Use of define Lab/office

Question

hi, all,
I have ceated five department using lab/office. also i have so many document types with respective departments.
ex: DAR [document type] belongs to Design department documents,
[DES] defined in lab/office for design department.
How could I establish relationship with DES as lab/office and respective documents with doc type.

Authorization Object C_DRAW_TCD (Activities for Documents)
The following table shows authorization object C_DRAW_TCD. This object controls which users can process which document info records, based on a combination of activity and document type.
Authorization Object C_DRAW_TCS (Status Dependent Authorization)
The following table shows authorization object C_DRAW_TCS. This object controls which users can process which document info records, based on a combination of activity, document type, and status.
Authorization Object C_DRAW_STA (Document Status)
The following table shows authorization object C_DRAW_STA. This object controls which status(es) can be set for which document type.
Authorization Object C_DRAW_BGR (Authorization Group)
The following table shows authorization object C_DRAW_BGR. This authorization object allows you to limit access to individual documents.
Authorization Object C_DRAW_DOK (Document Access)
The following table shows authorization object C_DRAW_DOK. This authorization object controls which original data of a specific document type there are access authorizations for.
Authorization Object C_DRAD_OBJ (Object Link)
The following table shows authorization object C_DRAD_OBJ. This object controls which users can process which document info records, based on a combination of activity, object, and status.
these are the standard available authrixzation objects fro DMS, Lab office is not there in list, u need to bring lab office field in to authorization by following steps
1. Go to Su21 transaction and double click on CV(DMS)
2.U get std auth objects available for DMS, click on create new
3. Enter Object name as Z_DRAW_LAB
4. Enter auth fields
          1.Actvt for activity
          2.DOKAR for Doc type
           3. LABOR for LAb office
5. Click on permitted activities and check the activities u wanted and save
6. Now create Roles with help of PFCG t codes, go to authorization tab, click on auth data icon,select DMS, click on manually button, enter Z_DRAW_LABin field and enter, which will apper in ur list of auth objects.
7 Now choose lab office, here u can select document types and lab office, ex DRM DES in doc type filed and design in lab office field. This means DRM and DES will be created by only design dept person.
8.  Now assign this roles to the user of design depts
9. like that u create different roles for each depts and assign to respective user
In this way u can control authorization WRT depts
