Used blackberry - locked BIS - cannot add personal e-mail address

I purchased a used blackberry (tmobile - same carrier that I have) off ebay. When I ran the set-up wizard, I had only two options for adding e-mail address (work e-mail address with enterprise or skip this option). I understand that I can register new e-mail addresses online with tmobile. However, when I try to do this - it says the Pin has already been used. The ebay seller is not responding with his username or in calling tmobile directly to terminate the lock. Is there some way for me to get around this and access BIS?

You can try contacting T-Mobile to ask them to release the PIN from his account. Not sure if it will work or not. Until it is released from that person's account you won't be able to use it. But try calling T-Mobile to see what they say.

I am encountered an error when i am using Customer Import Interface to add a new SHIP_TO address to a exist customer,
the template format of the Excel i used like below: <will insert to table: ra_customers_interface_all>

I am able to import top 2 rows correctly, as those 2 sites with same Site Name AA;one is BILL_TO site and another one is SHIP_TO address; I tested for few customers, it can run correncty if the BILL_TO address and SHIP_TO address are same.
But when running import for the third row to add another SHIP_TO address<AB&address2> to the exist customer<1&oracle>,the error raised, it gave error message like below:
The Customer Number has been used by another customer,import failed !
I am not too clear about this error,i just want to add a SHIP_TO address to the exist customer<1&oracle> and don't want to create a new customer.
what should i pay attention to? please give me some tips,,,,,,

Each iCloud account only has a single iCloud account. If you want, you can add up to 3 alias addresses that will receive email in the same iCloud inbox, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2622.

if it's a message coming from your yahoo account, it means that your account has been compromised, not your phone itself. i would suggest changing the password for your email account

The new but not-ready-for-prime-time autocomplete method searches for matches that contain the entered text, not just ones that begin with the string. Your options are:
1) type in longer strings that narrow the search
2) use an add-on to search just the beginnings:

Automatically? Really?? All addresses of all senders just sucked into the address book, spammers, advertisers and all?
Where an address appears in the panel above the message text, there is a star alongside it. Click this star to add the address to your Address Book. Once you have done that, you can click the star again to edit the address book entry.
Note that if the star is empty/grey (silver?) the contact is unknown. If the star is filled/yellow (gold?), the Contact is already in your address book. (This is very like the way bookmarks are managed in Firefox.)
If you really want all senders' addresses entered indiscriminately into your address book, this add-on may be of interest.

2 problems: 1st unopened messages, 2nd cannot add personal email in setup wizard

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my device. It seems like I cannot add a personal email adress in my email setup (from the setup wizard) When I enter this setup wizard > email setup the following appears: email setup select an email setup option [ ] I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server AND THATS THE ONLY OPTION I CAN PICK! (a friend of mine with the same device could add a personal email) from there I can only choose { close } or { next } what is happening, can someone explain what I can do to add my personal adress? ------------------ Another thing I find quite strange is the fact that on my desktop the icon "unopened message count" appears. When I open the BB-menu, there should be a little star in the message-icon right? Well it isn't there! Your first problem is carrier related -- you must have the proper data plan from your carrier (at whatever costs they charge) to enable enhanced BB functions like email. A generic data plan is not usually sufficient -- some call the required plan The BlackBerry Data Plan. But call your carrier and ask them what you need from them in order to have access to their BlackBerry Internet Services (which include personal email).
Your second problem I am not understanding. What "BB-menu" are you accessing? Where exactly is the star you are seeing? Where exactly is the star you are expecting to see? More and clearer details, please.

I have no use for "Personal Address Book": I imported my e-mail addresses from my Eudora address-books. As it is, it is quite cumbersome to add that address to the address-book that I want. In Eudora this was easy

If you are talking about an address in a received mail the easy way to do it is to click the star to the right of the senders email as it displays in the Message Pane or Tab header.
If the sender is not in one of your address books the star is not filled with color. Clicking the empty star will add it to the default Personal Address Book and fill the star with color.
Clicking a filled star will open the contact edit dialog box and there is a drop down list of address books so you can move it.
This is NOT the same star that shows to the left of a message header in the Inbox window.
You can also drag and drop contacts between address books easily.

Hi, I have an envelope symbol in my .fla file and I need to assign it an e-mail address. I can find the symbol in the library but am not sure where to add/insert the actual e-mail address. The .fla is a template if that is relevant - Thanks, Chris (I am using Flash CS4 and MS Web Expression is my design app.)

If you cannot find that symbol at all in the file when you run it, then place one on the stage and add some code for it. Since your file is using AS 2.0, click on the email symbol and assign it an instance name in the properties panel, let's say you name it "emailLink".
Then, in the same frame on another layer add the following actionscript...

When you run the file online it will open an email window with the address already entered. If you test it while in the authoring mode, you are likely to have a browser window also appear, but this only happens when testing from your pc.

How do I add an e-mail address and capability to send a fill-in pdf file

I have Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2 on my PowerMac G4 running OS 10.4.11. I created some pdf forms which have the fill in capability and posted them on my web site. I want to be able to allow someone to click on a button to automatically send the file to my e-mail address. Is that possible if someone is just using Acrobat Reader on a Windows or Apple machine. I see that one cannot "save" the filled in document but they can "print" the filled in document or print a blank (not filled in version). If they could actually save the filled in document that would be just as good because they could attach it to an e-mail. So, is there a way to create a button to e-mail the filled in form to my e-mail address when someone completes it or a way to save the filled in copy as a file (so they can do that with just Acrobat Reader)? Thanks so much for any info.

In Acrobat Pro, open the form and go to the Advanced menu and choose enable usage rights for Reader users.
Now, they will be able to fill out the form and save it to send it back to you in an email.
Be aware that there is a 500 use per form limit so this isn't a good answer for high volume use forms.

I changed my apple ID password and now facetime cannot verify my e-mail address. I have tried changing my password back but still recieve the same pop up window telling me that the email could not be verified and to check my network but have wifi working

I changed my apple id password and now cannot use facetime and my icloud continues to prompt me for my password and I continue to give it but, I repeatedly am prompted for the password unless I cancel the icloud. I have tried changing my password back to the password I had before and this did not work. I have tried to use another e-mail address for facetime and had verified that e-mail address and this did not work. I do not know how to fix this problem. I have thought about changing my apple id but am not sure how I would be able to carry over the same credit card number to the new apple ID. I loved my Mac book Pro because I could facetime my boyfriend while I am working away and now I cannot. I am starting to hate Mac.

The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.
