Question

Initially I thought people are just making up this .But when I experienced it myself then I am realizing it that it's happening in real.
I bought this so called premium luxury device by paying a huge amount of money as I bought an unlocked contract free version.
Whenever I am talking to people there is some sort of static current that comes out I guess which eventually pull out my hair and it really hurts. It happened 8 out of 10 times whenever I talk to the people. My phone is not more than 2 weeks old.
Now I have logged a case with apple customer care and what they suggested me to do is to use a case/cover to avoid such issues as they come across with this problem for the first time. I was not surprised by their answer as I was expecting such response from them but I would like to know from apple did you even thoroughly check the device or do you have any solution to this problem.
Because tomorrow I'll bring this device to the service center to see what they will suggest me to do?

Let's see what they have to say.
As per their tech support they may need to keep this device in their custody for few days to diagnose the problem.
Moreover I have heard when they give you a replacement device it is more likely that it's an refurbished one so I don't want that either.
