used Windows (and still use)  to manage my image files - called them with year first, then subject and then they lay down quite good in a good order in folders, and I did not need the second image sorting by other sources.
But the problem here, so I tried to rearrange the images in a folder in BRIDGE, and I could very well (BY DRAGGING AS YOU ALSO COULD IN XP), and so I went back to W7, and here there was so got a new file called something with Bridge - obviously because I had changed an image location.
1)  But how to use it - nothing happened by clicking on the Bridge file. How to change it also in W7 - on the hard disc in the "real" mapping
2) I need it, so it also is changed in the W7 on the hard disc, not just a picture about it - eaxample: I do the mapping in W7 in the library, but need to move the pictures around inside the map, and will Bridge to that so it also is in the map-structure in W7 ?)

It really is - have I known this I certainly had chosen MAC - I bought very expensive machines, so I could have bought MAC instead.I did not dream, that Microsoft would do a step BACK here - in XP you could easily do that.

And yes my question was about if a Bridge creation/change also do a change in WE, so the pictures in the folder changes, but when I did that, then there came a small folder in the picture-folder, but no change in the Microsoft Folder, so I hoped youc could do something with this small folder from Bridge, which came in after the change of a picture placemenet in Bridge.
I know I perhaps can buy ACDsee to move pictures around, but it should not be nescessary, I am happy with the folder-structure in ME (just write the year first and then the date and then  the event) and I do not know if this program also change the settings in ME ?
